Atmosphere, waiting times, and noise levels can vary from moment to moment; if, like me, you’re grabbing a greasy bite on your way home after a night out, don’t be surprised if you find yourself standing among tipsy students, have to wait a bit, and can’t always make yourself heard... 😅 The Turkish pizza and Kapsalon are always okay, as is the *patatje oorlog*, with delicious peanut sauce.

Great place to eat after a night out. This snack bar has been a household name for 40 years.

This is really the perfect place to grab a snack after a night out.

Whenever I come to Delft, I always go to eat at Alev. Their food is tasty and certainly not expensive considering their location (Delft City Centre). The staff is friendly, and the owner is friendly too. The only thing that surprises me is when I order a Doner platter; one time I get a plate literally full so that the food almost falls off, and another time I get twenty fries and six pieces of meat on top. It really depends on who is working at that moment. Otherwise, it is a fine place.

Ordered Kapsalon XL. I received very little food; minimal doner, at most fries. Called about this, he said, "Don't order from us anymore then." I'm not going to do that again. (If you provide food, you shouldn't be stingy, bro, with the food, and when people pay, you shouldn't be stingy at all. You won't make money by being stingy, serving little, and talking nasty on the line.)

Untasty food. Too salty and boring...

Okay Broodje Döner but awful service from the owner… Quality wise and service wise I’d opt for Döner Kingdom up in front, they have better service and food, and MOST importantly better prices!

Alev, a cozy, tasty snack bar in Delft. If you're hungry and it's late, you go to Alev. Awesome, master.

Kapsalon and fries with mayonnaise and onions for €13.50? How is that possible? Is that right? 🤪

For the hair salon you are better off going opposite, Karim is €1 more expensive but 100 times nicer.

Fries not freshly fried. Few outings. Lots of salt. Just mediocre.

The turkish pizza and the fries are generally a good deal, although every product seems to be frozen and not of the best quality. Anyway, you can't expect something better from a place that's mostly targeting "late eaters" after a party night.

Eten was erg lekker (ik had een Turkse pizza besteld)!! Erg vullend met dus ook goede smaak. De winkel in het algemeen is een beetje ouderwets ingericht voor mijn mening, kan van de buitenkant wel een beurtje gebruiken, maar daar gaat het niet om. Een aanrader!!

Twee mayotjes en een kapsalon niet bij de bestelling. Wanneer je ze belt, nemen ze niet op.

Al decennia de beste patat van Delft. Ik mis wel die man die als een robot mayo in de bakjes kon doen. En altijd nog open als de cafe's al gesloten waren, memories :-)

Als het na middernacht is, en je hebt echt honger, dan is er in Delft geen betere plek dan Alev. Natuurlijk is het geen culinaire hoogstandje, naar het eten is gewoon prima, wordt snel voor je bereid en je wordt altijd vriendelijk geholpen.

Een klassieker in Delft. Heel laat nog open, dus geliefd bij studenten die een feestje gehad hebben. Weinig franje, maar gewoon goede snacks in een brandschone zaak.

Als Jje wat gedronken heb is het goed om even s'nachts een snack te halen maar voor de rest is het niet echt een nette zaak

Eerste keer was ik best teleurgesteld omdat de kapsalon best klein was en het duurde best lang voor dat het aankwam. Maar na de 2de keer bestellen bij Alev is het top kwalietijd! Veel vebetering in de porties maar ook de bezorging! Maar nog net niet perfect.

Goedkoop maar goed eten. Ook een gezellige sfeer en aardig personeel.

Het eten is lekker en snel bezorgt,het was alleen niet heel erg warm meer,ik had een broodje frikandel met mayo besteld maar kreeg alleen een frikandel en was al sluitingstijd toen contact gehad en ze kwamen de avond erna alsnog een broidje frikandel en een euro brengen,kijk dat noem ik nou goede service
