For the first time in a long time I just ate good fries. I haven't eaten really good fries for years but here I was positively surprised. With a tasty schnitzel and bacon.

State terrible young staff. Work unhygienic. Food was cold salad old and bad taste. Mail with complaint sent but email address is not in use.

Since we ordered here several times during the renovation of the house and were very satisfied, it is now a completely different story. The last 3 times that we ordered it was always a hit, food arrives late, chicken is dry, spareribs without taste, order not complete and as icing on the cake today the receipt of another customer with all ANW details and 06 number. In short, it is sad how fast this company has deteriorated.

Haven't eaten so badly in a long time! And what a mess!

Well after a long hot day I thought to have a nice meal with my wife, on arrival many plates and food on the tables outside, which can happen when it is busy. After an hour we got the wrong food after saying so they could make the right dish but inedible cold and no taste no apologies from the staff and they laughed about it. Dirty mess inside also on the floor. Only young people who have no know-how of simple dishes. We will not go there anymore.

Placed an order at 7:10 PM. Fries with stew, beef sandwich, frikadel and a milkshake. Waited more than half an hour on the terrace where we wanted to eat when our order arrived. Instead of fries with stew, we got dry chicken on fries. Waiting again for the right food. In the meantime, one of us could start eating. Beef sandwich. Really not tasty! Then came the fries with stew. Also not tasty. I understand that with this nice weather it is not easy to have to work in a warm kitchen, but at least make sure that you have someone take the orders who knows what stew is and how to write beef. We both left our food. Quite an expensive joke. We will not come back.

What a mess this has become! Previously ordered spareribs often, for 9 euros and fries on the side, always perfect. Now it has become a menu of 15 euros. You still get everything in separate containers and bags but it is worthless. Sparerib? You eat a kind of meat structure but there is no taste to it. Dry lump structure. Yuck! Straight into the container. Fries were delivered deep dark yellow without salt. Salad turned out to be without dressing. Asking 35 whole euros. Disappointment! Emailed their special complaints email address twice, apparently all incoming emails go straight into the trash there. No response. Our last time. 🤮

Just picked up an order for two. At our destination we went to eat. Chips were left in the fat for far too long. Croquette had run out and was lying next to it. Frikandel was like rubber. No more food from this shitty place for us here on the construction site.

Ordered something for 5. We were with 10 people so the order was quite big. We had asked if it could be ready around 18:30 and that we could pick up our order. However, when we got there they had not even started making our order. In the end we had to wait another hour before we got our order. Absolute madness, only young people and no good experienced employees. For the rest the food was nothing special, burgers were smaller than they looked. Was a kijzerbolletje with a ready-made hamburger on it. Tasted quite well but could have been better. Spareribs were very dry and had little to no seasoning. It is a snack bar but I expected better. Never again for us.

After more than half an hour, my friend and his son's fries and hamburger arrived, but my order was still pending. 5 minutes later, an employee walked onto the terrace with a sign and shouted "fries with mayonnaise and a croquette". I had fries with Joppie + veal croquette with mayonnaise, so I don't respond to this, since that is not my order and there are more people waiting for their food. It is now 45 minutes later and my food is still not there. I then ask an employee if my food is still coming, and according to her it was the order that was just brought to the terrace (fries with mayonnaise and croquette). I indicate that I had ordered fries with Joppie and veal croquette with mayonnaise, and she indicated that she was aware of this. "Then it was said incorrectly" and she walks back inside, I naturally assume that she will sort it out. By the way: no apologies, friendliness, interest. I think, whatever, they must be busy. Then another ten minutes later and still nothing (we've been sitting here for almost an hour now). My friend walks inside to get the story straight, indeed as in other reviews it's a couple of teenagers who then look at us sheepishly and nobody has a clue. She walked inside and apparently just left my undelivered order for what it was. We were done with it and said that we wanted our money back and made a comment that things were clearly not going well here (there were more people waiting an extremely long time for fries, hoping that they would still come). Again no interest, apologies, initiative whatsoever. I got two euros extra back because my friend said "we also want the soft drink back to compensate for this scene" and this was silently honored. Not because we were such annoying customers, up until now we had been friendly and patient, but because they are simply not interested and are not looking for a solution. It is a cafeteria and not a 5-star restaurant, I understand that, but this all made no sense. Employees walk onto the terrace, shout out wrong orders or call out disinterestedly "who ordered this" and expect customers to have an idea that it is about their order. Strange way of working, it is one of the few tasks you have, just listing the entire order. Maybe it is useful to make sure that your staff knows what their job entails, because no one in this cafeteria seems to have an idea of ​​customer friendliness, communication or their own tasks in general. Apparently they do not get any work instructions or structure here. The food is ok and the terrace is cozy and it is in a nice place, but I would not recommend going here for a meal.

Ate outside. 45 minutes waiting time. Food lukewarm cold and not the right ingredients... think of wrong sauces etc. when serving 3 of the 4 meals were ready, the last one took 5 minutes. very bad experience, too bad because in the past it was always fine. For the time being we will not come there anymore.

