Still the best snack bar in North Holland

Wow! The homemade snacks are truly fantastic at this snack bar and can easily be compared to a Kwalitaria. The homemade meatball was even better than grandma's 🥲. And the homemade nasi ball is highly recommended! Plus, you really get your money's worth. Affordable and incredibly good. We didn't have any soft serve ice cream, but this was all so good, it's almost unbelievable that it's also excellent 💪💪.

We had a delicious meal. We tried several homemade snacks. The spicy croquette and cheeseburger were absolutely delicious. The fries were also nice and crispy. The staff was friendly and parking was easy. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended! A very clean snack bar. The service is friendly, you have the option to sit inside and outside. Even though it is right on a street, it is very quiet there. The food was also very tasty! Eet smakelij!

The chicken schnitzel is delicious with apple sauce and they have tasty mayonnaise and fries, good healthy sandwiches

I don't understand how this tent got the 4.6 points. It's just a standard snack bar. With my special fries I asked for a separate container for the sauce, but that was too complicated!

I go there regularly...it is really highly recommended...no one else is as good as van Veen..😋👍

Delicious homemade snacks and spring rolls. Convenient ordering via the app but you can pick it up yourself.

The food is always hot, made quickly, tasty and also home-made, really top food. The service is also really top notch, the employees are well trained and polite. The atmosphere is just less, it is especially sleek in the white lacquer, but yes, you have to create the atmosphere yourself, more decorations would make the atmosphere better.

Super nice staff, we ordered a medium fries and were super surprised at how much mayo there was. Frikandel special was super tasty and meat croquettes were also great. Milkshake absolutely recommended. The first place to go for a snack on your next visit.

Neat neighborhood snack bar with lots of choice. Also quite a few tables (inside & outside) to have a meal. Free parking in the surrounding streets.

De snacks die ze hebben valt niks over te zeggen, die zijn prima! De patat vind ik in de afgelopen 2 jaar erg achteruit gegaan. De sauzen zijn matig. Om er te eten is er minimaal plek. Om je snack even snel naar binnen te werken is het een prima plek. Om er uitgebreid je patatje te gaan eten vind ik het persoonlijk minder. Verder is er op het personeel niks aan te merken, die doen hun werk goed!

Super netter Besitzer und echt leckere Pommes. Die Pommes werden frisch zubereitet und kommen dann direkt heiß aus der Fritteuse. Die Preise sind absolut super für die Qualität des Essens👍 auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen

Ein absoluter Geheimtipp. Kleines Bistro, dass noch alles selbst herstellt. Extrem leckere Pommes. Außen kross knusprig, innen kartoffelig lecker. Der junge Mann am Tresen war super freundlich und nett. Die große Portion Pommes war absolut Preis/Leistung. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen und dann nicht nur zum schnellen snacken ;0)

Een hele goede snackbar en heerlijke loempia's. Toppie hoor.

Weder schlecht noch gut. Fritten waren so naja und ohne Salz. Frikandel Spezial war ganz lecker. Pindasoße war gar nicht lecker.

Prima snackbar, alle snacks waren smaakvol en precies goed gebakken. Vriendelijke bediening.

Einheimisch geführte Imbisbude, mit leckeren Snacks. Die Inhaber konnten sogar Deutsch sprechen. Die Preise sind unschlagbar, weiter weg vom Strand, dafür aber deutlich günstiger.

Hausgemachte holländische Snacks, einmalig ! Noch nie so gut in einem holländischen Imbiss gegessen, einen Bami Teller (Bami Plate) anstatt einer bestellten Bami bekommen (kleines Verständigungsproblem:D) , aber absolut überrascht worden , wow ! Ebenso sehr freundlich, sauber und superlecker und sehr preiswert! Hund war willkommen, wurde mit Wasser versorgt, alles in allem super, lohnt sich wirklich dort hin zu fahren, um Welten besser als die ganzen strandnahen Abzocker Buden
