Update: this manager, John, cancelled my reservation by himself without informing me. I went with my friends and we were asked to leave. We stayed at cold raining winter for half hour and haven’t get refund. John working as manager told me that I am as a guest who have no place to complaint because he is the boss, the owner of this restaurant. I ate there 2 times before. It’s the worse service I have ever met before. It’s raining and I just arrived half hour earlier than appointment time. They rejected me to stay. Great experience!! The people are so nice, the all-you-can-eat BBQ for €40 is so worth it, with a good atmosphere I really recommend it for those who have never been to this kind of restaurant.

The food was tasty and came quickly! I liked the trendy look of the restaurant! Prices weren’t bad considering it’s close to the city center. Only downside was that the waiter didn’t let us fill up our water bottles. 😅

Very small portions for the price of "all you can eat". The food was good and we enjoyed our meal but the server forgot to bring half of our order and we had to chase it. Overall a good experience but really overpriced for the amount of food served.

The choice of meats to barbecue wasn’t a lot unfortunately and there were little to no sauce to order from the menu to dip the meat in. Other dishes such as the teokkeoboky (idk how to spell it srry) were great! Nice environment, fast service, good food.

We recently visited this Korean BBQ restaurant and opted for the à la carte menu. The food was tasty and well-prepared. Portions weren’t very large, but enough to try a variety of dishes. The service was good, friendly and attentive and the restaurant itself looked clean and well kept.

I have been to other korean bbq restaurants and this just wasn’t it. The food was lacking seasoning, a dish we ordered wasn’t served and when we asked about it we got served something else. We had to ask to have the grill changed because the worker did not show any initiative to change the grill, it wasn’t something they do regularly, which is weird because they can’t expect you to keep grilling on the same grill for almost three hours. We also ordered chicken skewers which were RAW, yes pink! They were still pink inside. You would think it could not go wrong with chicken skewers because it’s such a small and thin piece of meat, well it could. When we told a worker about, she did not even apologize nor did we get a second portion of the skewers. The vegetarian loempia’s were probably from a freezer packet as were some of the other dishes. Overal, the food wasn’t that good, the service wasn’t better, would not return.

This is not an authentic Korean restaurant run by Koreans. Although the sign is in Korean, the napkins display a Japanese flag, and it seems the restaurant is operated by Chinese staff. The portions are quite small, and the seasoning tastes a bit off. Among the dishes, the bulgogi was the most acceptable. I strongly advise against ordering the kimchi stew — it’s mostly just broth, and the quantity is barely the size of a small rice bowl.

Please don’t come here it’s scams , no quality in food and taste is horrible. Please spend you money somewhere in MC DONALD is more worth it than here. Food I give one star ⭐️ because there is no option for 0 star ⭐️. This place should ban . only you go there if don’t care about the taste . Good luck

It's my first Korean BBQ so i don't have much to compare this to but...man this wasn't okay. The concept is super cool, the grills look nice, you have your privacy. But then the disappointments quickly start. You don't get information on how to proceed with the meats and they just expect you to know. All of the starters are low quality and stale. The only tasty meat was the beef bulgogi. The rest of the stuff for the grill is just underseasoned and sliced so poorly it falls apart on the grill. One of the soups had these awful pieces of cheap salami in it. Half of the bibimbap's rice was raw. The chicken tempura has huge dough shells and is quite greasy. Overall, the food just wasn't that good. It wasn't super bad, the bulgogi was okay, the ice cream and wakame salad were actually quite nice. But for that price? They should provide more for that price. That's one of the most expensive Asian restaurants, lol. And the cherry on top: my stomach got upset a few hours afterwards. Like, upset upset. Overall it wasn't SUPER bad but i wish i didn't go there.

Always delicious, good combination of meat and other dishes. The fish is really good and soft, loved the sweet potato noodles as well. We always end up spending around 90€ (for two people) for the all you can eat food and one drink each.

