Kwalitaria De Hoven - Delft in Wijk 24 Voorhof

Ordered here for the first time, the food was warm and tasty, actually Kwalitaria is highly recommended.

I have no complaints, ordered via Thuisbezorgd, everything arrived on time, and it was warm and just tasty, a good cafeteria 10/10.

I was there Sunday afternoon around 4:30 PM. Order: 1 bear claw menu (for me) and 1 portion of fries and 1 cheese puff for my mother (75). I went to visit her and had a quick bite to eat. I was the only customer, and yet they messed it up because they forgot the cheese puff. So my mother only had fries. The fries were dry and mealy and not really tasty, and my bear claw contained literally half pieces of onion, which were of course still half raw. The meat in the bear claw was okay, though. Edit: They are open again, with new owners. Asked for peanut sauce. "Just peanut sauce?" "Yes, just peanut sauce." "No peanut mayo or anything?" "No, just peanut sauce." I got home, and they gave me fry sauce.

Ordered food today. The quality was fine, unfortunately the order was incomplete. After a phone call, it was delivered immediately. The new owner has his business well organized!

It's been a long time since we ordered anything in Delft because most things were never really to our taste, but we decided to give it a try after the reopening, and I have to be honest, we were surprised. It was tasty, maybe a bit pricey, but that's everything these days. The fries were at least made from potato and not some pressed rubbish, and a generous portion. Good snacks and good milkshakes.

This business has been taken over by a friendly owner. The place has been completely renovated and has become a beautiful, cozy spot. The staff is very friendly. Because I ordered fries with a croquette and the beef croquettes were out of stock, I got a free ice cream. So I just had a frikandel speciaal instead, delicious. Well, a top-notch place, good luck!!!

The new shop has turned out very beautifully, the food is served very neatly, and it tastes delicious. Definitely worth a repeat visit.

We ordered food at 7:30 PM. Then, at 8:30 PM, the restaurant closed, and we received a message that the order was delayed. The phone number didn't work, and now we have no food, even though we paid. Extremely disappointed. Never again. Edit: At 10:33 PM, we received a message that the delivery had been made and completed. WE NEVER RECEIVED ANY FOOD?! What a horrible place!

Ordered food at 6:30 tonight and it didn't arrive until 8:30. Nothing to eat, no taste, everything was lukewarm. Never again.

No, sorry. Friendly staff, but the food was terrible. The frozen fries were poorly cooked, the grease from the snacks was disgusting, and the milkshake was watery and poorly mixed. Furthermore, the furniture inside was greasy and grim. The only real merit is in the name.

Terrible. Delivery still hadn't arrived after an hour, even though it should have arrived within half an hour. The frikandels and chicken nuggets weren't there. Terrible, never again.

DO NOT EAT HERE! We ate here tonight. The tables were dirty. The toilet was clogged, and the seat was still up after the delivery driver had been to the bathroom. If that's what the bathroom looks like, I don't even want to know how clean the kitchen is. Even though we were the only table, our food took at least 20 minutes, which is very long for a cafeteria (1 burger, 2 fries, and 1 croquette and a frikandel). The staff was slow and very busy with each other. Two stars because they were polite when they brought the food to the table. We ordered through thuisbezorgd, it took 2 hours! To be delivered reheated soggy fries just dumped into a bag.. 2 hours of waiting.. 3 tiny portions for 33 euros.. never ever ever doing that again

Yesterday, August 11, we bought food for over €70 from this shop and had to pay €1.50 for the paper bags!! Ridiculous with such an order and we received very few fries. High prices and bad service!! Shame. We will never go there again and are not used to this at all from a Kwalitaria fortress. Bad.

Very expensive, so I only buy the social deal coupon. Other than that it's pretty okay. Fries are a tad above standard but nothing special. The snacks are tasty. The burgers are fine, but not for the weak stomachs among us. Milkshakes are always either extremely sweet or extremely tasteless.

I don't know what happened, but I always thought the quality here was good. This time I had a dry hard bun that fell apart with a dry burger (in fact it had a burnt taste) and no sauce with the chicken that normally came with it. For these prices I find that ridiculous.

