The food was cold, the cola was lukewarm, and the B&J ice cream had melted. After calling, I only received new ice cream, which took another 35 minutes to arrive, and it was still soft. During the phone call, the man was "polite" but certainly not polite. We've been ordering from here for a while; things often go wrong, but this was the last time for us. Such a shame.

If you hire delivery drivers make sure they don't put advertisements in your cars as they like to destroy people's own property and cause damage as tearing up gravel is great fun for such idiots but damaging cars is not fun for the people parked here because they apparently can't think where all that gravel is flying what a company says on behalf of the residents here thank you very much on behalf of such staff idiots of companies like you we only pay more service costs to repair it. This is one of my favorite sushi places. The food is very tasty and is always delivered on time. Too bad about the other reviews, because I know them as a very good restaurant with fresh sushi, I will continue to order here for the time being.

Not a review about the food. About the delivery person. It drives so fast without observing traffic rules. This almost caused an accident with a 2 year old child in my car. Hope this company understands that such drivers are not advertisements. I also reported this by telephone, but I think it is so dangerous that it is also worthy of a post here.

The sushi is always to your liking and delicious. Unfortunately, I recently had a bad experience with the order. Canceled order from Shabu which was only reported after 30 minutes without a refund and also not reachable by phone (on hold for more than 45 minutes).

The restaurant is too dirty for words, nauseatingly dirty, even on the ordering computer. The toilet was like a horror movie too gross. To think that these gentlemen have to prepare your food, it is also striking that the gentlemen are constantly smoking and on their mobile phones, they have no attention to their surroundings at all. We had to ask for the table to be cleaned. When we asked why it was so dirty everywhere, his answer was that cleaners are expensive. It's actually a shame for such a beautiful restaurant.

The so called Coconut Taro milk tea should be called brown sugar tea, there is 0 taste of coconut nor taro it was more 90% sugar. That was the most disgusting thing i ever had! Sushi is ok nothing special like sushito and more!

I ordered yesterday and am very disappointed. I had already had a food poisoning from the seaweed salad, but never from the sushi. Unfortunately, yesterday it happened, so I spent the evening vomiting shortly after eating sushi. We have ordered from here a number of times recently 2023-2024, but it is getting worse and worse. Too bad because we have always had good experiences with Shabu in the past. The food is delivered far too early (1.5 hours earlier) or far too late (1.5 hours and 45 minutes, after a call from us). The shusi is then quite dry, it has probably been there for an hour and the hot items such as spring rolls are cold/lukewarm and especially limp. When we called about this, we were also treated very unfriendly and we received poor answers (it is under a heat lamp, so it cannot be cold. It is busy, so delivery an hour later can of course happen. Yes, you also have to do not have it delivered around dinner time). Once again a shame, because we always think Shabu is a very nice restaurant, but we will stay away from this branch for the time being

Ordered food for 40 euros. 2 Poke bowl and something to drink. Sauce not supplied with 1 Poke Bowl. Called, they would bring it. We live a maximum of 10 minutes away. Called again after 25 minutes. Finally after 35 minutes a bowl of sauce. 3x contact. 3 times no apology or compensation. They don't understand anything.

Het was snel klaar, de kwaliteit was enorm, kwantiteit was fenomenaal en de service en houding van het personeel was top ! Tweede keer van een, hopelijk oneindig aantal bestellingen!

Op de site van deze winkel, kom ik nooit verder dan bestellen, dan staat er, dat het emailadres al bekend is, maar kom dan niet meer verder. Ook deze zaak verzorgd het eten prima, maar vanwege dat echec met betalen, zoek ik een ander adres, die geen problemen heeft/ geeft.

Vandaag voor het eerst thuis laten bezorgen en vond bij het afhalen jullie als restaurant enorm vriendelijk en goed met eten en drinken. Maar thuisbezorgd! WAUWWWW GEWOON MEER STERREN VERDIEND het is is letterlijk binnen een kwartier bij je adress en echt lekker warm was me gerecht. Me bubble tea was ook enorm lekker zoals gewoonlijk. Hou dit vast

Het eten wordt gebracht. Het is heerlijk eten en genieten. De sushi is in mijn Top 1. Verser dan vers. En na het eten denk ik: ben ik vergeten foto van de sushi te maken. Vandaar foto zonder de heerlijke sushi.

Gister sushi box besteld en de Tuna Maki zag er erg oud uit (bruin). Heb opgebeld en hiervoor nieuwe gevraagd en dat is geleverd maar de rest van de box smaakte ook niet heel erg vers dus heb uiteindelijk de helft ongeveer gewoon weggegooid helaas. Let AUB op de kwaliteit van deze boxen, ik denk dat ze vooraf worden gemaakt waardoor de kwaliteit eventueel minder kan zijn..? Zie foto's voor de box vergeleken met de nieuwe Tuna Maki die ze hebben geleverd, een wereld van verschil. Ook vind ik de rolls af en toe niet goed dichtgemaakt waardoor ze uit elkaar vallen. Wel fijn dat de Tuna Maki in ieder geval opnieuw is geleverd maar dit zou gewoon niet moeten kunnen.

Wow! We bestellen vaker Sushi en dat doen we bij wisselende restaurants. Altijd is sushi "okay-ish". Ditmaal voor het eerst bij Shabu besteld. TOP! Heerlijke sushi en duidelijk anders-dan-anders. Als in: beter, verser, meer smaak. De sushi van Shabu was letterlijk "smaakvoller" dan die van andere restaurants. Wel iets duurder, maar het was de meerprijs zeker waard. Dit was de eerste keer dat wij bij Shabu bestelden, maar zeker niet de laatste keer.

Goed eten maar minimale vegetarische keuzes (niets warms) en vergeten constant de saus bij de pokebowls.

Het was erg lekker. Ze waren erg klantvriendelijk. Ze hadden niet gezien dat ik een opmerking geplaatst had ivm sesam allergie. Ze hadden een nieuwe gemaakt.

Ik haal regelmatig via Social Deal kortingsbonnen voor een restaurant of afhaalpunt. Zo ook voor Shabu to go. Ik heb echt heerlijke sushi gegeten. De spicy tonijnmousse zou van mij nog iets pittiger mogen, maar smaakt echt heerlijk. Ik haal nu heel vaak sushi bij Shabu. Vriendelijk personeel en het eten staat altijd klaar, wanneer ik een afhaalafspraak online heb gemaakt. De warme producten, zoals Edamame boontjes, worden apart bewaard van de koelproducten, zoals sushi. Ik raad je aan hier eens sushi te halen.
