What terrible food!! Soggy fries and tasteless peanut sauce. If you want to have heartburn all night, this is the place to go.

Very clean and friendly. The "patatje oorlog" (war fries) is definitely recommended, with plenty of sauce and plenty of fries. The owner is also very friendly. A solid 5 out of 5.

Soggy fries, tasteless, pale peanut sauce... And small portions of fries... We unfortunately had to go elsewhere because Kokkie and Rico were closed, but never again!!! Sunday at 6:15 pm in the shop and no one else around, which probably says it all!

€6.65 for (small) fries with satay sauce and a frikandel without sauce. The satay fries tasted like potatoes with water. Hunger makes raw beans sweet, but even with salt (which we bought ourselves at the Jumbo supermarket next door), we couldn't taste them. We went back in anyway, but they didn't do anything about it: no better sauce, no different sauce, and no refund. According to the saleswoman (an older woman), they've had this tasteless disappointment for 40 years and never get any complaints.

My daughter got a small portion of fries. She was charged €3.90, €1.10 of which was for a tiny portion of ketjep. Ridiculous!

I had a Mexicano sandwich with peanut sauce and a bami snack. It was delicious!

Just got two fries, peanut sauce and half a chicken, but people, it's bad there. Dry tough chicken. Limp fries and very little. Watery and tasteless peanut sauce. Dirty thing. And €17,- also very expensive, so the most expensive and worst. Do we no longer have any Dutch chip shops in Delft?

Nice owner couple. Rasfries always deliciously crispy and not greasy. Better than at a snack bar nearby (where you get more for your money, of course). Often eat there at lunchtime. Great for each other.

I paid 4.50 here for a very small handful of fries, otherwise the service was poor and the store was filthy.

I had to pay for charging, so I ate in the dark and it was almost impossible to keep it indoors

I had a delicious meal from snack bar Balou again, as I always do. The people are super friendly, the service is smooth and the food is tasty. Nothing to complain about. They will definitely see me again soon.

Netjes zaak, goed en vriendelijk personeel, en heerlijk eten voor een normale prijs

Ik heb vandaag lekker gegeten bij Balou. Dit was mijn eerste keer. De mensen achter de balie verstonden niet heel goed Nederlands, maar je komt er wel gewoon! Super klantvriendelijk en een nette zaak. Vooral de friet vond ik heerlijk! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

Hartstikke leuke en schone plek. Heerlijk eten en gezellige sfeer. Hele lieve medewerkers die heel gastvriendelijk zijn.

Heerlijk gegeten met mijn nichtje. Erg vriendelijk personeel en erg goed geholpen!

Lekkere patat en de beste kapsalon die er is. Natuurlijk ook niet te vergeten, de lieve mensen die er werken.

Prima zaak kom hier al jaren. Eten is prima en de mensen zijn altijd vrolijk en behulpzaam

Konsumpties okee, kafetaria zelf zoals de meeste, niet bijster gezellig. Personeel verstaat matig Nederlands. In evenmin leuke buurt.

I like Balou it's easy to get to, the employes are really nice and friendly to talk to and they are quick to help. Price wise atleast in my experience for coming there for a year on a weekly bases it's really cheap.

Sinds kort ook mogelijk om met pin te betalen!

Friet hier is erg lekker. Daarnaast is het personeel altijd vriendelijk!

We order quite regularly at Balou. Sometimes even dine at the restaurant itself. They have friendly employees, good prices and good food. There is no option to pay by PIN inside the restaurant yet, however there is an ATM in the little mall where it's located in. Sometimes small mistakes are made, but you can just call them and they will correct it.
