Delivery took 1.5 hours longer than agreed

Order at 6:00 PM and delivery at 8:30 PM.. after calling multiple times, each time a false promise that it will take just a few more minutes. Poor service.

They finally arrived 25 minutes after the agreed time. Called multiple times, but no one answered the phone. Eventually got the food there; two salads and sauce were missing. Luckily, the food was lukewarm.

I ordered and paid online just minutes before closing time. I was wondering if it would even work. But wow! I was able to pick up my order, a bacon burger, 20 minutes after ordering. An absolutely fantastic burger with amazing fries. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely go back to Ribs Company. Thanks for the great dinner! 😃 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

The best ribs in the region! Always tender, perfectly prepared, and rich in flavor. The portions are generous and the service is friendly and efficient. Highly recommended if you appreciate good quality! Ribs Company in the Traphouse is always good!

I waited an hour and a half for my food, then it was delivered to the wrong address even though it was correct on the receipt, and the staff were grumpy. Save yourself the headache and don't order from here.

Poor service and empty promises I asked if it was still possible to order around 7:45 PM, even though they close at 8:00 PM. The answer was: yes, that's still possible. Trusting that promise, I waited and tried to order—but nothing came. No confirmation, no food, no communication. Luckily, I hadn't paid yet, but it's still incredibly frustrating to be left hungry because of a promise they didn't keep. If a company says something is still possible, I expect them to stick to it. Very poor service. No more Sparerib Express Lochem for me.

Ordered food for 4 people (delivered) and after over an hour still hadn't received anything. Five phone calls later, none of which were answered. Really annoying. This is the last time we'll order anything from them.
