I just had a really bad experience at this bakery. I walked in with an 8-week-old puppy in my hands and a fresh scratch on my forehead (another story). I wanted to buy a pastry and had cash in my hand. I was sent out with the puppy in the most condescending voice. The bakery wasn't even busy. Plus, there's no place to tie up a dog. The lady could pause and say, "Please go outside and let me know what you need, we can sort this out." Instead, she was just mean and condescending. Once again, this place disappointed me. No empathy, just rules.

We used to come here every week. Now it's completely stopped. The staff has become incredibly rude and unfriendly. Absolutely no service. On a Monday morning, they tell other customers to leave so early, what are they doing here? Your coffee is too hot and there's more milk than coffee. Everything takes forever, and when you ask for help, you're ignored. What a waste of a beautiful place with so much potential. The staff often gossips about customers, and the manager reacts very rudely to complaints. I've seen several customers walk away with a complaint, only to have the staff laugh at them. Including the manager, who joins in just as loudly. Disgraceful!
