Was spending a day in Franeker and passed a bakery. I thought, "When I go home, I'll stop by." Of course, I took home some sugar bread, whole wheat, and tiger bread. The next day, back home in Haarlem, I started eating the bread. WOWWW WHAT FLAVORED BREAD. And the sugar bread was FANTASTIC. Baker Siesling, in 6 weeks I will come all the way from Haarlem to pick up bread from you. You have a top-notch business.

Voorstraat 2A very good bakery with excellent products, and incredibly friendly staff. However, the hygiene, especially the cleaning of the bread tins, really needs improvement. Too often, brown bread residue is mixed in with the white bread, and that's truly disgusting!