Here you can get the best healthy baguette in the North. Number 1 for years. The choice of white or whole wheat roll, always deliciously crispy baked and the most delicious toppings!!

Went here for dinner today. What a disaster. Tables were dirty, sticky and full of plates, the floors behind the counter were a really dirty mess on the floor. The toilets had not been cleaned in a while. That was quite a dirty game. The food was good ... Can't go wrong with much when it's hot. Staff .. not involved in the case at all. We weren't the only ones who thought it was a mess. We were among the other tables who thought the same way. That it was quite dirty. The pager has seen better days. I can't imagine as the owner of this business that this wouldn't hurt you if you read the reviews and don't do anything about it. Get the broom through and a bucket of soapy water. But judging by the other reviews, nothing will change anytime soon.

Nothing is right on the map anymore. They just do whatever, you pay €12.30 for fries with a few pieces of ham. Conveniently forgetting sauce saves them money. I had an appointment here. It was no punishment to wait here for a while. Looks nice and cozy. Staff are friendly. It's not too busy. I was able and allowed to charge my bicycle battery in the meantime. Had lunch here immediately after the appointment. It was all fine, nothing to complain about. There was more than enough sauce, but that is of course also because I asked for it. I have no idea if I paid more for that. Prices are not really well indicated. In any case, I thought the total price was not too bad. A little more than 12 euros together. Good fries, tasty hamburger, excellent milkshake. Cutlery and napkins are provided, and food is brought to the table. Apparently you can also order at the table via an app. I haven't tried this. It felt a bit unnecessary, because it's a small snack bar and it wasn't busy. Toilet is on the floor above. Looked good and clean. Stairs are a bit scary. When leaving the establishment I said hello, but there was no response. I didn't expect that, but maybe they were busy for a while. The experience is no less.

They have delicious peanut sauce. But an egg ball with Oregano, Brr The burgers are also delicious. You can have it delivered and/or eat there.

Leave a five euro tip on an 18 euro order and then have your food delivered cold to your door. There are four driving minutes between my house and the cafeteria. Where did that go wrong? Very unfortunate and a good lesson: if you can just pick up: do it!

After yet another setback here, we decided not to go here again. All the tables, benches and even the windowsill were littered with crumbs. We came in first and there was no one there. So plenty of time. Then the schnitzel. The menu says +sandwich with the snacks. So a schnitzel sandwich, ordered separately with mayo. 'Oh, I have to see how I'm going to do this' Then comes the order. Bread, lettuce, tomato and a white sauce (dressing or something?). We return with this sandwich, oh sorry, this is the only way... but it could be changed. Strange answer, but whatever. Sandwiches are good, but when we try something else it is often a disappointment.

Just placed an order for pick up. We are at a campsite nearby and chose this snack bar because of good memories of the past. Unfortunately we shouldn't have done that. The fries were limp and tasteless. We have never had such a tasteless satay sauce. It was not even remotely reminiscent of satay sauce. We ate here for the first time today. It seemed cozy from the outside. Ordered via the QR code to eat outside on the terrace. The burgers were "forgotten" when I let my nephew go inside to ask if the burgers were still coming, they were told that they had not been paid for and that we had to buy them. (While I paid almost 34 euros) I went inside and they had to look for the receipt, but I was asked twice whether I really had not received the burgers. They could easily see from our plates that they were never brought. No apologies for the inconvenience or anything. Not very customer friendly! It's a good thing we asked otherwise we would have been waiting a long time! I also had to go get the ice cream after I had indicated at the beginning of the order that it could be last. That was still difficult because I had to stand in line to get my ice cream that had already been paid for. The question was asked again, is that correct? There is still a lot to learn in terms of service and customer friendliness! Once for us and not again.

I would like to file a complaint about the food my son received from you last night. He had 1 chicken burger, Zuidlarder burger, 2 frikadellen and a large and a medium fries. Ordered and paid in store. Then it was said that he couldn't get it anymore because everything was turned off. Since he had already paid, he wanted his food. Then he was able to get 2 chicken burgers. When unpacking there was 1 drama, the sandwich was completely apart, it had just been thrown in. The fries were as limp as could be. This was inedible. We wanted to eat here last week (like last summer). It was close to 5pm, there were no customers. We wanted to eat outside. Inside, the staff was busy talking to each other, I only got attention when I shouted “yohoo”. Went outside with a menu, the tables were dirty, ice remains and other mess, a full ashtray. We went to eat somewhere else. Forget this tent.

This toothpick that had been used by a previous visitor, and some mess had not been cleaned up. These shawarma fries were very substandard. Half the fries were so hard, it almost cost me a refill. The shawarma was nothing to write home about either. The employee later indicated that I could get a new portion as compensation. This is worth an extra star for the service.

A typical Dutch snack bar with a pleasant selection of different dishes. As a holidaymaker you could communicate despite language difficulties and the food was tasty and ready quickly. In my opinion, this snack bar is always worth a visit.

