I had a fantastic experience here! The staff is incredibly friendly and hospitable, making us feel instantly welcome. What made the visit extra special was that my children got to make their own pizza—a super fun and unique experience they still rave about. The food was also delicious and clearly freshly prepared. In short, a cozy atmosphere, top-notch service, and fantastic food. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed the pizzas we collected at the group home. One of our young people even got a lesson in folding pizza boxes.

Ordered €30 worth of food and accidentally selected pickup. They won't deliver it again, even for a fee. Paid for nothing.

We popped in on spec tonight and were greeted warmly. We ordered two calzones, and after 15-20 minutes, our food was delicious. The calzones tasted great and were quite filling. We had a pleasant experience with the man and woman who were very helpful!

The food was delicious, the service was very friendly, and everything was spotlessly clean. My wife was even allowed to peek into the kitchen. Everything was very neat, clean, and well-maintained.

First time ordering delivery. The pizza arrived cold, even though I live less than 5 minutes from the shop. After calling to report the pizza had arrived cold, they told me they couldn't fit an oven in the car. Rude service. Don't order from them.

Ordered through Thuisbezorgd. After an hour, still no pizza. We then called to ask where our order was. They said the delivery driver was on his way. Then we waited another half hour and still no delivery driver. We called again. The man replied: "Sorry, but I haven't placed the order yet." (Why did the first call say the delivery driver was on his way then???) We then asked when we could expect delivery. The man got annoyed and said we should cancel our order otherwise. I was able to drive to the restaurant and ask for a refund. After that, we waited another fifteen minutes, and then the order finally arrived. Very bad experience. BE WARNED!! This is the last time we'll order from here. It's a shame, because the pizzas themselves were delicious.

What i like about this place is their opening times and the speed at which they are able to make a pizza!

Ordered after 11 PM, and everything was fine. What more could you ask for? I ordered late at night, after 11 PM. The food arrived quickly and tasted good for what it was. The best part was that two small children were sleeping at that time, so I always make a note to have the delivery person ring the doorbell instead of ringing it, which almost always goes wrong. Right the first time here. I'll definitely order from here again. Great experience.

Ordered an hour and a half ago and still nothing. They lied on the phone and have been saying for half an hour that it's almost here.

I had a super tasty chicken fillet sandwich here yesterday, the best in Zeist I think, not overly spiced or anything but really tasty, you certainly won't find a sandwich with fries for 10.50 for this price

Na vijf kwartier onze bestelling ontvangen (in plaats van 40 minuten) en eigenlijk heel erg teleurgesteld. Ja, de buikjes zijn gevuld, maar smaak zat er niet echt aan. Pizzadeeg was deels nog rauw en de “salami” leek meer op veganistische snijworst. Soms moet je dingen uitproberen om te beseffen dat Pronto gewoon veel beter is!

Nadat we bij Tapa Tapa niets te eten kregen na ruim een uur wachten zijn we hier maar gaan eten. We werden voortreffelijk en vriendelijk geholpen. We hadden de pizza’s erg snel en ze waren heerlijk. Zo kan het dus ook!

We had a delicious pizza, pasta, and calzone today. The pasta came with delicious fresh rolls and herb butter. The staff was friendly, and we were served quickly.

Nothing was done with the comment on the order. Ordered via own website, no 10% discount as indicated. Delivery time much longer than indicated (busy Friday but then also do not indicate a time?). Quality mediocre.

Wij hebben besteld. En ze gaven een uur aan tot dat de bestelling bezorgd zou worden uiteraard zou er echter speling op kunnen zitten maar niet van 2,5 uur. Vervolgens gebeld en zou de bezorger onderweg zijn. Immers stond de bestelling al reeds een uur op onder weg Besloten om op te bellen echter deden ze zicht voor dat de bezorger er bijna is. Maar dan op dat moment werden wij gebeld en werd er gezegd dat de bezorger. Geen zin meer had en reeds terug gegaan is. Immers was er ook geen personeel Tijdens het telefoongesprek. Hangt de eigenaar zo op omdat wij natuurlijk een weder oor geven. Wat blijkbaar niet gewenst is.

Exactly what you would expect from a takeaway. However, it takes a long time for the food to arrive because the orders taken away from home are processed first. For us it was almost an hour wait. But ok. The noodles were a little too mushy and the sauce was too much. But the pizza was good so far. Can you do...

Bad service pizzas ordered very poorly made, paid more than what was taken away.

Lousy delivery, something always goes wrong! The first time he arrived 2 hours later with the food cold and now I thought okay that could happen this time, now the owner arrives again without the drinks that I ordered and paid for. That pasta with chicken and shrimp is abnormally tasty and simply the best in Utrecht

We ate here and the pasta was better than expected and the ravioli is highly recommended. Service is super friendly and everything is super clean.

