I'm a cacao fanatic and the quality of Rhumaa Cacao is unparalleled. They cold-press it to preserve cacao's nutritional benefits and you can truly feel it in the pure flavour and the energy uplift you get after a cup. I prepared it with cinnamon, ginger and stevia and it was perfect! Great also when iced. Will try again.

Stumbled upon this cute little cacao bar in the streets of Amsterdam! You may miss it because it is inside of a shop but it’s very cute. I was looking for something a bit more ceremonial style and raw and I would say this is definitely more casual and not ceremonially made as it is made with milk and some other yummy flavourings rather than just the pure cacao but it is certainly made with lots of love! While you’re there, check out the palo santo and sage bundles they sell in the store! They also sell cacao from Guatemala and Colombia if you want to take some home :)
