The cashier is very rude, she's better than the other cashier, get a new one, then that's it, I don't even want to come here anymore.

Fine gas station, just as you would expect from Shell. Including the outrageously high price for using the toilet. 2 coffees in a medium cup... 7 euros 60, sir! But fair is fair, a very neat station with a well-stocked shop. Friendly staff.

A customer was left in the parking lot without being informed that the road and the gas station would be closed and there would be no exit from the station, due to overnight roadworks on the road where the station is located.

After a wonderful 3 days with my family in Holland to visit the Keukenhof, I have a completely electric car and at this gas station, unlike in Germany, you could even choose between 2 providers.

Quick stop, got some coffee... Everything was very clean, friendly staff.

Large and very impersonal place. Even the food is served on a conveyor belt; just keep moving. Fuel is also just very expensive here on the highway, so don't fill up.

A really great gas station. The service here is truly top-notch! Very extensive food and drink section with a huge selection. Everything is neat, clean, and tidy. Just nice people who give normal answers to your questions and speak to you in a friendly manner, which is very pleasant. We will definitely come back here to refuel, also for the tasty snacks ..hahaha. So highly recommended.

Smart-mouthed, rude employees, not at all friendly gentleman with glasses, they should give him a raise, he works professionally and deescalates the situation and is very friendly. 5 stars for him, ladies can still learn something in the sandwich department

Charging went perfectly. You can eat something, drink coffee, go to the toilet, etc.

Refusing to refund the deposit for cans/bottles of brands not sold there (e.g., supermarket house brands). Even though they are legally obliged to do so. The cans/bottles simply have an official deposit logo. But the employee refused to scan the can/bottle.

This gas station doesn't deserve a star. As a professional driver, you think you can still get something to eat at 7:15 PM, while you can order until 8:00 PM. I've never seen this employee before; they could be a bit more polite to customers. She snapped at me and said, "Everything's finished, the fryer grease was dirty and needed replacing." I'll never come back here again, I'll use 1100 liters of diesel and AdBlue. I'd rather have another Shell gas station where I'm treated kindly and can still get decent food.

Monster Energy promotion: €2.80 for a can (already expensive) instead of €2.99. When you get to the checkout, the promotion isn't in the system. It's "only" an extra 20 cents, but I won't buy it on principle.

It is outrageous that toilets cost €1 and that you often cannot use them because both men's toilets are occupied. You have to either go to the ladies' or go to the men's toilet. This is an unfair distribution that discriminates against men; they have a small corner while women have free toilets. The Netherlands, a highly developed Western European country, has public toilets that are comparable in availability to those in Russia. The best thing to do is to pee in the bushes and hope that you don't get a fine. I travel all over Europe and nowhere do I encounter such problems with the availability of toilets, not even in Poland, the Czech Republic, the far Balkans or Turkey. I don't understand where the progress and care for the hygiene of society has gone. In the east and south, every station is equipped with a toilet.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at this Shell station. The staff was excellent, both at the service and at the cash register. The sandwiches were carefully prepared, not sloppy as I have experienced elsewhere. Truly a top quality Shell, where respect for the customer is clearly visible. Definitely recommended!

If you make people pay for a toilet, make sure they are clean. With arrogant staff who sit there all night on their phone for sauce, you can clean toilets that people pay for in the meantime.

You can go here for a sandwich. NOT for gas. One big mess and if you say something about it people stare at you. How bad.

There is no soap in the toilets. When I said there was no soap, we got the answer that yes, we know but we can't do anything. It was a very bad experience.

Andel really nice place close to the beach snacks drinks and you can still go here 24 hours ideal ⌚️ I took 3 special night photos for you around 3 a.m. Andel is a 24 hour BP so special because there is something open all night for cigarettes gasoline plus food drinks available 24 hours then you can also see what it looks like at night 🧡

Because I had already driven 650 km on 8-8-2024 at the end of the afternoon and still had 200 km to go, I decided to have something to eat at the pump. The choice was a bowl of fries and a currywurst. I watched in amazement as everything was prepared. A young man with a beard was scratching his beard and then he put his hands in my food without using gloves. The sausage, some green stuff, the fries were pressed well. And Joost knows what else he had his hands on or in before he served me.

