Way overpriced. Unfriendly staff. You're just a number. Luckily, I got my 7.50 coffee quickly...

Coffee is good but service to be improved to handle large customers quickly.

At 5 p.m. we wanted a cup of coffee. We ordered a toffee nut latte with whipped cream. The display case had already been emptied, so unfortunately, nothing tasty was served. They forgot the whipped cream; because the cups were already so full, there was only room for a small dollop. Then, at 5:15 p.m., they put all the chairs on the table. We asked if they were closing, but they were having a drill and had to be outside at 6:15 p.m. We got the feeling we had to hurry and weren't really welcome anymore. We expected a bit more for a 13.50 coffee. :(

The coffee is always good. This location is quite large. I didn't have any food, so I can't review it.

The website says "open at 9:00 AM," but that's incorrect. Please adjust your opening hours so people don't have to wait in front of the door for nothing!

We were just about to order coffee and pastries. Unfortunately, despite the growing line (because someone wanted a very detailed explanation of the different thermoses), the cash register didn't open. There were two people assisting this gentleman, and three others were waiting for new orders that didn't arrive because a gentleman was explaining the cups. My request for an additional cash register didn't get a response. After more than five minutes, during which the explanation of the thermoses seemed endless and no cash register opened, we left and ordered from CHCO. We did receive friendly service there.

Starbucks, that's all. It takes a while, but the staff is nice.

We were in Bataviastad and, after shopping for a while, felt like a cup of coffee. The shop looked inviting, and the service was very friendly. We ordered two capecinos, but they were lukewarm and cold. We drank them anyway, but mentioned it later, but of course, they couldn't do anything else. If we had mentioned it sooner, we would have gotten more. Otherwise, everything looked quite nice.

€9.20 for two paper cups of weak coffee is ridiculous. Maybe it's because there are four girls working on your paper cup of coffee and they can't actually make any coffee.

It's a nice place and looks good, but the drinks here are terrible. That caramel frappuccino is awful. So don't buy it.

The staff are friendly and quick to respond to the large number of customers. I received my order in record time. The place is clean and crowded. I ordered an American coffee. It was very good.

Last time we went for a drink, what a great place. The atmosphere, the space and the employees super TOP 🤩 Especially the baristas Thomas and Luciano were very customer friendly!

Food was very sugary and very rich; can it be American about it? Yes, that makes sense for an American chain, but it's too much for me. Service was difficult/not well coordinated and the atmosphere was not very pleasant.

The price-quality ratio is completely gone. 6.45 for a small coffee with ice cubes and whipped cream. The last time for us. No toilet available.

A Starbucks as you would expect. Good coffee and various sweets. As is known, on the pricey side. Service is good, a bit young and not interested. Batavia is a busy area so it can also be busy here. Starbucks has moved a little bit and seems a bit smaller.

The only dog-friendly place in the outlet center. There is a water bowl here and dogs are allowed to enter the store. In the rest of the outlet, dogs are prohibited in most stores.

We are at the door at 9:23. The door is open so we go in. 'We are not open yet' fine, I thought this is a coffee chain and not a town hall. So go in at 9:30 and order 2 cups of coffee. “Oh, that still needs to be installed,” shame, such a beautiful new store and then this attitude.

At a new location in Bataviastad, the interior looked nice, the staff was quite friendly (at least the lady who helped us). But not worth repeating. First, you couldn't pay cash there, some kind of policy. And as far as I know, that's not allowed in the Netherlands. Anyways, there was 1 lady in the store, so she operated the cash register and prepared the drinks. Super inconvenient. She asked her colleague for help, but he didn't feel like helping her. Maybe he wasn't on duty, he was going around there. Every now and then he went behind the counter or leaned over it from the other side to grab things without washing his hands. We had already ordered and were sitting there drinking something, but this was enough for me to know that I won't ever come back. It was absolutely not hygienic! And this at a new branch. The drink I ordered was without cow's milk and I got the drink with cow's milk twice. It was corrected afterwards, but it took quite a while before we had the drink. I can understand this, since that lady did everything by herself. But later someone else came along who could have helped 15 minutes earlier. So it's a bit of a strange way of working. The drink I ordered was okay. But I notice that the quality of Starbucks has really gone downhill. It used to be just fine and now it seems like there's extra water or dilution in everything. But unfortunately they keep raising the prices.

Payment in cash is not allowed and cooling drinks are 75% ice and a little taste, but with a coffee you also get full coffee in your cup. Now empty your medium cup in 6 sips. Very bad and way too expensive

What you can expect from starting bucks

The iced coffee tasted great. The atmosphere is truly that of an American company. But oh well, for lack of anything better

Filthy tent and filthy toilets even when it has just opened. I won't talk about the espresso and cappuccinos. We weren't the only ones they left behind. But pay more than 5 euros per small cappuccino. I would go a few places further away for your coffee, that would be a shame.

Delicious chocolate milk, but there were only 2 types. Brownie and plain. Cupcakes were very big and filling!

Nice coffee and banana bread. But there are more places with good coffee. Noisy and somewhat messy. Probably because of the crowds.

The terrace was downright dirty, the floor inside was dirty and so were the tables, while there were very few customers in the store. I now understand why. Toilet was also very dirty. The only positive thing was that we were helped quite a bit.

Drank coffee. I think almost €5 for a small coffee is a bit pricey. The atmosphere inside could be a bit more pleasant.

