I've never seen such a great patisserie anywhere else. Unfortunately, it was very hot today, so we couldn't bring home any Planet chocolates. But the cakes were also delicious. Highly recommended!

Do yourself a favour and have an almond cake here. And/or the Yuzu planet bonbons. Yummy!

Please give the ice cream scooper instructions on how to fill a half liter because that's how I pay for a quarter liter of air.

The most delicious hazelnut cake in the world

Ice cream tastes great. Unfortunately it is super pricey; more than €4 for 2 scoops (perhaps logical for such a place). The biggest con is that they don't have melon ice cream. 😢

Had an old cheese sandwich, unfortunately the sandwich was not crispy and fresh. For 8.50 euros you expect a top sandwich.

Unfortunately, even if the shop is open, the ice cream closes earlier. Even if you stand there with 10 people, no ice cream. 😭

The pastries here are so delicious! Yes, you pay for it (€4.50), but we really enjoyed it! The choice is very large, it was almost impossible to make a choice. The service was friendly and we were helped quickly.

A beautiful pastry shop, lots of choice of different cakes and pastries. There is a lot of attention to detail. The service was excellent as was the coffee. Don't expect carrot cake or cheesecake here.

A very luxurious pastry shop, with luxurious cakes, pastries, sandwiches, chocolates and delicious Frisian products and the ice cream is also really delicious. Especially the Oranjekoek ice cream and Frisian sugar loaf ice cream. We had breakfast here, which was so tasty. Also bought products. The service is very nice. Great business!

It's a pity that cotton gloves are not used at the chocolate shop, it initially seems unhygienic to use the hands, even though they look beautiful. Otherwise beautiful thing

Delicious ice cream is sold there in typical Frisian flavors. Very good. Highly recommended after the visit to the Planetarium.

Getting an ice cream with 4 adults and 4 children, no other customers. It took a while for the children to make a choice, but the older lady behind the counter had difficulty concealing her annoyance. Face looked like thunder. Apparently not very happy with children.

Unfortunately, only the ice cream section was open. But that was very tasty. It was enjoyable with typical Frisian flavors such as Dumkes and suckerbol. A look at the pastry section made me wish it was open too.

Wanted to get ice cream at 5:45 PM they were already closed even though the door says 6:00 PM...

Arrive at ten past four on Saturday and receive the message that the catering industry closes at half past five. I guess the girl in the store didn't feel like it. Neither do we anymore

Every visit to Franeker is combined with a visit to Schaafsma. Our sons love their sugar loaf, ice cream and... well, what else. As a teenager I worked with my sister at Romke and Jantina, and we have great memories of this. This new location is really beautiful! Will come again soon :-)

A nice, quiet shop where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee and a snack. The place is nicely decorated and the coffee and cake were super tasty. The store itself is a nice, neat store where you can buy and eat true works of art. There is a toilet and the staff is helpful and friendly. You can also get delicious ice cream at the front of the store for a hot day.

Rustige en leuke bakkerij waar je ff lekker een broodje kunt eten en wat drinken.

Wel een erg simpel boordje voor het geld enz. Bovenal slechte akoestiek, gekletter met borden etc. Beetje een Ikea gevoel maar dan prijzig.

Dieser Laden ist nur für Menschen, die Genuss lieben und für ein paar Kaloriensünden offen sind. Leckere Kuchen und Kekse gepaart mit feinsten Schokoladen-Spezialitäten und beides wunderbar präsentiert und im Überfluss. Gemütlicher Café - Teil wo man ein paar Dinge gleich probieren kann und dazu wird ein sehr schöner Kaffee serviert.

Skeer. Very small portions, 6.75€ for a small round bread with cheese and spread. Good bread but if it’s this small call it ‘kleine broodjes’ or such. The coffee was ok but also very small for a cappuccino. The chai latte is very sweet. The place looks good, cute well balanced furniture. No steps taken to improve acoustics and they have the radio on continuously. Not loud but with the bad acoustics it’s very annoying commercials noise. Oh and mould on your dried flowers.

Nous avons fait une petite pause avant le début de la visite du planétarium. Le service est rapide et tout est très bon et il y a même un petit coin pour les enfants.

Lekker gebak en ijs in een mooie zaak. De prijzen liggen wel erg hoog en als je er koffie drinkt krijg je wel erg slappe koffie..

Recién reformada, súper limpia y cuidada. Los empleados muy amables, ayudando a la selección de aquello que quieras tomar, explicando todos los ingredientes de los postres. Todo estaba increíble.

Een van mijn favoriete bakkers in Franeker

Heerlijke oliebollen, appelbollen en warme broodjes gekocht waar je je vingers bij af blijft likken. Hele nette en schone winkel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Het aanbod van gebak en patisserie is enorm uit eigen bakkerij waarbij keuze maken uit alles het niet makkelijk maakt.

Moet je zeker heen als je van goeie kwaliteit houdt echt lekker gebak!

Wer gerne Kuchen und Pralinen mag muss bei einem Besuch von Franeker unbedingt hier mal rein schauen. Ein Träumchen für Gaumen und Augen. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Selten so leckere Torten gegessen und auch die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Auch die Pralinen und anderen Köstlichkeiten sahen sehr ansprechend aus. Wenn es die Konditorei in meiner Heimatstadt gäbe, wäre ich sicher Stammkundin. Viele Grüße

Fijne winkel , zeer goede producten. Je moet alleen lang wachten tot je geholpen wordt...weinig medewerkers (KLANTEN LOPEN WEG) wel vriendelijke medewerkers.

Echt lekkere ijs,soms is het ijs wat te zacht,dan kun je het beter in een bakje hebben 🍦🍧

Geweldige bakkerij. De verse broodjes waren geweldig en de medewerkers zijn er erg vriendelijk. Het praatje was erg gezellig.

Across the street from the planetarium I had expected some sort of a tourist trap, but this place has the best icecream I've had in a long, long time. Make sure to try the Dûmkes flavored one. Also lots of delicacies in the shop next door.

Alle producten zijn mooi tentoongesteld en zeer aantrekkelijk om te zien. Bij de ijssalon hebben ze heerlijk ijs.
