Extremely poor and slow service. Customer service is unheard of here. You wait longer for drinks than for food.

Good restaurant at our holiday park in Biddinghuizen. Pleasant atmosphere, delicious food, friendly and fast service, and reasonable prices.

We went for a drink at lunchtime after the pool. It was quick and efficient. We didn't read any reviews. In the evening, we (4 adults + 2 children) went for a drink again. Since the service was terrible, I ordered directly at the bar. My card payment was declined twice, and he told me my account wasn't covered. Then he left it there and ignored me. About an hour later, we ate. The inside was full, so we found a seat outside. The staff were completely overwhelmed. After we finally placed our order, service outside stopped. Tables weren't cleared either. A complete disaster. They also charged incorrectly for items.

My son had €2 and, after much deliberation, decided to play a racing game in the arcade. However, after inserting the coins, nothing worked. Inquiries at the restaurant yielded no results. I was referred to the park's reception, who confirmed that it was indeed the restaurant's responsibility. Incidentally, I saw several people being ripped off with various machines... a huge scam at the expense of the children, which the arcade and the restaurant are running as if nothing happened.

We ate in the restaurant yesterday, the food was not tasty, the steak was red inside and the vegetables were completely burnt.

We came to the restaurant 2 days in a row to eat. Unfortunately the kitchen closed early both days because it was quiet. We had to order somewhere both days, unacceptable.

It is good, I recommend it to you, gentlemen, it is one of the good places

We had made a reservation to eat today. When we arrived, the cash register system apparently did not work, which was reason enough for them to close the entire restaurant. They made no effort to find another solution regarding payment while the kitchen could still function perfectly.

I have to be honest and say that I am quite disappointed. It is really unacceptable that I first have to wait 15 minutes for a drink, while the restaurant is not even 10% full. Then I ask for extra fries sauce and then I have to wait another 10 minutes for that. In the meantime I see that other guests, who ordered later, do get what they want right away. That feels like double standards and is simply not right. This is not what you can expect from a catering establishment.

Not much choice on the menu. Or schnitzel or a hamburger. There was bad service. We had to look for someone ourselves to ask if we could sit somewhere. One person's food was forgotten and, after asking, it came much later than the rest. The burgers were raw and frozen on the inside. After indicating this, it took a very long time and you received another half raw hamburger. There was no injection in the soft drink. Really not recommended. It is better to visit a restaurant outside the campsite.

Despite the bad reviews, we had dinner here tonight. The menu is limited to schnitzel and hamburger. Possibly given the seasonal period. I'm really a whiner. But it was just tasty and good. Especially considering price/quality. And friendly service.

This was really hopeless. We had reserved a table on Saturday evening at 7 p.m. First we wanted to order a starter with a few drinks; apparently this had to be done via a QR code and also paid directly. How impersonal do you want it to be, but okay. Apparently this prevents people from walking away out of annoyance without paying. 1 minute later, without saying anything, a starter is placed on the table with some rolls from the defrosting position. Enjoy your meal is no longer an option these days. The service here is really lacking. After recovering from the deception of the starter, an employee comes to us at 7.30 pm to ask if we would like to order a main course because the kitchen is closing 😅 well, not in 100 years. The staff is not here to make money, but to get you out the door as quickly as possible. I have to say; she succeeded well. Man...man...man, what a ball tent.

What disgusting food... first we have to order starter and main course immediately. After this we also receive everything immediately. Medium steak has suddenly become done. Because of the salt on the fries you can immediately go to the doctor for your kidneys... when you are asked if everything tasted good and you explain this, 5 minutes later someone comes to your table why we are making a fuss about the bill, something Something we hadn't even thought about yet. Bizarre, long story short. Shit, I'll never go here again. Drinks are not requested, only at a quarter to 9 if you want to pay quickly 😵‍💫😵🤢🤮. Big -10

Can't say anything bad. Service very friendly and accommodating. Food very tasty and portions sufficient Ambiance is very nice, one star is deducted here, the music was unfortunately too loud to have a normal conversation.... Otherwise TOP can only be recommended.

Due to quite a few negative reviews, we were a bit unsure whether we should eat here. Fortunately that turned out to be unjustified :-) The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. The food also came quite quickly and we were regularly asked if we needed anything.

Danger! Payment with credit card not possible! Cash or debit card only (Mastercard doesn't work!)

Yawning emptiness between the holidays... Super beautifully decorated location for Christmas, unfortunately a bit poor in terms of food and no alcoholic drinks. Pizzeria is closed or no staff can be seen. Although there are staff in the restaurant, why don't they seem to be working... Maybe have the Christmas party, or go on strike... Oh wait, you just have to stand in front of the pizza counter for 15 minutes and then an employee will actually start moving... insider knowledge 😉. Rumor has it that Pepsi and still water are even sold under the counter, only when specifically asked for, of course. I'd rather eat at home then...

After over an hour of ignoring it - even though only three tables were occupied and the waiter walked past me at least 20 times - I gave up in exasperation. Such an ignorant juice shop. Unfortunately there is no alternative here. The negative reviews already available confirm my picture.

Friendly staff, delicious spare ribs, salmon salad, Vega burger, etc. Some limited choice on the menu.

Ordered a basket of “bread” for 7.50! It was 1 white pistol straight from the supermarket. Ridiculous prices. Food was okay, but price/quality is really not right.

Habe kein Verständnis für die schlechten Bewertungen. Wir haben hier Burger gegessen. Extrawünsche waren kein Problem und Preis/Leistung war für eine solche Anlage vollkommen in Ordnung. Das Patty war definitiv frisch und keiner TK Ware, die Servicekraft war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Gisteren hier gegeten. De negatieve reacties herken ik helemaal niet. Gewoon alles goed, bediening, wachttijd, enz. De prijzen zijn wat hoog, maar dat is na de Corona tijd overal. Het eten en opmaak ziet er prima uit en het hele gezelschap was tevreden.

Hamburger, spareribs en zalm was prima. Bediening attent en snel.

Goed eten, werd goed rekening gehouden met allergie. Vlees was lekker bereid (vleesspies) en bediening was vriendelijk.

Duurt lang voordat je geholpen word, men vergeet de helft van de order en het eten is niet top. Leuk om 1x te gaan zitten als je veel tijd hebt en geen alternatief. Zeker geen aanrader.

Te doen bij gebrek aan wat anders

Onze eerste dag op t park, hier gaan eten. Het eten viel erg tegen, ook de prijs, schnitzel is goed te doen. Voor de kinderen kinder menu, klein bakje friet frikandel en kipnuggets, pakje wicky en een cadeautje, aan de prijzige kant. Lasagne erg duur voor wat je krijgt. Jammer dat t tegen viel. Restaurant zelf is wel mooi, en personeel vriendelijk.

Heerlijk gegeten, van een heerlijke uitsmijter tot biefstuk en verse groentes .Vriendelijk personeel en gastvrij😊
