We were right at the back of the line at 6:00 PM. Just now, an hour and 20 minutes later! I only got my food. It was ridiculously slow, and the staff mostly just chatted. So not worth my money if it has to be this way. The whole idea of going to Walibi for a quick bite is no longer fun. And then they forgot half the order?! How?!

I've also been standing in line for an hour, which, as people say, is much longer than any roller coaster in this entire park. It's outrageous!!! As for the staff, they're doing absolutely nothing. They should go home, and this applies to all the employees. We find it absurd, at best, that these people are hired. The staff are clearly paid by the hour and work accordingly. For example, they're refilling the sauces one by one, but I mean literally one by one, and making everyone in line wait. I hope something can be done about this.

It's a miracle that this can even be called a restaurant. The line is longer than the average rental property in this country. The staff looks like they're frying their last will and joy instead of fries. The burgers are neatly wrapped beforehand, but putting together an order feels like a 10,000-piece puzzle. The manager is nowhere to be seen, although I understand if he gave up hope after the first day. There's no atmosphere, which might be due to the average wait time of 3-5 business days. Not to mention the charisma of the people who call themselves "employees." The dolphins in the dolphinarium look even more cheerful. Anyway, if you're here and still fancy a comedy show after a long day of walking? Definitely go!

After waiting a long time at a counter with an "open" sign, we were rudely interrupted by an employee, who told us there was no one at the counter and that we should have seen it for ourselves. This was followed by a very inefficient ordering process, where assembling the chosen items took much longer than necessary in a restaurant with only one burger on the menu, all of which were already prepared. Furthermore, the quality of this "butcher's burger" left much to be desired. Given the Halloween experience, we admit that this was by far the scariest thing of the day: pure horror on your plate... Walibi Holland, one more tip: taste your "food" before serving it to the public.

The coffee section: coffee machines out of order, slush completely melted. Gluten-free? What do you mean? I don't know what that is. Oat milk? No, only for something in the park. Seriously? This park wants to be young, hip, and modern, but the food service is terrible. And that stupid deposit machine was out of order again. You're walking around with your filthy, expensive, deposit-refundable cups.

The drama began with an hour and a half of waiting in line, surrounded by the foul odor of all the guests. Luckily, there's a restroom in the building if you want to simultaneously burn off the hairs in your nose from the foul smell coming from the toilets. Moreover, the food was lukewarm and soggy, even though you pay an average of 15 euros for a set menu and 10 euros for a single, limp burger. Don't go here unless you want to wait a long time for your disgusting food and a filthy restroom.

I agree with the other reviews. We also stood in line for an hour and 20 minutes for three fries. That's longer than the wait time for a crowded roller coaster. Antisocial and outrageous. 15-year-olds who don't know how to run a cafeteria; understandable, you need a supervisor for that. There certainly wasn't one in sight during our visit. Result: customers walking out, aggressive behavior towards the staff because of the long wait and inhospitable behavior, and staff behind the counter, with about 25 people ahead of us, waiting an hour and 20 minutes for three fries (which turned out to have no salt). I certainly won't be coming back.

Have a fast food manager come by. Everything's ready, and they still spend three minutes trying to find one order. Come on, the line here on a quiet day is twice as long as at the roller coasters. Not outrageous, just pathetic. Furthermore, you paid €9.50 for the burger in the photo below. That's a bit of a rip-off... Paying a bit more at an amusement park is fine. But then you still have the choice to provide quality, because the costs are generally lower than at a roadside restaurant, where the quality is good and the price is lower.

We had to wait over an hour for our food. At a quick service... The employees, especially the one in our line, are extremely slow. She went for each portion individually, even when we ordered 5x ketchup in front of us, she picked up each packet individually. When it came to drinks, we observed several times that she had to run back to look at the receipt again. Even with two Cokes, she forgot what she wanted to get on the way to the drinks machine. I wouldn't come here again. The wait time for food was twice as long as for the big roller coasters. And that's really just through the output. Because there were always enough burgers and stuff in the display.

