What a terrible experience. Doner kebab was incredibly soft, the fries weren't cooked through, and the pizza wasn't either. I ordered €70 and threw it all away!

One star is still too many. I ordered 3 pizzas and 3 platters at 5:30 PM, but ultimately received nothing. After an hour, they were "on their way," and when I called again, they suddenly hadn't received our order.

Not worth repeating. Ordered lasagna for the kids, absolutely not tasty. Kebab was okay, salad was tasty. But not for 49 euros. Friendly delivery person.

Sphinx Helden is anything but customer-friendly. We ordered food and drinks for two people by phone for €30/€40 to be consumed in the restaurant. Upon arrival, we were immediately asked which member of our group would be paying for the order. That was a strange welcome, but okay. We were then told we had to eat our food outside on the street because they wanted to close 45 minutes before closing time. The owner and staff were anything but friendly when we wanted to eat in. Unfortunately, we had to leave without our order. We were treated quite rudely and unprofessionally. I hope other customers have a better experience with this restaurant in the future. I'll be spending my money with another local entrepreneur who cares about their business. I advise other potential customers to compare other restaurants before ordering here.

Extremely poor customer service. The moment you've had your last bite of food, you're unceremoniously kicked out. I've never experienced this before.

Thinking about enjoying a delicious Turkish pizza with chicken after work... The chicken was drier than a shoe sole, and the Turkish pizza was a soggy mess held together by the aluminum foil. Sorry, I really wish you the best, but you might be able to sell this to those drunken kids... but you can't seriously market it as a "good product."

The quality of the food here has deteriorated significantly, and the service isn't what it used to be. Yesterday, I ordered two special dishes from them, which were delivered WITHOUT fries. The owner couldn't speak Dutch clearly on the phone. The fries were delivered later, but these kinds of silly mistakes mean we won't be ordering food from them again.

Had a delicious hot shawarma dish! The sambal sauce was also nice and spicy. Lovely patio.

Just ate Shoarma dish... Upon entering they indicate to order at the bar... No one in the store..... Ordered dish without pita and salad. Then asked 3 times for extra container of garlic sauce.... Nothing received from the two employees present...

The doner was bland and I think it was already a week old, not to mention the chicken fillet size. Until November 11, but no more shawarma until the ruins in Kessel are open again.

Fries were limp and cold, inedible and the doner looked like a piece of tar that you were chewing on The delivery person is really a top guy, just a bit difficult to understand on the phone

Pizza magarita and quatro 22 euros and 2 euros delivery costs 30 euros will not be ordered anymore

Standing at the campsite in Heroes! Ordered 2x now! The portions are large and they are still very hot at the campsite! We are very satisfied. Everything tasted delicious

2 kapsalons without tomato and a magarita, the pizza was okay, the kapsalons were downright bad, barely any doner, lots of fries One with only tomatoes and the other with no lettuce or anything at all

Ordered from Sphinx and found the food to be very poor. So definitely not a second time. No stars either. 1 star is still too much !!@@

That was the worst pizza I've ever eaten. Unfortunately you have to give one star. There were 4 of us who ordered something, 3 of which were almost inedible. Shame about the money.

Delicious meal in the restaurant, two richly topped pizzas. We couldn't eat them completely, it was just too much. Delicious. And friendly service. Recommended.

If you order a hamburger you get a pita sandwich with a loose hamburger in it, that's why they also charge 5.50 for it, which is outrageous

Ordered via the site, more than an hour in advance. After more than 20 minutes late, still no delivery person, so I called. Turns out they hadn't placed an order. Requested a refund and collected it. And of course eat somewhere else.

It took 1 hour and 20 minutes for the food to be delivered. Hot wings were tasty, but the doner sandwich was inedible. Dry doner sandwich was also not very good, I ordered garlic sauce and did not receive it.

The last few times the dishes were extremely cold Just need to warm up

Have pizza delivered to the campsite. Really well invested and still really hot. Which was unfortunately very disappointing, there was no tomato sauce on it. I was asked whether sauce should be added, but it was not clear to me/us that it would otherwise be bare pizza base with vegetables (and meat). So very tasteless, shame!!

Unexpectedly ate a pizza at Sphinx in Helden (Limburg) Friendly service, well-filled pizzas, terrace on a busy street, but we chose that ourselves ;>)) We could also have sat inside.

There were 34 people with children. Most orders have not been consumed. Its legs are very bad and the pizza is not well cooked. In short: a disappointment.

Heerlijk gegeten hier, lekkerste gegrilde zalm! vriendelijke bediening en zeker tot snel.

Super lecker und freundlicher Service.

Kapsalon mix: Döner en kip döner. Een fenomenale belevenis. Zelden een kunstwerk van dergelijk talent mogen aanschouwen. Flinterdunne döner vol van smaak getopt met kaas tot aan perfectie gegrild. Werkelijk een meesterwerk. Chapeau. Chapeau.

Heerlijk eten goed op tijd en warm.

The food is the best i know. I live in germany and everytime were in the netherlands we Visit this Restaurant. The Service is also really good. 10/10 Overall!

Wij halen er regelmatig af. Online bestellen via de website werkt prima. Kwaliteit is altijd goed. De porties zijn ook voldoende. Aanrader dus.

De bezorgtijd die ik had aangegeven hebben ze aan voldaan. Het eten was netjes en apart verpakt. Het was ruim voldoende warm. Het was weer heerlijk smullen. Ik had een pizza calzone besteld met een broodje shoarma Hawai.

Goede bedekte pizza shoarma speciaal. Kreeg hem niet op. Pizza vind ik tot nu toe de beste van Helden 🙋🏻‍♀️✌️

Eigenlijk is alles lekker hier. Maar ik raad de Tajine erg aan! Die is echt heel lekker en genoeg voor 2 dagen.

Heerlijk gegeten hier lekkere schotels vriendelijke bediening. Betaalbare prijzen. Zeker een aanrader.

Lekker gegeten, vlotte bediening, ik had tagin: ovenschotel met oa shoarma, groenten en kaas, met salade en friet. Prima.

De kwaliteit van de calzones is afwisselend matig tot goed. Wel zijn ze groot en heb je daarna zeker geen honger meer. De 1e en 2e keer bestellen waren mijn pizza's erg lekker. De laatste keer ronduit dramatisch, het deeg was aan alle kanten nog rauw. Helaas is er in Helden/Panningen bij geen enkele pizzeria structureel een goede pizza te krijgen, het is altijd wel een beetje geluk hebben of je iets fatsoenlijks krijgt.
