Ordered Grote Kip kapsalon for the first time and also the last; more than half ended up in the trash. What a sticky mess! Now I have terrible diarrhea, and that for €21. Never again.

Every time something goes wrong with the sauce bowls; I order 2 sambal and 1 garlic, and I get 2 garlic and 1 sambal.

I've ordered the Troje mix calzone here twice now! One of the best I've had in years. The double-decker kapsalon was also excellent! You can tell everything is fresh and tastes delicious!

I'm not easily disappointed, but this is absolutely unacceptable. I paid 21 euros and received something I had to throw away immediately. The potato slices were limp and wet. The meat had sharp bones in it. The delivery person was a nice guy. But the food guy got really angry about it.

Today I ordered a kapsalon from you, and it arrived cold. I politely called and told them it was cold and that I would like a warm kapsalon. I asked what the gentleman was going to do about it. He said it was unacceptable that the food was cold. I wasn't calling for nothing, right??? I asked the gentleman again for a warm kapsalon, but he started laughing in my face and said he couldn't and I wouldn't because it was warm when it left the shop. Wow, this is how you treat customers. OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!!!! Ugh, ugh, I will never order from you again!!!!!!!!!!

This is so awful. I ordered over €50 worth of food. I ordered a large kapsalon with extra cheese and a large kapsalon without cheese. Because I'm lactose intolerant, I called ahead and clearly stated several times that one large kapsalon had to be without cheese. When the order arrived, both kapsalons contained cheese, and the other one didn't even have any extra cheese. Instead of ordering without cheese, they made it without sauce. I can't eat cheese, and without sauce, it's inedible. I called again to explain. The employee claimed I'd said "without sauce" and became angry and very rude. He asked for my address five times. At one point, my mother laughed, to which he angrily responded, "What's there to laugh at?" He became increasingly angry, said it was busy, and accused me of lying about ordering without sauce instead of cheese. Absolutely no customer service. After calling over an hour ago, they finally delivered a new kapsalon. And guess what? Now that I'm finally without cheese, it has no sauce. Unbelievable. What a terrible and unprofessional place.

They've been more than 30 minutes early a few times now, so my food is already cold when I get home. The kapsalon container is only half full, which is a real shame for 11 euros! This was my last time ordering from here.

It's better to buy a watch first and not have someone lie to you over the phone. Two hours before an order at 2:00 PM is not normal!!!

Pasta is so bad! Sorry, it's a real waste of money. 😢 Not customer-friendly either, always rather saucy staff... and with kapsalon, you don't even get vegetables and sauce? Do you order them separately? Just really expensive. 😵 I used to go there more often, but not anymore... not great.

If you come in as a new customer and order a portion of spare ribs, you'll get a good amount. If you return a second or third time, the portions suddenly get smaller. Very disappointing and not customer-friendly.

I had a terrible meal, and got sick right away. It arrived late and cold. The phone was unsociable and curt... in other words, not recommended at all.

Normally I don't order food but when I heard that Troje had delicious food I thought I'd let them order it. Oh, it's so delicious, top quality. The delivery time stated that you have to wait 40 minutes, but well, they were at my door after only 15 minutes. Delicious food, everyone comes here, top quality.

I probably received an old brochure in the mail, so when I ordered my food it cost around €35. The delivery comes and says €47, I made contact with Troje and sent it back. I only had money for what I ordered from the brochure. When the delivery person rang the doorbell again, I got the tog for the €35 that I had seen in the brochure.