I have come here often, and unfortunately I have to say that the quality of this tent has declined over time. Staff appear overworked during "prime time", and occasionally make mistakes. Incomplete order, no consistent quality in the fries or snacks (some days limp fries, sometimes the snacks are not drained properly). Don't blame individual staff, that's unfair, it's always about teamwork. The portions also sometimes feel a bit smaller and the fries specials are a bit disappointing (few additions besides the fries). Hope they can pull their pants up a bit next year, but for now unfortunately 2 stars.

With pain in my heart I have to give my snack heaven of yesteryear only 2 stars. Ordered food via the website and selected a pick-up time in about half an hour (in this case ordered at 5:50 PM for collection at 6:15 PM). Then we are waiting at 6:10 PM and we receive the message 'it will be ready soon!' That ended up being 6:50 PM. This wasn't the first time, but it was the last time. Too bad, because the food is always excellent!

I have been coming here as a regular customer for years! Now it has just become a youth club in the kitchen! Language use among young people in the kitchen that is simply not acceptable. Was treated after a complaint that there was paper?! or something like that was in my bread, as if I didn't exist, completely ignored and no service or anything, no new bread, no money back! This is very unfortunate!

Een keer besteld maar viel vies tegen. Slappe patat, te doorbakken burger in droog broodje en een kroket waaruit de inhoud grotendeels was weggelekt.

Poe, 2 sterren doet wel een beetje zeer. Ik bestel hier namelijk best vaak.... het eten is eigenlijk altijd lekker, maar er mist zo ongelofelijk vaak iets van mijn bestelling. Dat kan eens gebeuren, prima.... maar het maakt niet uit of je een grote of kleine bestelling hebt; 9 van de 10 keer missen wij iets. Ik vind het heel knullig maar ik zou eigenlijk de zak bij de voordeur al moeten controleren... bizar dat dit zo vaak gebeurt bij deze snackbar!

Als je hier al jaren komt afhalen, is het jammer om te zien hoe het langzaam achteruit gaat. Sinds de vorige eigenaar de zaak overgedaan heeft, is de klad erin gekomen. Minder aandacht voor de kwaliteit, onbeschoft personeel aan de telefoon ("Yo!") en vaak, heel vaak kom je er thuis achter dat er iets van de bestelling ontbreekt. Daarnaast zijn porties echt veel kleiner geworden. Eerder kreeg je een vol bakje kaas bij een grote patat Beenhawaii, nu zit er een trieste hoeveelheid is het bakje en is het verschil tussen een normaal of een groot portie gewoon niet te zien. Zie foto. Je wordt bovendien bedonderd waar je bij staat. Zelf gezien vandaag hoe voor mij de raspatat in een medium bakje werd gedaan. Vervolgens kwam de medewerker erachter dat ik een grote portie had besteld en deed de DEZELFDE hoeveelheid in een groot bakje! Ik ben inmiddels wel een beetje uitgekeken hier. De originele patatmenu's (nou ja, zo nieuw zijn ze ook niet meer...) zijn leuk, maar ze teren hier een beetje op oude glorie. Als er niets verandert, houdt het vanzelf een keer op...

Patat, snacks niks bijzonders. Broodje burger lekkere smaak. Vloer boven en beneden vies net als de toiletten. Geen zeep en doekjes bij toilet.

Telefonische bestelling. Te laat bezorgt buiten aangegeven tijd. Geen lekkere friet, kippetje red de score naar 3 sterren. Wel prijzig.

Als je lekker wilt eten MOET je hier wezen ‼️

Wat jammer dat deze zaak tegenwoordig zo smerig is; vieze tafels en vloer. de snacks zijn prima.

Patat met shoarma nou dat moet je echt zoeken,patat met veel prei, paprika en wat anders erdoor maar het vlees was bijna niet te vinden en dat voor een pittige prijs geen aanrader volgende keer hard voorbij rijden

We zijn gaan zitten, maar werden niet opgemerkt. Na 10 minuten zelf maar naar de counter gelopen om te bestellen. Saus over het hele menu, terwijl op het plaatje de saus er apart bij zit. Shoarma te ver doorgebakken.

Prima eten, je kunt er binnen en buiten goed zitten.

Hebben daar Ras patat wat niet overal verkocht wordt.en het softijs is daar ook heel lekker.

We kwamen hier voor wat broodjes en een ijsje voor de kids. Heerlijke broodjes gezond en super softijs.

Net 3 joekels gekocht (softijs) maar waren totaal niet joekel. 10,- betaald voor een normaal ijsje. Wel lekker

Het eten was heerlijk. De vloer van de zaak inclusief van de keuken was niet om aan te zien. Overal etensresten. Tafels werden te langzaam afgeruimd, om dit voor volgende gasten te voorkomen, zelf onze borden maar opgeruimd. Genoeg personeel in de keuken maar de meneer met blond lang haar in een knot, kon wel wat meer energie gebruiken om wat harder te lopen en sneller de zaak op te ruimen. En even een veger door de zaak dus! De vrouw in de keuken daarintegen werkte keihard. De jongen achter de kassa deed goed z’n werk maar als er geen klanten waren stond ie maar wat te staan i.p.v de zaak opruimen o.i.d.

Afgelopen zaterdag 2 plate-menu's afgehaald. Ruime portie, goed vlees en lekkere salade.
