No Starbucks but through the car wash at the Shell, I never go to Starbucks 5 stars for the car wash

I've been going there for years and the staff is always friendly. Last night, I stopped by for a coffee with a friend. When we came in, the staff was eating. They weren't bothering us, of course, but just kept us waiting without saying a word. We waited for a good five minutes before finally asking if they could help us, otherwise we wanted to leave. The woman, with a rather bleak expression, helped us. The young woman made us a drink, and they seemed to be having a blast together. That felt a bit strange to us. The coffee was also different than usual, but we left because we were completely done with it.

So far, the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The staff was very unfriendly... they didn't agree with our order. And they made the wrong order twice. We had to wait over 20 minutes for the correct order. And the taste was terrible too. Not good at all. Definitely not recommended.

Good location, everything is well taken care of here. Service could be a bit faster, but otherwise, nothing to complain about.

It is a Starbucks price of course but I liked the cortado they made. Personally it was better than my husband's cappuccino. The cheese cake was nice too. The location is also very convenient and it's open till late. A place to stop!

Located in Apeldoorn West, fairly close to the A1 off-ramp. Not the most inviting Starbucks I've ever seen. But I'm thrilled with the opening hours! Until 10 p.m.! Wonderful! And right next door is a gas station (Shell). There's also a McDonald's and McCafe. Regarding the decor: it's mostly just chairs and tables, a bit minimalistic, but adequate. After all, it's all about the delicious coffee and other refreshments, right?

The atmosphere is just as it should be, located next to a gas station. Starbucks service/food and drinks are exceptionally delicious. You can stay here or take it to go.

Friendly staff, fast service, well helped

Today I was helped by a blonde girl with glasses, but unfortunately, the experience wasn't friendly at all. She was very grumpy and didn't seem to be interested in her work. We ordered two matchas with cookies, but everything was literally thrown on the counter. The matchas themselves weren't good either: sour and definitely not what you'd expect. It's a shame, because this made our visit very disappointing.

This Starbucks blocks teams access. Had a bad coffee and even worse Wi-Fi.. don’t come here if you want good coffee or need to work on Wi-Fi.. terrible branch

Unfortunately, I've arrived several times now and found the location closed due to staffing constraints. I'm updating Google immediately so customers can check if you're open. Now you're driving in specifically, and it's closed.

As soon as I walk in, the staff says, "Large Chai tea latte?" and when they see my dog in the car, they immediately make a small Puppachino. Even when my boyfriend comes along, they already know he wants a small cappuccino with an extra shot. I go there almost daily, my boyfriend much less often, and yet they know. I find that level of commitment admirable. When I lived in London, I became addicted to Starbucks, but the Apeldoorn branch (and especially the people who work there) makes it my favorite! ❤️

Had a chai latte, as always, absolutely delicious. Great for when you're on the go.

My favorite Starbucks! Nice and easy to reach from the highway. Just like at all Starbucks, you can enjoy delicious food and drinks here. Every time it turns out to be a little more pleasant here than at other locations. The staff is very efficient and effective. They do not lose sight of the focus on the customer.

What a grave place to come to, you enter and people stare at you, you can't calmly look at the beautiful cups they have, you can't calmly look at the delicacies. And let alone what types of coffee and drinks they have. I'm asked 10 times if I'm ready to order while I quietly look at what they're selling. Terrible. Never come here again.

I've been driving past this location for years without going in. Last Friday I walked in for the first time in my life. I ordered a stroopwafel coffee with a chocolate cookie. Absolutely wonderful experience, delicious. Normally I get coffee along the highway, this will change from tomorrow. In fact, it's Sunday now and I'm going to get a coffee with you soon with my wife.

Delicious coffee, friendly staff, you can also study there if you take it easy.

We come here every Sunday to order a delicious frappuccino. Delicious!

Good afternoon, today I went to a Starbucks branch in Apeldoorn with my full savings card. So I bought a drink 9 times. All savings cards I own are valid until December 31, 2024 in accordance with your rules, so right on time. To my great surprise, the employee (blonde lady with large glasses) indicated that one of my savings cards was not valid because it has a different stamp because new stamps have been introduced in March. I indicated to her that I do not agree with this since you yourself have put on the stamp card that it is valid until December 31, 2024. Her reaction was quite unfriendly and completely lacking in understanding of the situation. She just didn't say 'I don't care what your opinion is'. I find this situation unfair because I have not been informed that the old stamps are not valid and I therefore have to make do with the information I do have, which is that the card is valid until December 31, 2024. I would therefore like to claim my deserved free coffee as a matter of goodwill.