We have been delivering here for over a year and the food is and remains as expected. Very social delivery people. Always friendly and respectful! The food is always hot and tasty. Sometimes it takes a while, but that only indicates that the food is freshly prepared! We are very pleased, keep it up!

Unfortunately a bad experience. I have to give 1 star but they don't deserve it yet. We received the wrong pizzas and I am being ridiculed. So I want my money back. Finally I was told that they would call home delivery and that I could no longer order from them. Treated really absurdly. Don't worry, I will never order from you again!!!

2021 - Fries not baked long enough, rest ok. 2023 - I don't come here anymore, it has become too expensive and I spend a long time in the toilet afterwards and smaller portions for way too much money these days. A visit from a food inspection service is definitely worth it.

I have been a regular customer of the “calzone picante” for years, but after tonight's experience I will be looking for a new regular pizza address... Pizza arrived (without advance notice) half an hour after the agreed delivery time and Luigis has significantly reduced the size of the pizzas (estimates from the home panel vary between -30% and -50%). The filling of the calzone was unfortunately very scarce. Unfortunately I can't recommend Luigi's anymore, which is a shame.

Called in advance to see if it would be busy. The answer was no and it could be delivered immediately. The business is 4 minutes from the address where it was to be delivered. Ended up having to wait 57 minutes. Ordered chicken fries and deliberately had the fries packed separately. The fries were very soggy and very lukewarm/cold. I immediately had this taken back with me. I requested that the business call me back…. Guess…. Still waiting! I was forced to add a liter of water to the chicken. Lots of salt! All in all, I was kindly asked to pay in cash! Heard that. Without, because apparently it's about money and not about the passion to serve people with good cuisine. Very sad!!! 17.50 for a hand full of chicken and a little lettuce… The delivery person was a friendly young man who was very understanding, even though I had given the fries back. This sweet delivery person also suggested bringing new fries. Top delivery person! The business can learn something from that!!! Tip, deliver quality and people will continue to order from you! That will save you more money than focusing on raking in cash and losing your customers. We order food, and no shoes! Best regards!

Fast and friendly delivery! And as for the food, I ordered a sandwich and at first thought they had accidentally given me a durum. As it turned out, it was a whole baguette. So all in all a good experience.

Ordered a chicken kapsalon and pasta. Nothing noticeable with the pasta. The chicken kapsalon is very bad, fries not properly cooked, cheese not really melted, but mainly dry chicken in the kapsalon. Pasta is therefore recommended, but not a hair salon. Certainly not considering the price of €11.50

Just ordered from this tent, Turkish pizza was not prepared well, all hard pieces in it pasta had 2 hairs in it. really poor quality and poor hygiene.

Me and a few friends have literally been waiting for our pizzas for 2.5 hours at this point. I find this abnormal, especially when it is stated that it takes a maximum of 45 minutes. We called to ask why it was taking so long, the answer we got was: you get 2 cans of drinks. Oh how nice! We all have 2 free sips of soda!!! Unfortunately you cannot give 0 stars, DO NOT order here! Update: pizza arrived after 3.5 hours, disgusting dry mess.

By far the worst experience ever had with a delivery restaurant. After ordering it takes a very long time for the pizzas to arrive. We then tried to call the restaurant, but they did not answer. Then we saw on the website that they were closed. Very strange thing, so I ordered new pizzas somewhere else and hoped to solve this later with the Luigi's. Then suddenly the pizzas arrived 3 hours after ordering! The pizzas were all completely burnt and were no longer edible. After contacting the restaurant, they were unwilling to refund the money for the order. These guys don't even deserve 1 star, but unfortunately I have to give it to them to post this review. DO NOT ORDER HERE DEAR PEOPLE!!

I recently ordered pizza here based on the good reviews on Google and Thuisbezorgd. I expected a great pizza, but was very disappointed. It doesn't taste Italian at all, more like a frozen pizza. Delivery also took a long time (almost an hour and fifteen minutes for a pizza ordered on a Sunday evening at 10 p.m.).

I ordered pizzas, calzone, shrimps. I have to say that pizza would be fine if it wasn't cold. Smelly and rotten shrimp. Only Calzone was virulent and a bit warm I generally don't recommend.

This small pizzaria is clearly intended as a delivery pizzaria. Yet there are five clean tables ready so you can also enjoy a pizza in-house. The pizza pre-cut into uneven parts was fine, with olive oil on the edge and sprinkled with herbs. Pizza had a good taste, not too greasy, good Italian base, but above all not too salty. Fine! The menu includes meat, fish, Turkish and veggie pizzas. But also various pastas. While eating, we were somewhat struck by the chaos in putting together and distributing the delivery orders. Perhaps pickup is better.