Came here a while ago to have KBBQ with a friend and we left underwhelmed and actually got sick a few hours after our visit here. We ordered several meats for the bbq under which bulgogi beef and Ka Kalbi. Besides the bbq we ordered: a spicy stew, side of rice, beef gimbap and another small dish. We are aware that we cannot compare it to an Original Korean or even Japanese bbq, but our experience was quite below par. The meat was of poor quality and had a "weird" colour to it, which probably should have been our clue to maybe not eat it. The texture of the meat was also very different to any Korean BBQ we have ever had. The stew wasn't really a stew, it was a watery spicy soup with chaphae in it? There was a lack of flavour and a lack of proper ingredients used. The seating came with 2 side dishes: Kimchi and pickled spiced cucumber. Both of those side dishes were of average quality and nothing worth mentioning to be honest. Normally there should be a radish side of any kind, yet not at SEOUL SISTA. The side of rice we ordered was very sticky and not smooth-, soft or nicely steamed at all. It looked and tasted more like cheap style sushi rice than proper steamed rice. On top of this, this restaurant doesn't have the proper utensils for an original KBBQ and are using crafting scissors to cut meats with.. If we both hadn't gotten sick from our experience here it might have gotten two stars. But for the price you are paying, the quality you are getting and the lack of authenticity, they are getting a one. Would not recommend going here.

I really like the dining concept here. At your table, there is a QR code that each person scans. Then amongst the group, you can pride up to 12 items. You have to communicate with your group and either designate someone to place all of the orders or tell everyone to not to confirm the order until after the last person has added to the cart. Once the order is confirmed, you have to wait 10 minutes before you can place the next order. It’s all you can eat with a set price per person excluding the drinks and on certain days of the week, the price is different. I enjoyed my food very much and was able to try out a variety of dishes since it was a shared experience. There is a hot pot at each table to cook your food on. You can also request to change the grill plate if it starts to get charred. There are some dishes already prepared under the Korean snacks. I highly recommend the honey chicken and seafood pancake. They also have a variety of soups. I had the miso soup and can recommend that. The menu is Korean influenced meaning there are dishes on there that are definitely not typical Korean I.e. lumpia. Also, they don’t serve garlic and chili oil and it’s not on the menu to order. Nonetheless, I had no complaints regarding the food or service. We were a rather large group (around 30ppl with 4-5 ppl per table) and the service was pretty fast and efficient! They have soju as well. I tried both the watermelon and grape flavor but I preferred the grape.

Mediocre at best, looks like they've bought a lot of positive reviews. Lived in Amsterdam 4 years. Starters, fish courses - all bad and bland. Meat courses - just fine. Very loud inside, sterile overhead lighting upstairs feels like you're in a hospital or school. I was full at the end of the meal, but I wasn't wow'd by anything. For Korean food in Amsterdam I would try The BAB, Gangnam chicken or SOJU bar.

Booked a table efficiently online and the kind staff even helped rebook for earlier time. Sadly the only thing nice about the restaurant was the staff and the cute atmosphere. Food: the bulgogi, side dishes and pork belly are pretty disappointing. Runny, fatty meats. The sirloin was the only acceptable and good meat. Kimchi is not authentic and is watery just like the ssamjang. Cucumber kimchi was delicious though. System: Pretty smart all you can eat menu through QR codes on the table. You get to order 6 dishes every 10 min. Staff kindly explained. Utensils and equipment made of wood makes it harder to cook the food. Inefficient. Price: Sadly not worth the price. 40 euros for me to eat the same meat and some side dishes. drinks and desserts aren’t included either. Nice staff but disappointing food. Left pretty bummed.

Seoul SISTA is a fantastic spot for Korean food lovers! The food and service were both excellent. The host was friendly and took the time to explain everything on the menu, which made the experience even better. I ordered chapchae, tteokbokki, and enjoyed tons of banchan, all of which were delicious. The cucumber banchan, in particular, was a standout—so refreshing and flavorful! The price was great too—less than 40 euros, and you can pick exactly what you want from the menu. If you’re craving authentic Korean flavors with great service, Seoul SISTA is definitely worth visiting. I’ll be back for sure!