Some of the food items are good, large portions also. Good croquettes and shakes. The lumpia wasn't so good

Delivery would take 20 to 50 minutes. It ended up taking about 3 hours. It can happen that it is busy, no problem. I called after over an hour and it was almost on its way - that was a lie. Called again after 2 hours and now: "it's already on its way". Lied again. After 2.5 hours I contacted Uber Eats and got my money back. After about 3 hours a delivery person came and we got on the phone with the owner, who was angry that we had asked for a refund from Uber Eats. Bizarre how aggressive the owner was towards us. We accepted the food under protest, but it was inedible. Fries were literally black and we threw most of it away. Very unfortunate, this Kwalitaria used to be quite fine, but nowadays this is a no-go.

After I posted my honest review, Mr. the owner or manager of their Google account with a fake account under the name 'Henny Janssen' posted a bad review about my company. And while we have been inactive for a year 😂 It is better to appreciate reviews and try to learn and improve from them instead of showing childish behavior. This just shows how much they care about their customers. I will report this to the head office 😉 (I received very poor service, they are very slow. It took an unnecessarily long time before I got my burger.)

Free ice cream today tastes extra good! The ice cream tastes a bit like caramel.

NASTY! Limp and tough fries mixed together in a half-filled container. Also lukewarm. Spring roll was limp and also lukewarm. Frikandel special contained almost no sauce. Downright GROSS food!!! We paid €25.44 for two fries, a frikandel special and a spring roll. Then you can expect something, right?

I was allowed to order despite coming too late. Very nice people helpen me out when I was in need!

Bought fries and 2 beef croquettes for the first time to take away. Delicious crispy fries and 2 delicious crispy croquettes! Even still warm when I arrived in The Hague. Extremely friendly and polite service. A bunch of hard workers who deserve a positive review. I called them to tell them that I had a delicious meal. Highly recommended to eat on site, but also to take away. Doing!!!

Nice place to eat your french fries, nice staff and always fresh oil. Only the portions of the fries are a little bit on the greedy side. I don't mind it too much but it was considerably noticable when it is placed in front of you. Overall a 9.5 for me considering the food they serve.

Mooie deal, via social deal. Helaas kregen wij een halve bak friet. Zouden eigenlijk meenemen, frietjes klaar, helaas snack niet. Saus niet apart. Achter de toonbank erg druk met mensen die k en uitlopen. Beetje jammer, personeel wel erg aardig.

Wat een top zaak. Altijd heerlijke goudgele patat en de snacks zijn heerlijk. Vriendelijk personeel wij komen hier graag! Hoe kunnen wij jullie overtuigen ....Gewoon doen, krijg je geen spijt van.

Het eten was super lekker! Ik kom hier vaker.

Heel lekker eten, ze zijn snel en het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Korte dame met blonde haren in een staart aan de kassa was erg klantvriendelijk en hun eten is ook erg aan te raden!!!

3 yrs ago I posted: Good hamburgers, friendly staff, stable quality, low price. Been here regularly (1-2 / month), mostly take-away, over the last two years, never had a very long wait. Keep up the good work! :-) Update 3 years later: STILL VERY GOOD. 👍

Nadat ik eten besteld had. Heb ik het eten mee genomen. Alleen hier doen ze de saus er appart bij. Dit wist ik dus niet. Thuis kwam ik daar achter. En na bijna 2 uur kwamen ze de saus met nieuwe patat brengen. Want de bestelling was natuurlijk koud. Na 2 uur. Hebben we wel van ons patatje genoten. Bij de frikadellen zat overigens wel saus.

Prijs kwaliteit uitmuntend.Alles goed verzorgd.

Het is er gezellig en leuk om te eten. Dé porties zijn groot genoeg en lekker. Ook is het niet te duur.

Prijzen (via Thuisbezorgd) zijn ineens enorm gestegen! Bijv. Kipnuggets (5 stuks) voorheen 2,70 nu ineens 4,60. Kleine portie pindasaus van 0,75 naar 1,25 en patat ook zeker 20% duurder. Het zal de huidige inflatie zijn, maar de prijzen lagen hier al bovengemiddeld hoog. Patat is helaas ook niet altijd even warm en knapperig. Vaak slappe klamme frieten. Jammer, want voor die hoge prijs mag je wel iets meer verwachten...

Voor een snackbar goede snelle service. Zeer ruime keuze Ophalen of bezorgen is mogelijk