The food was acceptable. Standard fast food fries and burgers. No salt by the way and pricey. Also quite few choices, not convenient for children. The service was not fast. An employee takes your order AND packs the food. This can be done better by ordering and picking up somewhere else. Another employee can then focus on collecting the orders. Better throughput, shorter lines. The menus were very unclear. All TV screens with multiple 'pages' that switch too quickly so that you had no time to read and then find another TV where you can continue reading. There are not many tables, and cleaning is not done properly, so we had to do that ourselves. Here also plastic cups for which you have to pay 1.50. You can hand it in, but you don't know how you will receive it, in credit or cash? If cups aren't empty, then there's no place to empty them, so just put liquids straight into the trash? Bad solution!

During our visit to Walibi we had an extensive lunch here with a discount menu from Hacienda. Me and my friend were both really positively surprised. The burgers were of good quality (the chicken was fresh and crispy), the fries were hot and crispy, there was plenty of sauce and there were even individual bags of salt to add to the food. The restaurant itself was very clean and the employee at the cash register was extremely friendly and was also open to have a chat. This really enhanced our outing and if we came back again, we would definitely eat here again!

How are you underperforming? Here they know. Food is prepared slowly. It was a really quiet day, so you don't have to wait almost 15 minutes before you can place your order. For the idea: we could do the crazy river 3 times in a row, without getting out! If, after a long wait, you can order your food and pay properly, you will receive a cup well filled with ice and some coke, cold fries and a burger that looks nothing like the picture on the menu, see also the photo. When it is really busy, I have respect and I understand things, but someone with catering experience should take action here, because the people who were there today had not been properly trained.

The line stretched through half the restaurant, while one line was completely closed because there were no cash registers open there. Then at least divide the row. -10 stars please. Maureen really didn't feel like it. In that respect she would rather be lazy than tired. No emotion and especially not a good employee who clearly does not take her work seriously. Price ratio is really bad!! If things go even slower there, you go back in time... I really don't understand why nothing is being done about this and the "lazy" employees are being kicked out! Sandwiches are made in advance and are therefore lying behind the counter all day waiting for someone to adopt them... But be warned... They are thin and incredibly soggy... Sandwiches are so dry that the ducks run away...

The cashier who wears no gloves, takes the money and is then required to take the food from the kitchen and place it on the trays (an extremely unsanitary business practice.) the food was sub-par. Sad and humiliating. The food was disgusting, the service was non-existent and it was incredibly expensive for what you get. I don't think the park owner knows what's happening here. You pay over 6 euros (and over 10 euros for a menu) for a burger, which is even worse than MacDonalds. Very professional dry roll in which you might find a fake piece of meat of 3 or 4 mm thick, 2 shreds of lettuce and 1 slice of soggy pickle. The sauce has been absorbed by the bun, which has now become a sponge. I really didn't enjoy the visit to Walibi Hacienda, I hope I never have to go here again. Sad.

Erg druk, bijna 1 uur in de rij gestaan voor eten. Restaurant is niet geschikt voor zoveel mensen. Te weinig zitplaatsen. Personeel is niet zo snel, als je nou het personeel een taak geeft loopt het stuk beter denk ik. Eten is niet super maar kan er mee door. (wel vrij duur voor wat je ervoor krijgt) Het restaurant zelf niet echt netjes, niemand die rondloopt en het schoonmaakt. Ga je zitten dan moet je eerst de boel schoonmaken. Hoop toch echt dat Walibi hier iets gaat doen, zijn genoeg slechte reviews te lezen hier.

Double beef burger is lekker. Het lijkt redelijk op de big mac, maar hij is super klein. Voor zo'n kleine burger moest je 6 EURO en nog wat betalen. Het slaat nergens op. Als je bestelt hebt geeft de medewerker je eten direct, maar om te kunnen bestellen moet je wel veel in de rij staan.

Very poor service. We tried to reserve a table in the morning. This wasn't possible, but we had to arrive at 5:30 PM to make a reservation. Upon arrival at 5:30 PM, everything turned out to be reserved. A restaurant we will never return to.

The food was simply sooooo delicious. Absolutely recommendable. We had fish and chicken. Even the fries were really crispy and fluffy. For dessert, we had two warm chocolate cakes. They completely blew me away. Soooo delicious!

I ordered an hour ago at 6:45 PM, which was the expected delivery time. Now it's 8:04 PM and they still haven't arrived! I'm going to demand a refund. It's a shame it has to be this way.
