Just ordered pizza, I just wanted to say it was really great, I think it was one of the best pizzas I've ever had!!!

The food was absolutely delicious. The pizza was still nice and warm, and the pasta was very spicy and flavorful with fresh vegetables. We did have to wait a bit longer than usual this time. But the food never disappoints, as does the always super friendly delivery driver.

My girl orders a calzone and then just receives half a raw dough ball. I don't think it's normal that they dare to deliver like that.

the calzone dough was undercooked even though it seemed to be well baked on the outside. (and no, it was not cheese, we pulled apart the thickest part of the dough.) The last part also had a gray colored slice of ham and tasted spoiled. So I had to throw away about half of the calzone. We tried to call about this but then you get a voice mail. We have already ordered from pronto dozens of times. pizzas and calzones. So far they have been well stocked/filled every time. Super tasty and delivered quickly. This is very unfortunate

The food was absolutely inedible! Pasta was undercooked, the cream sauce was dried out and the chicken was nowhere to be found. Very sorry about my order.

Ordered 4 times and excellent pizza was delivered 4 times. No experience with the pastas. If you order outside the usual times, they are also super fast. The pizzas are not as good as Monterosso's, but better than Bella Lavita's. Despite several negative reports here about the delivery people, they are always friendly to me, so I can't agree with that either.

Ordered pizzas here a while ago because our favorite pizzeria (I won't name it here) was closed that week. Soil was hard and dry. Invest cheap crap. Also slightly burnt and very salty. This really had nothing, absolutely nothing to do with an Italian pizza. We ended up throwing the pizzas away. Fortunately we were still able to make sandwiches. There was a can of soda included. Then again, yes. Therefore a 2nd star

After some time ordered pasta and pizza again. In one word fantastic! Pasta the right way, a pizza thin and not too greasy. Highly recommended.

Ordered 7 pizzas for delivery at 6 p.m. After calling twice to find out where the pizzas were, they were finally delivered at 7:50 PM. The pizzas were tasty, but lukewarm. When I called the second time, I was offered free soft drinks, which I declined because I don't drink soft drinks. All in all poor service and little accountability for their (much) late delivery.

Thick pizza dough and the cheese was not tasty! The guys there don't always take their work seriously unfortunately! Sometimes you get tasty pizza, but sometimes it is very disappointing. So with Pronto you never know... very unfortunate

The calzone repieno pizzas were delivered right on time. I found them not as large and slightly less tasty than those from pizzeria Monterosso, but also considerably cheaper. Price/quality ratio is therefore very good!!

The Pizza is not bad. A bit too oily. The place is not so prepared for hosting customers and works mainly on delivery. They have tables etc. But it was empty and the atmosphere was of a pizza delivery business.

Please report this matter if you can. After a delivery time promise of “25” minutes (try 1 hour and 30 minutes earlier) we received a half-cold wet pizza and what seemed like burnt crusts of bread. These were supposed to represent “garlic rolls”. I have never been treated like this at a pizza place and I will never, ever order from here again. And I hope to help further “potential customers” with their choice.

Bad company! The pizzas are tasty, but that's about it. Wait much longer than they say, then they deliver the wrong food, they forget the garlic sauce, they have no change..... service is worthless!

Waited more than an hour for the pizza, called twice, as compensation a free drink was supposed to be included with the order, but that did not happen. Pizza was lukewarm and after we called again to report that the drink was not included and the pizza was lukewarm, we were told that they "don't worry about it" and "we don't care, so don't order anyway." . Ruim een uur op de pizza gewacht, 2x gebeld, als compensatie zou er een gratis drankje bij de bestelling worden gedaan maar dat is niet gebeurd. Pizza was lauw en nadat we weer gebeld hadden om te melden dat het drankje er niet bij zat en de pizza lauw was, is ons verteld dat ze "er niet wakker van liggen" en "het boeit ons niet, dan bestel je toch niet". Wij bestellen NOOIT meer bij Pronto!!

Order took 20 minutes longer than stated, making the total waiting time more than an hour. In addition, the pizzas did not look nice and were stuck to the bottom. Oh and the crust was very hard.

Nice advertisement, the medium pizza for 5 euros. It's a shame that if you order a regular pizza, they assume you ordered a large one and charge you 10 euros.
