I only received my order 4 hours after ordering. I called them 4 times every half hour, the same answer every time, it's in the car and on its way to you. it sat in the car for more than 2.5 hours and the only compensation I received for this was 12.50 for the hot products in my order while the cold fresh fish products also sat in a car for 2.5 hours. Bad thing, I will never order from here again.

Do not store fresh food and boxes of food that have fallen on the ground are picked up from the ground with the same glove used to remove tuna and salmon from the container. Staff gets angry when you say something about it. No idea what hygiene means!!!!

I ordered a poke bowl ebi tempura today, and it wasn't good; it wasn't fresh! I got nauseous very quickly, and the nausea lingered for a long time! I also think it's way too expensive for what it is. Don't order from here; it's better to have Kaneda!

Food arrived an hour late, was not fresh or tasty and didn't even add ginger. The drinks were almost warm and the food was almost cold, so a lot went wrong. It used to be tasty, but it isn't anymore.

Ordered a pokebowl with tuna. Tuna doesn't smell good take a few bites end up throwing up (tuna spoiled). Contact the company and you will be treated poorly because it is not correct and they want to give you a new one. Well, sorry, but after a spoiled meal, don't think I'm going to have a new one...

I don't recommend this TOKO to everyone! I am really a frequent visitor to the catering industry, but it all started with someone who doesn't speak the language and I have no problem with that at all... but if I don't understand you, don't turn your back on me (manager/owner) come for a bubble tea, and the choice was watermelon with Mint and lime... somehow this was not available, that is of course possible, but clarity Whoa... then a staff member takes over... they handled well, but when I got home I had jelly sticks and no strawberry pops... and I called the store, they said there are sticks in it etc... I left it at that.... I recommend going to KANEDA...it's just around the corner... I'm boycotting this business, will you join me?

Normally I don't leave a negative review, but this went a bit too far for me. I often get sushi here where you have to get the drinks yourself. When I forgot to grab my drink last time when I picked it up (because I first waited for my sushi and then left without drinking with just my sushi), I asked if I could grab it with my new order. I indicated that it was also fine if this was not possible. When the possible owner or team leader looked at me with a crooked smile and asked if I had proof, I felt a huge negative intonation. If it had simply been stated that this was not possible, it would have been fine. The negative intonation made me feel very bad. I used to be a regular customer, but now I will have to find another sushi place.

Nette en mooie zaak, vriendelijk personeel. Prima te eten, wordt ter plekke gemaakt. Leuk geserveerd met sausjes, stokjes en wasabi. Maar het haalt het zeker niet bij de sushi in een echt sushi restaurant. Wij hadden de master monster sushi platter.

5 stars! i always order and love this place, especially the curry chicken. the cashier is so nice with a smile on her face and i love how the food is prepared, i also love that u can see the kitchen and how they work! i def recommend! 😁

We've been enjoying Pasar Raya Haarlem for years. The couple who run it are incredibly friendly, hospitable, and hardworking. Everything is prepared with so much love and in the traditional way. The Indonesian dishes are truly delicious and carefully prepared. Even though we no longer live in Haarlem, we still love driving back just to have them. Nothing is too much trouble; they always think along with you and make your visit very personal and special. Highly recommended! For us, it's the best place in Haarlem for authentic Indonesian food.
