The service was very friendly and they didn't push the most expensive option. I got a delicious Christmas loaf that stays fresh for several days!

Very disappointing. I picked up a cake today after calling ahead. When serving the cake, we discovered it was still frozen... it's a shame the bakery didn't mention this properly instead of me having to hear it from the guests. Then I was told by the shop that it was our fault; I should have called earlier. No is an answer, too. A little more communication or a customer-friendly solution certainly wouldn't have hurt. But blaming your customer is the last thing I advise doing.

The sandwich is not fresh, but expensive....

Very good bakery and very nice, fine and tasty sandwiches.
