DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! Took 1.5 hours. At 35 min they called and said it would be 10 minutes. An hour later it finally came. It was cold. Told that to the driver it was cold and he said it was warm to him. Clearly it sat for the hour. Called the restaurant 4 times and got the run around and excuse they were busy. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!

A truly fantastic place! We've been customers for 14 years now and order here every week!! The food is always delicious! They know their customers really well and always think of solutions! Highly recommended!! 🥰

I find the few negative one-star reviews truly scandalous, so I wanted to write something. I order here incredibly often, sometimes even a little too often. And I honestly can't think of anywhere else with such fresh, lovingly and passionately prepared food! It's a truly incredible breath of fresh air compared to all the other places that rip you off with junk. 19/20 times always top-notch, and that's an exceptionally high score. Other places don't even come close! Last time, when Sphinx was closed, I ordered from a burger place that only got 5 stars. I've rarely had such a disgusting, soggy mess with fries of the lowest quality that you wouldn't even want to eat. Apparently, there are a lot of friends, acquaintances, and families of the owners of other places who influence their positive reviews. I can say from experience that Sphinx prepares exceptionally well with passion, and you can taste it! Individually fresh and high-quality ingredients, and it's always delicious. It's also a clean and well-organized place. Truly my greatest compliments!

I ordered here and thought I'd received the wrong order. The employee remained professional and brought the order again himself. I ran into the employee and offered to pay for (my mistake). The employee refused to accept the money, saying it was so good. The food is delicious.

Good food but delivery takes way too long.

Food arrived 45 minutes late, fries from the kapsalon were undercooked, and the doner sandwich and Turkish pizza came separately, so you had to assemble everything yourself. The only positive was that the meat was warm, but very dry. NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered twice. Both times had to pick up the food on my own because they have big troubles with the delivery (( even when I came to the restaurant, the food wasn’t ready yet and I had to wait up to 30 minutes. Service must improve

Food took 3 hours and several phone calls before it arrived by that time I just wanted to go to sleep. We were also lied to about coming to the hotel twice during that time stating that they weren't able to reach my phone and that reception couldn't find my record (the receptionist said that no one had even came in). Pizza looked like they threw ingredients from across the room onto it. Avoid, time wasters

the delicious food is always fresh, there is plenty of choice of different dishes, they are very customer friendly, sometimes they have to be patient due to crowds and they do their best to prepare it as quickly as possible

Great place. Not necessarily the first place I would go, but the opening hours and prices are nice. The prices are reasonable but certainly not too expensive.

Just have food delivered only after 75 minutes, but that's okay now and then. But what a terribly dirty and tasteless shawarma we received. My wife's pizza was also really not tasty. Actually dirty. Never again for us here.

Food is bad, the shawarma has no taste and I have to pay more than normal. Is that normal in Egypt?

He rounds up 1 drink to €5. If I had a can that was almost full, I walked outside and threw it away. And food has no taste. Paying a little more every time we realize we are not stupid, but good extra meat and normal meat. It's just as much of a pity that you have one less customer, you feel ripped off, it's not about the money, it's about the principle

My wife and I always order pizza here. We think this is one of the tastiest in the area. Had a small problem with our order last time. Properly helped and received compensation. I regularly read complaints about delivery times. People must understand that those small companies are very busy in the very busy Hoofddorp. In any case, we are very satisfied.

great service, big portions. called first to ask if they could come around the corner, they did with a speedy delivery. unfortunately i had the wrong meat on a durum but when i called it was immediately solved with the delivery of a new durum with the correct ingredients! very nice man on the phone, Ghalid.

How terribly bad. Had to wait more than two hours and fifteen minutes for two large shawarma sandwiches with two cokes. Ridiculous and when you call... they say it will be shipped out soon. We live 6 minutes away from the company and had to wait another hour. After that I couldn't call anymore and my number was blocked. What do you mean, customer unfriendly? At 9:50 PM our sandwiches arrived when someone else called again and someone was on the phone. Shoarma was good, sandwiches very mediocre. Never ordering there again. No chance!

Delicious food but on top of that, suuuuper chill people working there. Always kind and helpful and thoughtful :)) RECOMMENDED!!

Ordered Shoarma online and was delivered at the exact requested time, warm and neatly packaged. The meat was delicious and high quality lam without any fat. Tasty sauses were served as well as 1 pita per big portion. I really recommand this place which is now the only real Shoarma point of Hoofddorp. I will order again for sure.

One of the best customer services I have ever experienced. I ordered food online but it got lost and not only did they help figure out what happened, but when it turned out to be my mistake, they helped me and even ensured the food was hot for when it got to me. They really went above and beyond. The food was also so so good!!

Es war ein Geheimtipp der sich gelohnt hat. Ein Kapsalon Hühnchen Shawarma vom Feinsten.

Halleluja de sphinx is terug. Smaakt ook weer als van ouds, lekker! De porties zijn groot, je kan gerust een extra pita bij bestellen. Personeel en eigenaar(ook bekend van de vorige sphinx) zijn vriendelijk. Dus top dat de sphinx weer terug is.

Eindelijk weer heerlijke shoarma in Hoofddorp, supershoarma lam met kaas , kapsalon kipshoarna en turkse pizza met shoarma besteld , allemaal heerlijk en supersnel bezorgd !! Niet lauwwarm maar goed warm bezorgd, echt top !! Griekse salade was ook heerlijk. Kan Sphinx van harte aanbevelen

Zocht iets waar ik lekker binnen kon zitten en snel kon eten. Werd vriendelijk ontvangen en snel geholpen. Schone omgeving. Ontzettend lekkere knapperige friet, perfect. Burger was ook lekker.
