A lovely, cozy snack bar in the sunshine. A wonderful summertime treat. You do have to get to the island, but it's definitely worth it!

No stars because we accidentally stood at the wrong counter. (What snack bar has a separate counter for ice cream and soft drinks, and one for fries?) I've never seen it before. Anyway, we ordered at the "wrong" counter. A woman said, "You have to go to the other side to order." We walked over there. She helped other customers who arrived after us. She thought that was very strange. Okay, we were in the wrong place. But you can still help us, right? She seemed very irritated and grumpy. :( So we went to the other side (snack bar De Streak). We were helped very well and quickly there. -Would never have happened at Mary and Ray's ;)-

The younger man is very friendly and warm. The older man looks at you angrily and shouts at you.

What a nice place. Tasty fries and a wide selection of snacks. Also for a reasonable price considering the location.

Here we spent a lovely little hour. Very friendly people with good service. So I can't agree with the negative reactions at all. Last Saturday we went for a boat trip from Vinkeveen and ended up here. Friendly people, delicious fries with "marinated" sauce. A bit pricey, though I think you can ask for that in that area. The drunken youngsters who seemed a bit out of character were a bit of a letdown.

Very nice snack bar with friendly service. The service can be a bit slower when it is busy, but there is a really nice atmosphere and with the benches and tables that are placed outside in nice weather you can also sit very comfortably. With groups this place is also definitely recommended, because while you are waiting for your food you can swim with the group, play volleyball or chill on the beach. The assortment is also not smaller than you would expect from such a snack bar and is nicely prepared and served on trays.

We wanted to get a 6 pack of desperados for €27!!! In the end we bought this and we see on the boat that the expiration date is until Nov 24. Totally unacceptable from this company. Look carefully at the expiration date when you buy drinks here!!!

Please rename the business to snack island.

You don't expect that... Excellent fries on an island. And also with an excellent curry sauce. De Meent with the snack bar Paviljoen is an excellent place to moor, swim, play and have something tasty to eat...

The guy from this shop hangs up a sign for every fart😂 he also has a so-called terrace where the benches fall over when you sit on it😂, sad for the old people.

Poorly maintained opening times and simultaneous criticism of Google regarding the checks as to whether the information is actually maintained. We swam to the island for free today and had to go back with a hungry stomach 😇

Voor een snackbar een dikke 5 sterren! Super plekje (eiland), om heerlijk even aan te meren, en wat te snacken en te drinken, tijdens een boottochtje op het prachtige meer. Prijzen zijn redelijk. Toiletten schoon.

Prima tent. Aardige bediening. Ook BBQ pakket en wegwerp BBQ's te koop.

Nette snackbar met goede friet en snacks

Goede snackbar en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Nu gelukkig weer vaker en langer open in het seizoen.

Fijn dat er een snackbar op het eiland de meent is, en kan me ook niet vinden in de reactie van mohammed, voedsel vergiftiging? Uit een een snackbar lijkt mij zeer onwaarschijnlijk! Misschien beter je tanden poetsen. En brocromo heb ik ook nog nooit van gehoord. Ik kom hier al jaren fijn dat kan aangezien een snackbar op een eiland niet vanzelfsprekend is.

Prima voor iets kleins maar zeker niet het leukste. En het stinkt er.
