Very poor quality food, you are not treated well, there was a beetle in the fries

Chicken satay was really one of the tastiest of the snack bars in the city. Also friendly staff

not always the first thought that comes when looking at a restaurant is how clean it is, specially a fast food restaurant; but in this one this is all I can think about when I come by. The fries are amazing and the food is good, the workers are super nice and the environment in general seems super organised and quiet and wholesome. Very recommended.

The tastiest snack bar in Groningen as far as I'm concerned! Friendly staff, clean & lots of vegetarian options.

Delicious food with a very good price.

I've been going to this place for years and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to eat around this area. As what other reviewers mentioned, the staff is very friendly, the food is always excellent, -both in quality and taste-, and the place is very clean and neat. I would recommend people to call in advance if you want to pick up the food there. This time, we ordered two broodje burger speciaal, a big portion of patat (fries), and some curry sauce with onions. They told us it will be ready within 15 minutes and they were really on time. Definitely my go-to snack bar. They deserve 5 out of 5 stars for sure!

Vriendelijke mensen, en lekkere patat en snacks!

Erg vervelend als je niet verstaan wordt en je alles 3 keer moet herhalen.. een cursus Nederlands zou meer winst opleveren. Maar, wel de schoonste snackbar die ik ooit heb gezien..

We komen hier al jaren. Geweldige friettent/snackbar met zeer ruime hoeveelheid snacks. Altijd lekkereen knapperige friet. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Mochten ze eens wat vergeten (wat praktisch nooit voorkomt) denken ze mee hoe dit op te lossen. Al met al: beste snackbar waar ik geweest ben!

Vriendelijk personeel, goede kwaliteit eten. Gelegen op 200 meter van het umcg. Bij een fout in de bestelling, de friet had zonder zout gemoeten, is dit kosteloos opnieuw geserveerd! Top service! Aangerader als even even iets anders gegeten moet worden dan het eten uit het umcg.

Gezellig en lekker eten. Zelfs toen het bijna sluitingstijd was waren ze nog aardig en zeiden dat we rustig aan konden doen. Hier komen we terug!

Ik vind dit een van de beste snackbars in de stad Groningen. Als je een bestelling plaatst voor 2 personen zal het, ook wanneer het druk is, binnen 15 minuten klaar zijn. Een van de weinige snackbars in de stad die een berenhap goed weet te bereiden. Patat is ook altijd precies goed gebakken. Al met al een geweldige snackbar!

Wat een toppers zijn die mensen!!!! Super vriendelijk aan de telefoon tijdens het bestellen van eten, en een super vriendelijke glimlach als je er eenmaal in de winkel bent!! Klasse!!!!

Lekkere patat. Aardige bediening. Hef ziet er altijd zo netjes en schoon uit, daar hou ik van!