The price on the sign did not match the price at the cash register. This could not be adjusted in any way. Cash register price was leading, according to the employees. There was no manager who could/wanted to adjust the price. This person was present, but was free and we were not allowed to bother him. While the employees went there themselves and were told that the cash register was leading. Well, not really. No service or thinking in solutions available at all. Very unfortunate! Then the coffee was more or less thrown at us without a please or anything. Very rude. Never had such an experience at a Starbucks before.

Nice Starbucks, gives a bit of a holiday feeling after a long car ride. Cinnamon roll is always heated Friendly staff and the drinks really make it to your liking. Unlike some other Starbucks locations in the Netherlands.

As always, good coffee and tea, here I ordered a lactose-free cappuccino (delicious, does not even require the addition of sugar). The carrot cake was second to none. Pleasant service, we were understood without unnecessary words and there was no need to remind that if there are 2 of you and 1 piece of cake, then there should still be 2 forks))

Got a cappuccino, cup was not even half full. Asked for a new one, same thing. Waste of money to order a large if you only get a small... Picture shows how full the cup is after taking out the foam... Not a single sip of the coffee taken.

Used to be my favorite SB. But lately a number of employees have been...less motivated?? I don't like the frappuchinos as much as at other SB. 2-3 lovely employees, and a nice clean inside.

Nice staff, good filter coffee, delicious. People with comments about the view: you don't have that here. I don't think you have to go to Starbucks for that either. However, this Starbucks is conveniently located enough.

Had a very nice coffee today. You can really taste that this coffee was made with love. Other Starbucks are often too fast or sloppy in making and preparing their drinks. I noticed that the staff there today worked very professionally and enthusiastically. This was very nice to see. I had a medium iced latte macchiato with a shot of coffee plus vanilla syrup. 10/10 Thanks team starbucks.

Hot chocolate was transparent just like water, we gave it back and said it had no taste, to which we got a response like oh okay, it was thrown away so we left

Neat Starbucks with very friendly service and an opportunity to sit. Close to Shell petrol pump and Shell charging station, and highway intersection. Large range of coffee drinks and a display case full of temptations. However, the coffee and sandwich were not entirely to my taste.

The coffee here is always delicious! In addition, the cinnamon rolls are also recommended!

Don't go to the toilet here. This is, without exaggeration, the dirtiest toilet in the Netherlands. Even toilets along the national route near Paris cannot match this.

I had a delicious white chocolate milk, it was very sweet, but what do you expect from white chocolate? I also had the Blueberry muffin and it was delicious with delicious Blueberries in it and also a Blueberry Jam. Highly recommended!

The pumpkin spice latte, caramel frappacino and strayberry acai were very tasty. The delicacy creamy cartot cake, white macademia cookie and Halloween donut also tasted good. It was a cozy atmosphere, small but nice. Staff is friendly and competent. I'll be going again soon

Our favorite Starbucks, we would rather drive here from Amersfoort than to Amersfoort itself. Always friendly staff, nice and quiet seating, easy parking and everything is always prepared super quickly! Absolutely great

Starbucks and coffee... what can you say about it that someone else doesn't know yet? 😄 Staff is friendly and the price/quality is no surprise.

On the way home we felt like going to Starbucks. Fortunately, there was one in Apeldoorn, near the highway. It was quiet inside. We ordered a frappucino and an iced americano. Order was prepared quickly. The strawberry cream frappucino was delicious. The iced americano is the complete opposite. Had no taste, it just wasn't it. Didn't leave a good vibe. We gave the iced americano back to throw away, it didn't taste like anything. Hopefully they do something with it. You don't really have to come here for the atmosphere, you do have some chairs and some tables, but that's it. Update: the Strawberry waffle cone frappuchino is NOT tasty 😔

A bit bleak atmosphere, but staff very friendly and drinks top as always. There could be more seating areas, unfortunately the seating here is very simple which takes away the flair of the whole thing. Parking spaces right in front of the door, gas station right next door.

Coffee is not as tasty as expected

Coffee to go. Worthless! How can you serve a Frappuccino like that, without a lid? Please think of something so that not everyone has their car covered in rubbish after collection.
