Very disappointing!! Ordered 2 menus, but only received the (slightly lukewarm) burgers. Subsequently, we tried to contact them by phone for over an hour, but they were unreachable. Therefore, we filed a complaint via the complaint form on their own website. After 10 days—and after a reminder from our side—we finally received a response. BUT... it was all not their fault: * we had ordered via Thuisbezorgd and had to file a complaint there; * we should have used the special email address of the branch instead of the complaint form; * the telephone outage was Odido's fault. Unfortunately, there was no sign of any responsibility from Spare Ribs Express itself. Nor were there any apologies for an incomplete delivery. In the meantime, we paid for a complete menu, received only a burger, and had to cook something ourselves because we simply didn't have enough to eat. After all, you order food because you do NOT want to cook. Very disappointing service, and especially the way the complaint (incomplete menus) is handled.

They keep raising their prices.... that's how you drive customers away? Exactly!!! I wanted to order here until I saw that the prices have gone up again. Well, I ordered somewhere else..

The potato gratin is not the old-school kind you know from those small containers, and the so-called rib meat is nowhere to be found. What a shame, a waste of money and thrown away in no time. The best combo is the sweet and spicy ribs with the old-school gratin. This is trash.

Delicious spare ribs. Freshly prepared. Various flavors. Also various side dishes for a complete meal. For pickup or delivery. Of course, order more than usual just meat, because naturally, the ribs are still included.

The review was apparently just deleted. They're just canceling orders after 90 minutes, claiming "we were closed." They knew that 85 minutes before. Google just said they were open. The phone was busy at first, and then suddenly no one answered. They didn't even bother trying to contact me. Apparently, they're only concerned with deleting reviews.

Scammers. Cancel your order after waiting an hour and a half and then don't answer when you call. Update after response: also an issue with Google where you were simply open? And an issue with the phone where a busy signal first comes and then it keeps ringing. Of course.

We had to wait two hours for our food, and there was no way to contact the company in Lelystad. We were either ignored or simply didn't answer.

Delicious food, delivered very quickly

The atmosphere gets one star because it's delivery only. But what they deliver is always delicious! Warm and delicious. The delivery drivers are almost always friendly too.

I don't understand the Google rating. I don't want to say it's cheap, but whether the burgers, spare ribs, or the baked potatoes were all delicious. The delivery was super fast, and we even had to wait 15 minutes. The food was still hot.

My order was taken correctly, delivery was fast and the food was fresh and hot! We enjoyed the spare ribs and baked potato, it was a taste explosion in my mouth 🤤😍

We ordered two hamburgers, it said it would take 1 hour, we waited. The order arrived, with the hamburgers without bread or anything, just the meat and bacon. We called and they told us that they would come back as quickly as they could and they would give us 2 ice creams. It took 1 more hour. But very kind.

Had spareribs delivered for the first time. We didn't regret it, the spareribs tasted delicious. The delivery person was also very friendly.

How I enjoyed your spare ribs. I opted for 650 gr hot and it was perfect. I didn't like the baked potato a bit, but that's because tastes differ. Nothing wrong with that! I ordered from Dronten so I expected them to take 1 and 1/2 hours, but they arrived in 40 minutes! Found it very fast and was very happy with it. Will order a top tent again next time

1 kilo spare rib besteld. Heerlijk! Snelle service

vanavond nog besteld helaas niet zoals het hoort. bij gerecht was koud en de spareribs gaar maar taai. zeker zo niet gewent. het is te eten maar bij zo een volgende bezorging is het klaar. het kost algenoeg geld dan ookkwaliteit.

Spare ribs en beefburger besteld. Spare ribs waren koud en taai. Dat zijn we niet gewend. Normaal altijd goed maar vandaag echt niet goed. Heel jammer. De beefburger was ook niet heel warm maar wel erg lekker. Aangezien de prijs niet gering is, moeten we goed nadenken of we nog eens gaan bestellen.

Spareribs waren lauw. Veel geld betaald voor weinig ribs.

Uurtje wachten, maar dan heb je wel heerlijk malse spareribs en een hamburger die apart verpakt is zodat het geen klef broodje word. Zeer tevreden en het smaakte heerlijk!

Spareribs waren lekker, evenals de sidedishes (gepofte aardappel en gegratineerde aardappelen) cheeseburger-broodje was (te) hard, niet handig te eten. Smaak was wel goed. Alles goed verpakt en op tijd en goed warm bezorgd.

Om 14.50 uur online bestelling gedaan 2x spareribs sweet, geen bijgerechten. Bezorgverzoek 17.30 uur. Om 18.00 uur maar eens gebeld. Het was druk. Hoor op de achtergrond "ja die staat hier nog ". Blijkbaar mijn bestelling. Komt zo snel mogelijk wordt gezegd en ja hoor. Nog geen 10 minuten. Aan tafel. Eerste ribs uit de doos zijn perfect. De laatste rib, onderop, veel te dik, veel te droog en veel te taai. Beetje jammer dit als het ook al te laat bezorgd is. Afijn, afgespoeld maar aan de hond gegeven.

Besteld voor bezorging om 17:40, bezorger was hier om exact 17:40. De spareribs waren nog lekker warm en smaakte zeer goed! Kost wat, heb je wat.

Vanavond voor het eerst hier besteld voor twee personen. Ribs cajun van mijn partner waren uitstekend, ik zelf had een jalapeno burger besteld maar.... er zaten geen jalapenos op.... Hoe dan zou je denken😂😂. Naja, de burger was goed, maar even controleren zou je zeggen. Gezien de prijs doet verwachten dat het uitstekend is bestel ik hier niet meer.

Prijzig, maar erg goede spareribs!

Op zondag is Spare Rib Express al om 15:30u open👍🏻 eten was heerlijk zoals altijd. Jammer dat de bestelling iets langer dan een uur onderweg was, maar Spareribs sweet en sweet&spicy zijn echt een aanrader. Eten altijd goed heet als het binnen komt.