There is a lot to be gained in terms of hygiene. We had a table on the terrace, the table was downright dirty, we were there about half an hour after opening time, I assume that cleaning takes place after closing time or before opening time, clearly not the case. The ground was littered with butts. Went in to order coffee and tea, the floor was incredibly sticky, you could hear every step you took....

We ordered café frappé. (The normal, zingy caramel or something like that) This hardly tasted like coffee. We've come to expect better from Starbucks....

So you can actually overdo it. That was my first and last visit to a Starbucks. Charging €9 for a coffee is actually more than just cheeky. Then we left again.

Substandard service, disinterested staff. All chairs and benches were not accessible inside. Had to sit outside in the cold. Got there around 6am. While the opening time was promised until 8:00 PM. As far as I'm concerned From Starbucks to ">>>Fartbucks"<<< Brrrrtttt.

Got Iced Chai Tea Latte Caramel but had to go back twice because there was no caramel in it and therefore only tasted like milk, really ridiculous. Staff behind the counter are clearly not having a good time and could also use some training

They love to mess up your order here and then refuse to give a refund. (they can't refund). This place feels like a rip-off. I'm a bug starbucks fan but this branch got to be the worst in Europe

Got a Frappuccino, it was fine. The case itself doesn't look like much at all. We wanted to sit for a while, but when you see that the chairs are covered in bird droppings, we are talking about indoors, then you change your mind. In addition to the bird droppings, the tables are also not very clean.

The coffee is excellent. The ambience seems neglected. I don't know what attracts sparrows, but there were more of them than guests.

Only drank Frappucino but it was a cold day and we were not allowed to sit inside because there would not be enough staff present (three in total) not really customer friendly

There were only 2 shop owners present, so they could not handle the crowds and the quality dropped...... way too long a queue and tables that were not cleared.

Very expensive. Muffin was dry and frozen on the inside. Inside, birds fly around and poop on the counter. Apparently coffee nowadays goes into a porcelain cup with a ridiculous amount of coffee. Last time at Starbucks for me.

Drinking Starbucks as you are used to, but the communication with the lady behind the counter was dramatic. You see a cup that you can reuse, it costs 5 euros, but the lady still pours the drink into the wrong cup. The tables and the rest were also very dirty. We'll skip this next time.

Very nice coffee, most of the staff are great, but some are so chaotic and forgot my coffee. Someone else solved the problem, but gave the wrong one! Nevertheless, the coffee was tasty!

We came before 5 minutes of closing time and ordered stroopwafel latte met slagroom. Two people were making that latte. Basically first person started making it and then another person finished it. They also repeated if we really need slagroom while we were the last customers in cafe and nobody was there when we entered. In the end we got bitter really strong taste latte with little bit of slagroom on top, without even stroopwafel crumps on top with neither the taste of stroopwafel at all!!! Just plain strong latte. My girlfriend was very upset and gave me her coffee. Took biggest size of it to make her happy.. in the end worst 6,85 ever spent. “Thank you” Starbucks.👎🏻 P.S: forgot to mention how one of the employee while mopping floors by spilling water on the floor and brooming it casually went to finish making my coffee! Disgusting! Hope I won’t be sick.

Dik 30 minuten!!!! wachten voor veel te dure koffie ……. Een complete schande ! Daarnaast vliegen er een stuk of 4 mussen door de zaak die alles onder poepen en als het personeel met andere dingen bezich is van de koeken achter de balie aan het eten zijn…… lekker hygiënisch……Eet smakelijk!

Zeer onhygiënische plaats om eten en drinken te nuttigen. Veel rondvliegende vogels in het restaurant, de nodige uitwerpselen op tafels en stoelen en aanvallen op eten en etensresten. Een Starbucks label onwaardig.

Ein toller Starbucks. Sehr freundliches Personal. Der Umtausch eines defekten Kaffeebechers (nicht dort gekauft) war völlig problemlos. Der Kaffee schmeckte ausgezeichnet. Es lohnt sich, dort eine Pause zu machen.

Liegt im Outlet Batavia Stad unweit eines Ein- bzw. Ausgangs. Sitzplätze sind drinnen und draußen vorhanden, draußen überdacht. Bestellen muss man drinnen. Das Personal variiert von mega freundlich über witzig über gelangweilt bis arrogant, wir hatten schon die komplette Bandbreite. Bezahlen geht nur mit Karte bzw kontaktlos, Barzahlung wird nicht akzeptiert. Bekanntes Starbucks Angebot.

Je kan er heerlijke koffie halen. Ze hebben er ook seizoenen koffie. Dan heb je elke keer weer andere koffies. En ze schrijven altijd je naam op de beker. Om zo al een connectie te maken met je.

Nice area with lots of outdoor seats. Coffee isn't something to mention as there are other better spots. Outdoor seating is missing shadow during high temperatures.

Wij komen hier niet meer terug, het was niet mogelijk om contant te betalen, onvriendelijke medewerkers die niet goed wisten aan wie ze de bestellingen moesten geven, de pumpkin spice latte was zo zoet dat het niet te drinken was en door de deksel was alle slagroom gesmolten. Ook was het ontzettend koud in het filiaal omdat de deur steeds open stond.

Gewoon een oke Starbucks. Alleen jammer dat er momenteel alleen de mogelijkheid was om to go dranken te bestellen. Ook de tafels buiten waren heel vies op het moment dat we er waren

Kop koffie. Lange rij en paar personen in de bediening achter de bar. Stonden te kletsen en hielpen niet even snel de wachtrij kleiner te maken. Op terras was het vrij stil. Maar de wachtrij binnen was best lang.