Late at night you can pay 80 cents for the toilet, but there are no wipes or soap and the toilet is dirty. I passed this on to the employee, but he did nothing and had no soap or wipes. When asked if I could get my money back, the answer was that he could not do that. I could come back tomorrow. So much for your rights as a customer.

Normally always happy with a Shell stop with fast charging facilities, this time absolutely not at the Andel. There is a sign 'Shell recharge' (hooray) but apparently the charging station still needs to be installed. If you then want to divert to the Fastned, at the same location, this is no longer possible because the road network route requires you to drive against traffic. Idiot that Fastned and Shell do not want to offer each other the 'overflow' facility: Extremely childish. I continued driving without success - luckily I still had some km left - and charged at Total Energies near Harmelen, where fortunately everything is recognizable with even an illuminated signpost; although the mutual transfer between Total and Fastned has not been arranged there either. The customer is clearly not at the top of the priority list at the gas stations. That situation is not current.

The night shift staff helped me a lot with which oil I needed for my car.

In the past 10 times that I have been to this Shell, there has been a problem 10 times with one of the three machines. Sometimes they were cleaned, but other times they were simply defective or empty. The last time all three were defective (one could not be paid for, the one from Starbucks no longer had dark roast beans so they did not give them a 'blonde' roast and the last one was turned off). Unfortunately, there was a huge queue at Shell's coffee service and Starbucks itself. Fortunately, the A12 is a total of 10 minutes away where they do have coffee. Oh dear Shell employee. Is it possible to also get those window cleaner buckets with the Shell recharge?

Druk druk druk veel keuze uit eten en drinken

De Shell snellaadstations zijn allebei buiten gebruik/kapot en wordt niet duidelijk aangegeven. Ook schuine parkeerplekken waardoor achteruit inparkeren (voor korte slangen als je aansluiting aan de andere kant zit) lastig is. Vanuit de Shell is Fastned verderop alleen tegen de richting in te gebruiken. Slecht geregeld buiten, binnen wel goed. 2theloo, toiletten waren niet schoon. Wel een Starbucks binnen!

Breed assortiment, heerlijke verse broodjes en aardig personeel.

Met de verbouwing is deze lokatie drie stappen achteruit gegaan. Twee keer in de rij staan voor een broodje en een koffie. Het personeel, dat vroeger vriendelijk was, lijkt tegenwoordig onder druk te staan.

Deze recensie is speciaal voor meneer Jan de Rijk, ik kom bijna iedere nacht naar Shell de Andel. Er werken 2 jonge jongens. Die zijn sociaal, vriendelijk en ze nemen hun werk serieus. Altijd een goed praatje mee te maken.

Normaal heel tevreden met het bakje koffie in de ochtend... maar Gisteren lekker een grote cappuccino halen, dacht ik... Geen melk. Aangegeven bij de mevrouw bij de koffie, die antwoordde met "Isgoed isgoed" en ik nam er voor een keer genoegen mee dat ik 3 euro had betaald voor één slok espresso Vandaag weer opnieuw proberen: 3 euro betaald voor koffie, weer geen melk. Mevrouw gooit een muntje in een ander apparaat en drukt op kleine cappuccino, ik spreek mevrouw weer aan en krijg hetzelfde antwoord als gisteren In 2 dagen tijd 6 euro betaald voor 3 slokken koffie... Morgen opnieuw proberen, alleen barst nu de bom als het weer gebeurt.

Ik ging voor motorolie en werd keurig geholpen door een zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerker. Hij heeft de olie bijgevuld en vroeg me of ik nog een kopje koffie wilde. Wat een service!!
