A pleasant, busy, and relaxed atmosphere (and there was an option to sit upstairs when it wasn't as crowded). The service was impeccable and excellent. The food was delicious and we'll definitely be back. (There are also a few tables outside.)

Perfect ambiance, great service, and fabulous food! We happened upon it. We were thrilled with everything from the appetizers to pasta, fish, meat, and tiramisu!

Although a typical Italian restaurant for tourists and business people, it is surprisingly hospitable and delicious.

My mother and I happened to be walking past the restaurant. From the outside, it looks small and cozy; inside, the flair is confirmed; the atmosphere was wonderful and the decor is beautifully rustic! We received a warm welcome and were surprised that they seemed to only serve pasta, not pizza... but it turned out to be the best pasta I've ever eaten in a restaurant outside of Italy! I had Gamberi e Zucchine: super full-flavored, and they didn't skimp on the prawns either. So incredibly delicious! I regret not ordering a starter, but we opted for the tiramisu for dessert and loved it too! The house wine was also great, and we got olives and limoncello on the house. We'd go back!

The food here was nice. I walked in without a reservation and was able to be seated. The waiters were attentive and I was served relatively quickly despite the restaurant being pretty busy.

It was delicious! Fresh, high-quality products. A pleasant atmosphere. And incredible value.

And yet another excellent pasta place in The Hague 🙏 This Giuliano's establishment is just for pasta only, and I definitely hope to come back to try more (or all) of their pasta dishes. The atmosphere is cosy and unique, and the food is fresh, traditional, and well-cooked! I ordered the pesto tagliatelle, and the pasta was perfectly al dente and the pesto clearly homemade. The tiramisu was a little too sweet, and the mascarpone layer had a bit of a foamy/frothy texture, which wasn't my favorite though still nice overall. Prices are quite affordable, and because it's a small restaurant, I advise making a reservation in advance.

Delicious food! Very tasteful dishes. Nice plate layout. Friendly staff. Authentic decor. Cozy restaurant. Only have photos of desserts. Main courses were so delicious that it was eaten before we even thought about taking a photo. Price-quality ratio more than excellent. Serve delicious wines.

If the room is small, it allows for a warm and truly Italian atmosphere. The kitchen is well kept, tasty and well served. The service is impeccable and friendly. We went there twice in a row, and were not disappointed. Pasta or pizza are great. I recommend them to you.

My experience was not great. Burrata on the bread as antipasti, but the bread/toast was burnt. The pasta was not tasteful.

Really a nice restaurant. The Vitelotonato is really very good. The pizzas were well topped and tasty. The service is very friendly. The prices are reasonable. The limoncello makes up for the bill a bit.

Ristorante Giuliano’s Pasta & Pasta is hands down the best Italian restaurant I’ve tried in The Hague. The food is truly traditional and authentic Italian, from the delicious appetizers like mussels and ciabatta bread to the amazing pastas and desserts. The staff is friendly and attentive and there’s a great selection of wines, though they don’t have sweet white wine. Also, worth noting that they don’t serve chicken, staying true to their authentic Italian approach. The ambiance is cozy and warm, but the space is a bit cramped, so I highly recommend making a reservation as it gets very busy. If you’re craving authentic Italian cuisine in The Hague, this place is a must visit!

Wow! Everything you are looking for in a small Italian restaurant! Ambience, charm, and really amazing food! The staff were friendly and welcoming. Great off label wines from specific regions of Italy- I had a glass as I was alone and the "by the glass" options were great. I got pasta with a slow cooked braised beef. Really nicely done. The salad was also exceptional and the balsamic and olive oil set it off perfectly. Had to get a desert and an espresso to round out the experience. Go for it, you only live once 😁

Had an absolutely wonderful experience for dinner at Pasta and Pasta (they have 2 locations right next to each other: Pasta and Pasta & Pasta and Pizza). The place is super cozy, food is delicious, wine exquisite and the staff extremely polite and friendly. For a few hours we forgot we were dining in the Netherlands and thought we were magically transported to Italy. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Atmosphere is good. Vibe is friendly and dont forget to reserve the table if you want to make sure you have a seats otherwise its purely luck as place was crowded the whole time. Staff is very nice and friendly. Super courteous! Service is good, but though our starters came quick - the mains took almost 40 mins to get on the table (upon asking the reason for the delay - reason given was: main preparation starts once starter has been finished (which was long ago) - but wasn't convinced if 3 pastas and 1 pizza would take 40 mins). Anyhow, great company with friends and conversations made us survive it. We were offered a liquor shots afterwards which was a sweet gesture. For me the acknowledging it important, so brownie points for that. Really appreciate it! :) Pickled Olives were tasty, Pasta was delicious and a friend who tried pizza was satisfied with it. Ordered only one tiramisu - which got served quicker. It was nice too. Overall definitely visit, for good vibes and good food.