Disappointing service at Seoul Sista We were looking forward to a fun evening at Seoul Sista, and that was exactly what it was on Christmas Eve. Once we started distributing the tags, we discovered that we paid full price for 2 children (EVEN FOR A 1-year-old BABY). Not only was this incorrect, but when we contacted to discuss this, the manager was downright unprofessional (Mr. Wong). Instead of addressing the problem calmly, he started yelling on the phone. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable. We expected a reasonable conversation and instead we were treated poorly. For a restaurant that positions itself premium, we expected better service. This was our first and last time at Seoul Sista. I would advise everyone to think carefully before going here. And look carefully at the receipt!!!

There are plenty of other places worth your money and time in Amsterdam taste and service wise.

Fun concept for a dinner out with friends! The grill is in the middle of the table, and you can order raw meat to cook as you please. Korean dishes are tasty but not the best I’ve had in Amsterdam. The quality of the meat is also not amazing but it’s “all you can eat” quality, which is fair for the price you pay. Waiters could be a bit nicer :)

Ate here yesterday and we had a good meal. The staff was very nice and fast — and the ambience is also very good. I think we were close to the kitchen, so everything came to the table very quickly. The meat is well seasoned, and the mocktails are tasty too! I have previously been to the restaurant in Rotterdam twice, and have nothing negative to say about it. I can only think of something positive.

Went at the end of October. Did Korean BBQ for the first time. Concept was explained at the table and there was an explanation card! Convenient to order by telephone. Food was all super tasty. Cocktails also recommended! Cozy atmosphere and fast service :)

I went a a lot of times to this korean bbq restaurant. The food is very amazing always. Especially the meat. And the Fries with curry mayo are probably one of the best fries i tried. I also admire every staff member at the restaurant. They present the food to is nicely. But im glad about one employee Yaslin. She is very attentive to us at the table. And also very polite when asking something. She even ask us an refill for the banchans. So i would really recommend this restaurant 🙏

All ingredients were fresh and the seating was cosy and comfortable. However, I find a lot of dishes too dry or salty. The meat can be marinated and seasoned better for extra flavour. For the price quality its not worth to come back again.

Come here with an appetite! We really enjoyed the All You Can Eat menu here, the variety was great. I understand the complaints about the meat quality but honestly, the variety makes up for it. So many different types of beef, pork, seafood, etc. and a huge variety of cooked food items from skewers to dumplings to noodle dishes. Service is about what you’d expect from an All You Can Eat (lots of unhappy servers slamming dishes down ) but you don’t come here for the atmosphere or service, you come here to EAT!

Been here quite a few times before & we always keep coming back. The BBQ tastes good and the ordering system is easy to work with. Being able to order actual Korean dishes like bibimbap next to the meat is very nice. Always a very pleasant experience!

We chose the A-la-carte option and ordered halal bbq items like chicken, bulgogi and kalbi beef (the best was the bulgogi, everything else tasted of just meat) + korean fried chicken, which was ketchup-y. The grilling experience was great but I recommend the staff to give starter tips for someone visiting the first time. I understand that's difficult tho because they're on their toes for the AYCE customers.

Im surprised this place even gets a 4 star rating. Typical AYCE by same owners like Sumo. Low quality meat, old meat, tasteless. I’ll invite you guys to come to Korea and learn what Korean BBQ tastes like. The tastiest thing is ice cream

Fun concept but highly priced. Was a bit annoying no beverage (a 200ml coke costs 3.5 Euro that is 17.5 euro per litre) were included in the price. Naturally you will want something to drink with the spicy food. I liked the food.

Korean barbecue (and its all-you-can eat) in a hip atmosphere with lightening fast service. What's not to like? Its a bit pricey but its worth it

Been to many Korean BBQ places all over the world. This one is definitely in the bottom tier. Not the best meat, inattentive service and electric teflon-coated pans, not real grills. Asked for tap water, the waiter told us they’re “not allowed to serve that”, pointed to a €7.50 bottle on the menu and scoffed at us when implied that’s robbery. What?!

Delicious food. We had to get used to the best concept in the beginning, but once you get the hang of it, you can enjoy it. Service was fast and always friendly. My only tip would be to expand on the desserts.
