Much too salty. No healthy salads. Way too much sauce in the dishes

This was our first time eating here. Just like at other Chinese restaurants, we expected to get a small portion; however, even my husband (a big eater) couldn't finish the meat portion. Additionally, you get a large portion of rice/noodles. Furthermore, the taste is good and the staff is super friendly! We will definitely be back.

The Rose Garden Evergreen in Middelharnis offers both a buffet and à la carte dishes, and we opted for the à la carte option that evening. The food was served promptly and tasted fantastic, with generous portions and fresh ingredients. The selection is extensive without being overwhelming, and the typical Asian classics are expertly prepared. The service is friendly and unobtrusive, and the atmosphere is simple yet pleasant. The restaurant's prices are reasonable, which is appropriate considering the portion sizes and the wide variety of dishes.

Good food. Unreliable regarding pickup time: ready half an hour later than stated by phone, so we ended up waiting inside for half an hour.

We opted for the buffet and the food was absolutely delicious. The price was very reasonable. The service was excellent – ​​attentive and friendly, not pushy but also very efficient. We hadn't made a reservation, but we would next time we come on a Friday. A lovely evening! Thank you!

If you apparently only order white rice, you are not a full-fledged customer. First, they quoted 3 euros per container, and then the presumed Chinese owner got involved and suddenly we had to pay 5 euros, otherwise we were told to just leave. A boor, unfriendly, and above all, not done. 我们遇到了最差的服务，甚至还被一位中国店主无礼地辱骂。

Takeaway prices have gone up and portions are smaller with fewer vegetables than in the past. A shame.

What a soggy and tasteless meal that was! I'm definitely never eating here again! I'm used to the meals from that other Chinese restaurant in Middelharnis, but they were closed that day, so I thought I'd try Rose Garden instead. If they put as much effort into the food as they do into their website, it would definitely taste much better. It's the exact opposite at that other Chinese restaurant. Delicious food and cheaper too! It was such a waste of money, and my evening was ruined by the awful food! That was a real disappointment! Yuck! I was also treated rudely at the takeout counter. The lady working there seemed very unfriendly, and my food had been getting cold at the back of the counter for a while, even though I was even early for the agreed-upon time, so it wasn't even really warm anymore. What a terrible place with a beautiful website! A 10 for appearances and a 10 for food!

Good Chinese and lots of choice on the menu. Buffet is also very tasty and lots of choice.

First time at the Chinese restaurant, for a cozy Christmas dinner. 🥡 It was amazing! I didn't expect there to be sushi at the Christmas buffet. 🎅🏼 For all the luxury items offered, the price was definitely worth it!😁 The staff was friendly, and everything was great. I will definitely come back.

Delicious, fresh food. The buffet is extensive and delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant looks very neat and cozy. You can still eat here for a reasonable price. And there's no time slot, so you can enjoy a wonderfully relaxed dinner.

This time you get 1 star. I'm going to call tomorrow, because this is even more dramatic than a McDonald's burger in real life after seeing the commercial for it. What exactly is it, boiled vegetables soaked in peanut juice? Photos are of what I ordered and what I received, I think the photo on the website could be adjusted. 🤭 Eating on site was quite okay last time, but this is soulless.

What a disaster, babi ketjap dogs immediately threw everything away in the bin of noodles special, unclear sauce.

Ordered Christmas menu plus various items for Christmas for the first time, and picked it up, but never again. The sauces taste good, the breaded chicken was tough, lots of hard pieces with the babipangang, so grandma with her dentures couldn't get rid of it... the breaded fish was delicious, foe young, hi, fine, but sorry, I will never order from them again. you ., containers barely 3 quarters full. What a sad affair. If you could see the faces of my guests.... Apart from this situation, Have had it taken away before but have had disappointments before, lots of vegetables but little meat/chicken. Above all, continue to cut back!!!!. You won't see me for pickup anymore. On the other hand, we enjoyed the food in the restaurant in October 2024!!.

I thought it was a relief to eat with you. Neat, clean and delicious food. It looks beautiful. Not so modest. The various dishes were also excellent. Wide choice between fish and meat. And various flavors. Of course there was dessert at the end. You've got a fan.

Had dinner with my husband last night. Extremely friendly owner who really took care of everything in terms of service down to the last detail. Very neat place and the food was tasty too. Definitely recommended, the restaurant could still learn something from it in terms of service.