Tasteless carpaccio starter, REALLY hard bruschetta and the pizza tonno was burnt and the tonno could not be found. Moreover, it is a packed chicken coop where you cannot understand each other and you are also sitting 10 cm from your neighbor's table. I didn't like it, but maybe other people will find this super fun ;-)

The Vitello Tonnato was excellent, and the bruschetta was one of the best I’ve had. The mussels were decent—if you enjoy mussels, they’re worth trying. The pastas were just okay.

The restaurant is perfect. The decor is elegant but also comforting and warm. You see a lot of wine bottles and various objects that remind me of a well-kept home in the countryside, one where you stay nice and cosy with good food and wine. The tables are small and close enough together that you have a pleasant and lively ambiance, without feeling overwhelming. The food is perfect. We tried the carpaccio, bruschetta, ossobuco and a ragout specialty they had, along with a bottle of valpolicella classico (which I was told is a popular choice). Every dish was more than just the star ingredient, coming with nice dressings and delicious garnishes. You could really “eat” with your eyes. I can’t say much more, it was amazing. Special mention to the affogato for dessert which was one of the best we ever had. Finally, the staff and Andrea (our waiter and maybe soon a celebrity) are also perfect. Kind, knowledgeable, attentive and also very charming. Working with people all day can be tiring sometimes, but they make it look easy. If you read this, it was a pleasure to be guests at your restaurant! We have a great memory thanks to you. We will refresh this memory in the future for sure!

Nice experience. Missing a little more space between us but the food was really good and attention also.

We had dinner here with friends on a Friday night. We were seated on the 2nd floor. Small place, but we managed to fit. The food was delicious, but a little bit overpriced. Bruschetta for €9 a slice could be cheaper or perhaps make 2 slices per portion. I ordered the tagliatelle a la ragu, which I enjoyed a lot. Very tender meat and the pasta was cooked perfectly. The ossobuco as second main was also cooked properly. I found the sauce a bit on the sweeter side. The vegetables as side could have been served much nicely, for example by peeling the onion. The house wines were excellent. Overall a nice experience.

This establishment is classist and outright rude. Have dinner here if you want to witness rudeness and racist tendencies beyond disbelief. The 40-something year old hostess woman shoves the door into bike-delivery-workers’ faces and barks at them, does not apologize when confronted with her horrible behavior. They also yelled at people multiple times as soon as they opened the door about dress-code policies. Mam, this is a pizza place not the court of the King. Please behave RESPECTFULLY and treat everyone with dignity. Will never eat here again.

Very small but fine restaurant. We went there spontaneously and were given a table straight away. The food was delicious and the waiters were very friendly. You can even watch the chefs at work as the kitchen is open plan in the restaurant. All in all we can highly recommend.

The pasta was exceptional – freshly made and cooked to perfection. The flavors were authentic, and the sauces were rich and well-balanced. I really enjoyed the Taramisu. The portion sizes were generous and satisfying. Prices were on the higher side, but considering the quality of the food and the authenticity of the flavors, it was well worth it. A great spot for a special night out or a treat-yourself meal. highly recommend Ristorante Giuliano’s for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Italian pasta. I had my birthday dinner here. This is one of the best Italian restaurants that I’ve been to in a while! This dish was an experience. It wasn’t just delicious—it was unforgettable.. There is a wide selection of wines and they were delicious. I had tiramisu for dessert., which was divine. The restaurant had a cozy and intimate vibe upstairs where we were seated. The service was very professional, with attentive staff who served everything carefully, including pouring the wine like experts. I had a lovely birthday. We will visit Giuliano’s definitely again soon! Haha

The food is really good. I recommend perle ai porci and calabrisella mia pizzas. We also tried tiramisu which had a very soft and flavorful cream. Andrea served us really well and he offered us some limoncello shots.

Excellent food, very attentive and pleasant waiter. Only downside: the room is small and if by chance there are several groups of 4-5 people, it’s a little noisy. But the quality of the cuisine makes up for it!

Sounds like a real kitchen nightmare straight out of a time machine to 1996! Your description of the lasagna has me imagining a Tex-Mex twist that's way off track. And tiramisu with melon and chocolate chips? That's a culinary crime! If arugula and broken Italian cheese are their signature, they're missing the mark on flavor. Sounds like it's time for a serious makeover!

Food was great but ready in 10 minutes... We were out of the place within 40. Seemed kind of odd for a sit down restaurant.

I had dinner at this restaurant in the center of Den Haag. The staff is Italian, as are the chef and the ingredients. Naturally we are in the Netherlands and it is obvious that they have had to adapt to a minimum. For example, the cooking of the pasta, we specified "al dente", or the use of parmesan instead of pecorino romano on the carbonara (for my husband - Roman - it was blasphemy). We will return to try other things on the menu, such as the pizza served in the other restaurant "Giuliano's" next door. But based on first impressions and experience alone, it is definitely a place I would recommend.

Super good service, very fast delivery of the food to the table. Good price. House white wine (bottle) 23 euros. Maybee with italian music in the background will give the place 5 star in everything 😀
