Smullers in Wijk 11 Binnenstad

Got some fries today and ordered one with mayo, they no longer have mayo. I also wanted to order a milkshake, but the machine is defective. It's been that way for 4 weeks now.

Today, February 24, 2025, at 8:00 PM, I went back to get some peanut fries. The store was fairly full, with staff chatting happily with customers, but no fries for me while she was watching the deep fryer, and only snacks with the deep fryer on and full of fries frying. They don't want to make money there, and certainly not from me anymore. What terrible staff there.

Not open according to opening hours

Well, it’s 20:18 and the place is closed. Not exactly by the schedule on google, don’t you think?

Often closed during opening hours, and then they conveniently remove the card with opening hours?

Both online and on the window itself it says they are open until 11pm, yet I find myself standing in front of a closed door at 10:15pm

There are young staff who are having fun, talking loudly, and they are not behind the counter but behind the machines... they don't see you either... no more fries at 7:15 pm, only curly fries

Similar to every other smullers (E.I Great food but a little overpriced), except unlike other smullers they don't accept card at the wall machines which is really weird and has deterred me from buying food here.

Grab a quick bite at the station. nice employees and sometimes it can be really busy there. you also have those snack machines on the wall. not my thing

Delicious noodles. Nice people and efficient.

I order a cone of fries for almost 5 euros(!), and get a small bowl. When I say something about it, they want to pour the same amount of fries into a bag. I don't get more than a 'sorry sir'. Literally every other chip shop in Delft is better than this, 5 euros for fries with sauce! Incredible

Special place... foreign girls are chewing gum with their ears in behind the counter. When I place my order 5 (!!) times and the plump girl, probably just 20, answers with a "waaaat" for the 5th time, I tell her that she might be able to do her job better if she takes out her earphones. In response I get the most arrogant "sorry" I have ever heard from an employee to a customer. The disinterest is evident. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, SMULLERS! THE REVIEWS DON'T LIE! Other branches don't have these types of simple children, where you can buy tasty fries and snacks without feeling bad about throwing your money away to those types of people. I advise everyone to travel to a tasty snack at any station.

😭why a vending machine would close though. There should be a big warning to avoid disappointment like this.

Got a cheeseburger, and there was a wasp in the burger (dead), went back but I would have put it in myself😡😡😡, might have been dead but I was stung by the sting

Terribly arrogant lady behind the counter, pleasantly speaking foreign language among themselves. Responding bored and irritated when you indicate that you want to take something with you. Fries are undercooked, downright worthless!

Ordered medium fries. Small container was not even half filled, but asking 4.20 euros. Never buy anything here again. As far as I'm concerned, they can fuck off.

The food is always delicious at Smullers, unfortunately I have never seen such rude employees at any Smullers as here at Delft Centraal. I don't have high standards for a snack bar, but in the last few months the atmosphere here has completely disappeared.

Eten is prima, maar service traag en ongeïnteresseerd

Frietjes zijn lekker en je krijgt en volle bak met lekker veel saus.

Traag... Traagste smullers waar ik ooit ben geweest, het eten is prima natuurlijk, maar verwacht niet dat je binnen 15 minuten een bestelling hebt. Vooral jammer als ze zeggen dat het er in 4 minuten is.

3 keer hierheen gekomen speciaal voor de kokosshake en 3x niet kunnen krijgen. Ene keer waren ze dicht vanwege een storing. Andere keer waren ze midden op de dag de shakemachine uit elkaar aan t halen en schoon aan t maken. In ons restaurant hebben we dezelfde machine maar wij doen dit in de ochtend wanneer t niet zo druk is... misschien een puntje om over na te denken. Kortom, niet echt goede ervaring met deze smullers helaas. Ohja en laatste keer hadden ze geen kokosshake. 3x dus voor niks gekomen....

Prima plek voor een snelle snack, echter is er geen ruimte om ter plekke het te nuttigen.

Op het perron eff snel een snack scoren gaat meestal prima. Personeel is vriendelijk, en vrij vlot. Uit de muur/euro muntjes of manueel via bediening. Er is niet echt ruimte om binnen je snack op te eten, niet om te zitten en staan als je het niet erg vind iedere keer plaats te moeten maken voor klanten (automaat/kassa/muntautomaat). In de stationshal is wel voldoende ruimte om rond te lopen. Sunday ijsjes zijn er prima (in het "winterseizoen" niet leverbaar). De cheese en hamburgers zijn nou niet bepaald bijzonder, maar ook niet echt duur. Als snelle hap, goed te doen. Een paar punten ter verbetering: Patat kraakt soms, dan bedoel ik niet krokant van het bakken, maar de binnenkant lijkt gewoon niet niet gaar. Waarschijnlijk bevroren of te kort in de frituur. Die patat kan dus enorm veel beter,ook al roept de toko "selecteert beste Hollandse frites"... Als je wat besteld, ongeacht hoeveel wordt altijd gevraag of je er nog iets bij wilt hebben. Heel irritant . Bv: Klant: 1 kaassoufflee alstublieft. Smulders: Wilt U daar een broodje bij? NEE DUS, anders had ik wel een broodje kaassouflee gevraagd. Ik weet dit gedrag geeft statistisch meer verkoop, maar is super irritant, zeker als ze dat ieder keer (bv iedere dag vragen.

Snelle hulp, vriendelijk personeel en heerlijk eten.

Omleiding via Delft. Veel extra reistijd, dus maar gauw een patatje. De vriendelijke en snelle service, de lekkere frietjes en veganistische mayo maakten deze lange reis toch een goed begin van het weekend!

Sloom. niet aan te raden als je een trein moet halen

De snacks uit de muur zijn prima, maar de friet is niet echt smaakvol. De saus wordt in het bakje gewoon over de patat gedaan. Gegarandeerd vieze vingers dus.