Got a takeaway menu here yesterday for 3-4 people, but it was disappointing again for the 2nd time. Last time we thought it was a matter of taste (i.e. little taste actually) but now the dishes were really not good: A burnt taste to 1 sauce; almost burnt Koe Loe Yuk balls (or perhaps previously fried and now quickly added to the oil?) and nasi that was tasteless. The skewers floated in an almost black peanut sauce, but which again had little flavor. We were able to wring out the spring roll, as it were. None of them wanted to show off a second time. It's a great shame because it's a beautiful place in terms of decor and the staff is very friendly when ordering and picking up. Unfortunately, there will no longer be a 3rd collection for us.

We have eaten several times in the restaurant with the whole family. The service is great, they are so friendly. And the food is soooo delicious every time. The design of the restaurant is modern, chic and really attractive. The menu is completely different than when you pick up. Recommended for everyone.

Very good restaurant. Service was super friendly and the food was super good. What I also thought was super fun and original was that they put the noodles in a kind of wooden barrel. Really great fun! What I also really liked was that they have a buffet on Saturdays, but that you could also just eat ala carte. Just a super good and nice restaurant. Compliments to the staff in the kitchen and service!

Helaas , toch wel een paar keer goede ervaring gehad, nu helaas niet, alles lauw, bijna tegen het koud aan.

Prima eten in een goed verlichte zaak. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

Fantastisch heerlijk eten en vriendelijke en alerte bediening, aanradertje.

Lekkere afsluiter van ons weekendje. Het personeel was perfect.

Keurige bediening, heerlijk eten echt een aanrader

Het was gezellig knus sfeer, beter dan voorheen. Wel kleiner, dacht dat het groter was.. Eten was lekker maar kon beter vonden wij. Er was niet veel smaak in. Dat is wel beetje minpunt. Drinken (met of zonder alcohol) moet je zelf bijbetalen. Niet onbeperkt!

Prima gegeten. Smaakte net zo goed als bij het afhalen.

Interieur, is nu meer zwart met koninklijk geel. Personeel uiterst vriendelijk. Eten was erg goed.

Het buffet was verrassend goed en gevarieerd. Alleen het schepijs was op ons moment te koud en bijna niet te scheppen. De medewerkers konden daar niet direct een oplossing voor vinden.

Vriendelijke bediening. Afhaal smaakt altijd goed. Het restaurant is sinds het opgeknapt is weer leuk om te eten. Het buffet word goed bijgevuld en smaakt verder goed. Toiletten zijn netjes en bij het dames toilet staat zelfs een doosjes met maandverband en tampons. Ik vind dit een klein detail waar aan je kan zien dat er iemand goed over alles heeft nagedacht.

Gezellig restaurant en lekker Chinees eten, zowel bij afhaal als in het restaurant.

Afhaal menu omdat het restaurant gesloten was . Menu nr 54 en 77 waren vlak van smaak(geen Aziatisch aroma en kruiden) Nasi goreng was witte rijst en een fliertje ei en ham en totaal geen smaak( niet in een wok geweest) De Babi Pangang was een grote bak saus met ondergedompeld repen vlees met totaal geen smaakbeleving. Nr 54 Mihoen Goreng het zelfde verhaal! Al met al geen aanrader en voor ons de catorgorie eenmaal!

Na op vakantie te zijn geweest, besteld bij het restaurant. Na de bestelling opgehaald te hebben en thuis aangekomen te zijn om na een lange rit lekker te genieten van onze bestelling bleek er iets mis. Er ontbrak een gerecht en een bak nasi. Dit is opzich niet heel erg en we belden het restaurant om te melden dat er iets mis gegaan was met de bestelling. De eigenaresse ontkende glashard dat we het besteld hadden (terwijl ze zelf de bestelling aan de telefoon herhaald had) en bood geen oplossing aan en hing vervolgens op.

Fijne zaak. Héérlijk eten. Zeker een aanrader. Zowel afhaal als in de zaak eten is goed. Jong personeel samen met de eigenaars die er goed de wind onder hebben.

Fijne jonge bediening, lekkere verfijnde gerechten, (ik mis wel de dim sums), pluspunt is de korting voor 65+ Bij het buffet

Met Sinterklaasavond weer eens hier gaan eten. Bediening is netjes, en het eten smaakte super. Aanrader is de wontonsoep..
