A nice place in itself, but it is 30 degrees inside and the food is kept unchilled. The kapsalon consists of an unimaginative layer of fries, meat, and lettuce. Naturally, very difficult to understand. In short, an overheated place, same goes for the storage food. Second chance in July 2026: arrogant staff and once again hopeless and unimaginative food regarding the kapsalon. That they can still exist with that quality :(

Disgusting staff, and disgusting food. When I asked for extra sauce once, I was simply told 'no'. Please, never get anything here; rats run around everywhere and that döner meat is 20 years old—they just throw it in the microwave instead of making it fresh. In short, it's a filthy mess there.

An employee was standing inside smoking; all the smoke came towards us. They are very antisocial and always angry.

Best place in all of the Netherlands!!!! The service is top-notch!!! Food made with love!!! Clean! For years, Papyrus has supported me through both good and bad times. For years, Papyrus has endured rude, drunken youngsters who eat there after going out every weekend. They always treat these youngsters with respect.

Owner is angry, don't know why but he is just not nice, I don't think he will come back again

45 minutes waiting for 1 small fries, a cheeseburger and 1 pizza. The cheeseburger was dry, there was no sauce on it, you only got a small bag of mayo to do it yourself (?!) and it was still dry and tough. Just like the fries, by the way, also dry and tough and way too much herbs thrown on it. The pizza was okay, nothing special.

The pizza was delicious and we got something to eat late at night.

Best tent in all of Flakkee. Tried every food joint on the island, but nothing as good as Papyrus. Very neat case and quality is always good. Have ordered more than 50 times in recent years and quality has always been great. Never 1 error in the order. If you're hungry, go to Papyrus!

Ordered a Turkish pizza which costs €5 but all you get on it is dry lettuce and cheese. You don't call this a Turkish pizza? Waste of my money. Never again!

Terrible, never again. Call and it will be there within an hour/1.5 hours. After calling for more than 1.5 hours, where is the order? Yes, I'm busy, I'm not asking that, you said 1 hour to 1.5 hours. Questions , yes in half an hour . Bye , take away the order . So I will never order there again

Heerlijk gegeten en heel vriendelijk personeel.

Erg lekkere en goed gevulde Turkse pizza Döner kebab serveren ze je daar. Als ik geen Zin heb om te koken voor mijn kinderen en trek heb in een snelle hap dan scoort Papyrus bij mijn kids van 12 en 11 altijd heel hoog.

Lekker eten ...wilde vandaag weer wat halen stond ik mooi voor een dichte deur om 18.00 uur later stond er een karretje met vlees voor de deur wat geleverd werd...vroeg gaan jullie nog open geen idee ik lever dit alleen af ...niks op het raam of wat dan ook vermeld ...ben nu maar naar een ander gegaan om eten te halen...

Tel besteld en daarna afgehaald alles op tijd klaar goede sevice
