Just at 6 p.m., in the AH parking garage, an idiot drove one of your cars with a license plate ending in 124 pn down the center aisle, going the opposite way, and nearly missed hitting my car, even though I was driving in the right direction. Extremely dangerous and incredibly bad publicity for you.

I really dont understand the hate that this place is getting, i order there all the time and its my favourite place to order. The food is always fresh and usually still warm. Yes,you have to wait a bit for the delivery but, thats in almost every place now days, especially when you order at dinner time. It usually takes about an hour. So yeah I would recommend, for sure .

These types of dishes are at the bottom of my list and therefore less favorite. The delivery costs of at least €20.00 are higher than the costs I want to spend on a meal for myself (1 person). The delivery costs of €2.00 for Leiden <=> Katwijk is an acceptable amount. With the above score, it does not come to placing an order.

We've ordered from here several times, but the service and quality are only deteriorating. Today was the final straw. We placed our order at 6:30 PM, with an estimated delivery time of 70 minutes. But by 8:30 PM, we still hadn't received anything. We called to ask where our order was. The employee said the delivery driver was "on his way." Half an hour later, there was still nothing, so we called again. Then we were told he was "leaving now." But that turned out to be another lie, because after more than two hours, the food still hadn't arrived. This isn't the first time things have been forgotten, the food has arrived cold, or empty promises have been made over the phone. They keep saying they'll fix it, but nothing has changed. This is definitely the last time for us. Poor service, long wait times, cold food, and unreliable employees who simply tell you what to do over the phone. Absolutely NOT recommended!

Always late or WAY late—we're talking about ordering at 6:17 PM and having it delivered at 8:15 PM. Sometimes the box was unpresentable because everything was mixed up. Last time, the delivery was incomplete. No phone number to complain to. After more than three bad experiences, we're done. My advice is to order elsewhere.

I ordered sushi yesterday, but I was disappointed, I often ordered sushi from this place and was always satisfied, but not yesterday. Yesterday I received my order, it was terrible, 7 rolls were placed in two small boxes, they were crushed, the rolls were not covered with sauce as indicated in the photo, there were no sushi sticks. I paid 79 euros for rice and fish porridge. I'm not happy. I won't order more and advise people not to order sushi here

My boyfriend and I came to buy sushi to go, we stood right at the counter, we said hello, but the woman at the cash register didn’t even pay attention to us, although we were standing alone, we stood there for 5 minutes, then some guy came and she started with communicate with him, she never noticed us, she simply turned on ignore in our direction. We didn’t place the order, thank you, we won’t come again 👍🏻

I would like to share my bad experience with my order with you. Unfortunately, the sushi I ordered in August was of very poor quality, with spoiled fish and dried out ingredients. You promised to make the next order free of charge to make up for it, but unfortunately my trust was broken. I wanted to try it again and I had hoped for a credit of 80 euros that I was promised, but the employee could only offer me a voucher of 20 euros because it was already six months ago 🤬. I am very disappointed and extremely angry about this and hope that we can still find a suitable solution. I still have the photos and will make them public in a different way. Shabu to go, shame on you!

I should have read these ratings before ordering. Seems like that the people who got their food were disappointed. I in the other hand never even got the food I ordered and the restaurant claimed that it was delivered and told me that they won't refund me even though I never received what I paid for.

Grote ronde plateau besteld. Bezorging was snel en zeer goed. De sushi was uitermate heerlijk. Bijzonder veel gevarieerde smaken en vers. Het was niet te veel en zeker niet te weinig. We hebben heerlijk gesmuld. Dank u wel! Zeker een aanrader. Ga zo door!

Het afhalen van de sushi ging goed, maar dat was niet heel verrassend, aangezien het 15.30 was. We hadden een box besteld via socialdeal, waardoor de prijs wel goed was. Anders had ik nooit de echte prijs betaald. De sushirijst was jammer genoeg erg droog, zowel als de tonijn-/zalmsalade achtige vulling. Aan sommige sushi zat ook een rare chemische smaak. Er valt veel betere sushi te halen bij andere afhaalrestaurants in Leiden.

Echt slechte service. Via social deal box besteld. Er staat bij dat er met dieetwensen rekening wordt gehouden dus aangegeven vegan box te willen. Puntje bij paaltje niet mogelijk volgens hen. Ook toen we zeiden dat er dan ipv tonijn en zalm komkommer sushi mocht( is nog veel goedkoper ook lijkt mij) wilden ze dit niet doen en kregen we zelfs nog een sneer dat de zeewiersalade die we erbij hadden besteld ook 'niet bepaald vegan ' was. . . . Erg slechte service en dom voor een nieuwe zaak om je zo neer te zetten!
