SHABU to go Zeist in Wijk 03 Zeist-West

I really like the sushi, nothing wrong with it, I've ordered from here before, but it's really expensive for one person. Of course, I understand the inflation and all that, but I don't have all that money to "just eat some nice sushi," which is a shame 😔. But yeah, I've never really had any problems with the delivery people, I find it quite awkward, not that they yell at me or anything like that, just a "bon appétit" and then say "thank you too"... so yeah, that :)

I always order sushi here, and for the price, you get excellent quality. Of course, it's not the same as a three-star restaurant, but I always find it delicious! Delivery is also fast.

I ordered online. The soy sauce package had exploded or something. The sushi was fine, but "okay," the spring rolls weren't cooked through. Just put them in the fridge and fry them tomorrow. The delivery person shoved the bags in my hands without any polite manners.

I ordered a Chicken Teriyaki Bowl and received raw and spoiled chicken. At other locations, I always get fried chicken. I will never order from Zeist again.

I don't recommend it! The food looks disgusting, plus they replaced the avocado with cucumber.

The sushi here isn't good; it all seems rushed. So, for that price, it's not worth it. It also took an incredibly long time (almost 2 hours) for the sushi to arrive. Order your sushi elsewhere.

I've rarely eaten such a horrible meal. All the finger food was fried at half temperature; the sushi box was a rancid mess. The ramen was tasteless; even the chicken had a soggy dough around it. Truly, truly awful.

We ordered sushi for the evening, everything was very good in the photo was a very nice set not cheap. But when our order was delivered I was very disappointed because it wasn't the right set and they weren't fresh! Not recommended

Average but affordable sushi shop. We got delivery from this place, which was quite fast. We ordered some sushi, which was clearly made with cheap ingredients. The spring rolls and hot bowl were fine though. Prices are quite low which would be the only reason I would recommend this place, just don't have high expectations

Food is tasty but very overpriced, within a year they have significantly increased the prices of the hot bowls, so that for example ~ 150-180 grams of chicken is now worth more than 10,- and the rest is rice with a slice of egg in between??? Why so expensive?????

Meat was tough and tasteless, the sushi also had little taste. The tail of the shrimp is placed completely through the sushi roll. Delivery was on time, but the food was very disappointing.

Pokebowl had little toppings and very very bitter lettuce, I got the wrong sauce but I did like the sauce, which is about the only thing that saved the flavour. Pokebowl shouldn’t have lettuce especially not this bitter brown soggy excuse for lettuce .

90 minutes delivery time, sushi mixed up and the delivery person not taking off his helmet upon delivery. The cheerfulness couldn't go away. Missed tip.

Longer delivery time than indicated (>2 hours up to twice), because they accept too many orders.

Food is always good and super fast. Discount promotions or coupons dramatically. It would be nice if you ordered sushi for 150 euros a month and could then use a discount code.

We had looked at the time incorrectly and would not catch our train if the food arrived at the predicted time (from home delivery). Then I called and they were able to bring the food within fifteen minutes! Great service! Excellent sushi.

Called to ask if delivery could be earlier than planned. Friendly service and delivered within 30 minutes. Food was fresh and very tasty (sushi/side dishes). Worth repeating.

First order here. Delivery person was a bit strange (short and not polite/social, the time may be 10:00 PM) but the food was great! Delivered promptly, delicious in taste and presentation, a 10! I will order here more often.

Does the sushi you deliver get cold so quickly? Because we just saw a delivery person speeding along the Koppelweg with one of your cars! Maybe the driver had missed the sign (due to the speed) at the beginning of the street, but this is a 30km zone! So definitely don't pick up here!!!

Sushi is really great! I order regularly... but as a regular customer I find it very annoying that I cannot pay in cash upon delivery and therefore have to pay in advance with iDeal. The branch cannot do anything about this as it is a head office rule. So that one star less is really for the policy from above.

I see some negative reviews on Google. However, we are satisfied and pleased with the quality and service of Shabu to go in Zeist. Also look at the reviews on the website itself. We have ordered three times now and so far no complaints.

This review is for the driving behavior of the delivery drivers of this company. The delivery drivers drive through the municipality like total morons, not caring about anyone or the safety of others. Very good advertising.

Way too much rice on the sushi. Rice itself is also not tasty. Bubble tea is also not something to drink. I don't give 1 star because delivery was fast.

We ordered at 18:30. I called at 20:30 when our order would be delivered as it hadn't arrived yet. We were assured we'd get it delivered (no ETA). I tried calling again at 21:00 only to find out they were closed already. It is a first world problem to not receive sushi we ordered but it is really annoying to wait for dinner for 2.5 hours and not get it delivered! If there's an issue, give a call to the customer so they are not waiting for nothing!
