Ordered food from this cafeteria/Chinese restaurant; the delivery driver arrived well over 1.5 hours later than agreed. And that after contacting them multiple times asking where my order is. Never ordering anything via this delivery service again.👎

This is already the umpteenth time we have to wait a very long time for the order. It wasn't delivered once before, and the wrong dish was included as well. Things are getting worse and worse there.

There is no atmosphere. But that is not what you come for; it is primarily a takeaway counter. The food is really good, and the service is very pleasant.

Ordered food for delivery yesterday. It arrived perfectly on time, was delicious, warm, good portions, and the food was delicious.

We always get takeout. Delicious food for a good price. One of the better places in the area to get Chinese food.

The food isn't that bad, but the delivery time is way too long. We've ordered food twice now, and both times it's been over an hour late.

Waited 2 hours and 30 minutes for an order. Worthless.

At first it was super tasty, but now it's the second time I've had it, and it has a strange smell and taste. It also has a strange aftertaste. It's the last time I bought it. It's a waste of money. I think it's a different cook or a different oil, it just doesn't taste good. 😒

Just a snack bar and Chinese takeaway.

WORTHLESS! Ordered 3 menus of bami with shrimp. When I received the delivery, it said it had pork in it, which wasn't listed on the menu. When I called them back, I was told it always contained pork. Which I couldn't smell from Arnhem. You don't need a university of applied sciences degree to indicate on the menu that it contained pork. And plenty of people don't eat pork. According to the lady, it was my fault 😂. Sad case!! First and LAST time ordering anything from here!!! And you guessed it, EVERYTHING went in the trash.

Terrible bad service, owner is not honest. And can not accept criticism... Even charges for snacks that are not delivered

I think I have found something new online via home delivery, I drive by to try the "Korean chicken burger/sandwich", and I am told that they do not have it. Then I say I just want chicken on a hamburger bun. They don't have either. Really ridiculous.

Monthly menu collected. It's not really very tasty. For example, Blue Lotus' babi panggang is crispier. In general it tastes less fresh. The food does its job and expectations are not high, but it could be better. I would simply calculate 10 cents for a plastic bag in the dishes...

Really gross, I ordered babi pangang with nasi. Didn't even taste like babi pangang. I also had to wait two hours for my order. And I just threw up too 🤮😰 really don't order here!!!!!!

Ordered at a quarter past 5 for 6 o'clock. Having to wait 2 hours for the order is abnormal and it still arrives cold.

Ordered on Boxing Day. It was already said that it could take a long time. We ended up waiting 2.5 hours and ordered fries and a croquette for the little one who doesn't like Chinese. This was not written down. Subsequent delivery would take 1 hour. No egg on the nasi/base. Sauces are well diluted by water. All in all I could have cooked better.

To eat. Was great again. was well seasoned and prepared with fresh vegetables

Long wait due to insufficient staff

Bad service, they are not open at the times they have, which is what I call a bad thing. They are open from 4:00 PM according to the times at the snack bar itself, we were there at 4:30 PM and this cafeteria was still closed! That's why they get 2 stars from us!

I don't know how they work there, but it was only delivered to the fryer fifteen minutes after ordering. (fries, frikandel) fries were ready, the spring roll still had to be added. Had to wait more than half an hour. As a result, the fries were lukewarm because the spring roll was not ready. What a misery.

Very tasty food, but always busy, so long waiting time when ordering.😄

Ordered at 6:46 PM. Meanwhile, 9:30 PM, I have not heard anything, the telephone number provided via Thuisbezorgd is also not in service. Thuisbezorgd has not yet responded with a solution. Shame.

This snack bar is highly recommended and affordable. The staff is friendly. You can get fries and snacks and eat them. Definitely recommended at others. Snack bar West in Velp.

Voor mij is dit al jaren een toplocatie wat betreft afhaal Chinees. Vorige week van wege een feestje (35 jaar getrouwd) voor 20 personen aan eten gehaald. Alles was prima verzorgd en het smaakte uitstekend. Ik kan deze plaats alleen maar aanraden.

Prima eten voor een prima prijs, vriendelijk personeel, niks mis mee

Helaas niet meer wat het is geweest.. Sinds de nieuwe eigenaren er in zitten is de prijs omhoog gegaan, maar de kwaliteit achteruit. Erg jammer, want ging hier altijd graag heen voor een frietje babi pangang. Deze was nu erg matig, heel weinig smaak, harde stukken vlees er in en slappe friet. Helaas voor mij niet meer :(

Helaas is snackbar West overgrgaan naar nieuwe eigenaren.... De kwaliteit van het eten is heel erg achteruit gegaan helaas. Wij zoeken vanaf nu een andere snackbar en Chinees. Helaas... Dit is mijn oude review Lekkere friet en goed betaalbaar

Vandaag twee loempia's gehaald, erg lekker. Niet flauw en goed gevuld, en dat voor 3,20 per stuk!
