Snackpoint "De Kolibrie" in Wijk 01 Kerkrade-Oost

Went here with a family of three and never again!!!! We went in and were ignored for 10 minutes without any help. Once we got our food, it wasn't even edible; the snacks and fries were old and disgusting. NEVER GO HERE AGAIN, AND I RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO. Find something better nearby, a few hundred meters away.

Since Hermien left this chip shop and it was taken over by Aron, the quality has become extremely bad. The frying fat is old and there are a lot of hard fries with black "seeds" in them. Even the frikandel speciaal tastes burnt. In addition, the small fries are now the price of the large ones. So the price goes up and the quality goes down. We were regular customers but they won't see me anymore!

Well you order 2x sour meat both 15 euros per portion (this is really scandalous for a hollow tooth), in addition chicken nuggets and chicken fingers are 2 different things I think, we won't see them again for this money I'll go for a decent one! Oh and coke zero is not the new doctor pepper 😒

Never had such a sad fries with sour meat. Meat is hard to find. Half of the order was not available, so they just throw something together. We will NEVER order from here AGAIN! Snackpoint Vaals on the other hand... 👌👌👌 Top! This snackpoint: Sad. Deeply sad

Snacks in the display case did not look appetizing. Also very messy in how everything was arranged and in terms of price. Much too expensive meatball was still cold inside so undercooked atmosphere was no longer there. It was not professional, very amateurish and the prices they dared to ask were simply outrageous

Disappointing order received. Judge for yourself. Portion of shrimp (mini size apparently 4.50 euros) croquette burger fried for too long, in my opinion, fries ok.

We will no longer place an order with this chip shop. I have also posted a bad review in the past. Today I ordered a small satay fries with a satay roll. I got the long black hair for free! Hygiene is hard to find!!!

Let me start with the positive, that the contact was friendly, both on the telephone and during delivery. I made the contact because of a home delivery order, after almost an hour had passed and the app suggested that they would almost be there, I called and was told that the order would arrive shortly. Upon arrival, the food was lukewarm to cold and therefore not tasty. The kipcorn contained cheese, something that was not ordered or is a kipcorn different now? In comments I mentioned that our address can only be reached via one road due to construction work. I understand that this situation is or could be confusing for a delivery person, who had politely called me to say that he could not find it. Afterwards it turned out that he was already in the street. I cannot give more than 3 stars because fried food is not tasty when cold. When reading other reviews, one can conclude that delivery is not your strong suit and does not benefit your products. Perhaps, and this is not a bad intention. However, perhaps no more delivery? It does not provide the customer with a good product and you do not receive good advertising.

We have been coming to watch the parade for years and always go to you for the snack and fries.. So tasty.. price good, well packaged to watch the parade..(. Now also saw the new owner(s). See you next year..

Bad service, after an hour and a half still no food, when you call them they also give you a big mouth!!! You have to come and get the food, they say!!! Never again with them!!!

When you have to wait 2 hours for your food. I can't and won't say anything positive about it. And it's not the 1st time this has happened. They indicate a time when completing the order. And that will take them an hour longer. If OK hadn't called at 7:40 PM. I'm sure they forgot the order. They also lie to you during the conversation. And you can hang that one star on the tree.

Orders a fries special and hamburger at 6:20 PM. Call you an hour later to see if they got through. Ordered via home delivery so not the first time something goes wrong. But you are told that you have to wait for the delivery person. If you ask whether it is warm, yes, otherwise you will get your money back. Call you 7:20 PM. You will have your order at 8:05 PM. Warm and otherwise good. (clearly it still had to be made) Food is good but not fond of nonsense story while you could simply say order had been overlooked. Or set a higher minimum order, if it is busy and you give priority to regular customers, or even better. Don't take orders if they don't get baked in 1/5 hour 🤣

Unfortunately, I have to adjust my review since there is a new owner. Unfriendly, quality deteriorated and delivery service unreliable. Nice chip shop with friendly staff. But more importantly, a wide range of good products and tasty burgers. Not much parking space but they have the convenience of delivery. Top 5 stars .

We were always satisfied. There is nothing left of quality and friendliness. Food is delivered half an hour late. No email, no excuses. Last orders no more stamps. This was my last wet cold burger.

Together we went to our trusted Aron again for his delicious spare ribs, so tender, jam jam, a bit of a drive for us, but certainly for a while.

Super nice owners and very tasty snacks. Very quick preparation. The owner has now changed and the quality is already declining. The bacon from the bacon burgers is fried absolutely dry. My wife also wanted a picanto today and got something else that was also completely dry (as if it had been fried 2-3 times) and also ice cold.

This one doesn't even deserve 1 star. I placed an order last Friday and it was supposed to be delivered at 5 p.m. Finally the order came at 5.35pm and was cold so we were able to throw it away I called several times but there was no answer. Finally, after many emails, the gentleman contacted me and promised that he would send a credit voucher on Saturday morning. Well he lied because we didn't receive anything. I read the same mess in Schinveld and he left I hope he leaves Bleijerheide soon if he continues to treat customers this way.

Very tasty, friendly, price performance 1+, everything to the point. Salt made with love. I plate up, I have a smile on my face. I haven't experienced WOU yet, it's all wonderful, it's worth a visit and I can only recommend it. And the marinade is a poem.

Have order delivered. The first time the chicken wings were still super red on the inside. I went back to the snack point myself and was given new chicken wings. When I got home I took a bite of the new wings: super red again. I called again: it's the chicken. Next time I have to specify, then I will get new boneless chicken. When asked what I should eat now, I received no answer. Not well resolved "entrepreneurs"!

What opening hours, open until 8 p.m., I didn't know such a thing existed, open 4 hours a day. And then the place is almost always empty, hardly anyone comes here anymore

Excellent chip shop that also delivers. Often great deals for a great price these days! Every now and then something is forgotten, but after a quick call this is handled immediately or the next time after consultation. See you soon!

Bad frying and scams people. I ordered 2 large fries and a large pot of mayonnaise. I had to pay 6 euros and got this.

One of the last chip shops in Kerkrade where you can order your food "in 't Kirchroädsj plat". Old-fashioned good, satisfied customer here for years. Friendly, good delivery, tasty fries. The homemade burgers are highly recommended!

Nach meiner bescheidenen Meinung die besten Pommes in der Region. Gute Auswahl an Snacks und freundliche Bedienung. In der Regel geht's schnell. Also was will man mehr? Die Burger hier sind auch ganz gut und können empfohlen werden.

Sterk achteruit gegaan. Laatste keer smaakte de frieten naar ranzig vet en alsof er vis in was gebakken. Zelfs de vitrine lijkt altijd leeg. Mag zeker een opfrisser gebruiken

Leckere typische niederländische Pommes & Snacks 🤗. Wir fahren deswegen gerne schnell über die Grenze... 😁 man kann aber auch telefonisch Vorbestellen. Parken ist nicht soo optimal, aber in der Regel findet man was in der Nähe.
