There's no follow-through at all. You're not even looked at when you order, and your order is automatically accepted in English.

The woman at the checkout only spoke English and didn't even understand me. I got something completely different than what I ordered. I asked for an iced coffee, but got a hot one. When I asked what I'd actually gotten, they got angry at me. I finally got something cold, but still not what I wanted. I waited in line for twenty minutes, had irritated employees, and €5.50 was flushed down the toilet. Ridiculous!

I never go to Starbucks so for me it was a very luxurious experience🍰🥤👌

Just your regular Starbucks. The location is nice and plenty of space to chill out.

The coffee is good. But all three blueberry muffins I ordered on different days turned out moldy. If you can't control it, don't put it there. It also tasted stale. They had replaced two of the previous orders I placed, but now they're saying the mold I see is blueberry. From the taste, it's clear it's stale and moldy!

Monday morning, May 12th, I walked in and waited a while to order coffee. Two young ladies behind the counter pretended we were invisible. There were no other customers, but they were very busy and we received NO service. We walked out and I yelled "BYE." It was truly awful!

Warning!!! It says open at 8:30, but that's not true. The lights didn't come on until 9:05, so it wasn't even open then.

What bad service. Very few ingredients missing so you can't choose much. Then you ask what could be iced and a very autistic employee says... yes, everything. Then you quickly choose something that is not tasty at all and ask them if they can put some syrup in it, after waiting half an hour for them to come to you to help you... too bad.

15 minutes waiting for a cup of coffee. It is a waste of your time&money 👎🏼

Order placed. I was allowed to pick it up from 4:00 PM. Had to wait 20 minutes in line upon arrival. When I arrived at the cash register, my order was immediately canceled. The order turned out not to be there and she did not want to help me any further. Travel time and long waits for nothing. If they had informed me before 4:00 PM, that would have been nice. This is really rude!

Most friendly and amazing barista artist! Went above and beyond to create a pumpkin spice alternative! Super tasty plus a little extra! That is what great customer service is all about!

Grumpy staff barely speak Dutch and coffee of very poor quality and cold. Not recommended

Partner orders a drink and I go and sit on the 'terrace' to work. Still need to go to the toilet first. Come back sit down again and get turned away because I'm not a Starbucks guest. I also immediately called my partner to cancel the order because he was still in line. I don't even get a moment to explain that I'm taking a seat alone and my partner is standing in line. Starbucks quality has been declining, customer service has always been bad here. I understand why people are boycotting you. I will NEVER go there again.

Grumpy lady who took the order. We are still asked whether we should drink on the spot or whether we should take it with us. So on the spot. The coffee is then served in a to-go cup with old, bone-dry carrot cake. When I went back with the cake I was told that all the pieces are like that because the cake is like that. My previous experiences with cake at Starbucks are much better.

Wauw wat een tegenvaller zeg. Geen koffiesoorten meer waar uit je kan kiezen. Ben ooit in Amerika geweest en daar kan je kiezen uit allerlei soorten brandingen en koffiebonen. Dus maar een cool lemon drankje genomen. Smakeloos en na opdrinken nog bijna tor aan de rand gevuld met ijsklontjes. Je kan beter bij de ah een lemon en een zak ijs kopen is waarschijnlijk lekkerder

I am a big fan of starbucks, but starbucks need to review this location for the output performance. No queue en 4 people working, still takes 10 minutes to get my drink after asking. So @starbuck.nl please review the people who are working at this location, they seems to have low motoivation to do their work.

Had the simplest drink: hot chocolate with hazelnut syrup. Hazelnut syrup nowhere to be seen (paid almost a euro for it) and chocolate milk way too watery. The worst starbucks I've been to

I guess rolling eyes at customers is acceptable now. Maybe it was the hot weather or the fact that she was left alone with newbies, but those are not excuses for such poor attitude. I’ve been trying to digest this bad experience but it just doesn’t work. This spot used to be my go-to place when I was writing my thesis, working from "home," or even just reading books. The team back in the day, especially in 2022 and 2023, left a very good impression on me. They remembered my name and my regular drink after just 4-5 visits. “Venti decaf latte, right?” they would say, always with big smiles. There were even several times when the barista double-checked with me because the label didn’t show decaf. What happened today made me realize that those good days are gone. I don’t want to pay and receive negative energy instead. I will avoid this shop until their next recruitment cycle.

Horrible. Bad service, very long wait. Dirty coffee, overflowing, received in a leaking cup. Ordered Caramel Machiato, didn't get Caramel!

Jae-Lynn was the worst cashier i‘ve ever seen. Very unfriendly and she‘ll let you feel that she doesn’t want to stand on that side of the counter 👎

So slow, no one does anything. You shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes for a coffee, work harder

The lady behind the counter was very grumpy, I couldn't find whipped cream on my frappe and it tasted more like coffee than chocolate. People in front of me were helped by someone else who had a tower of whipped cream

Sorry, but I think waiting almost 30 minutes for two drinks is a bit excessive. And from what I read, unfortunately I'm not the only one who has experienced this. The rest of the drink tasted fine, but because I didn't get it at the same time as my girlfriend, I had finished mine much earlier because otherwise it would have gotten cold, which of course I find less pleasant. The man who made our drink just started his shift and was very friendly. The female employee behind the counter and the (I think) team leader seemed to be having an argument and were shouting at each other. Not very nice. Not really a pleasant experience. Unfortunately.

You stand quietly in line to pay for a drinking cup. Someone behind me will be taken out of the line and helped. Sorry, but I think I was the next one, and it was said, I'll be with you shortly... Apparently Katlyn needs to take a customer service lesson. So we'll go to another Starbucks from now on

Starbucks is good at creating the same atmosphere everywhere. Coffee tastes the same everywhere. It is often busy here. Busier than staff can handle. This may cause waiting times to increase. It's nice once in a while. But for real coffee I go somewhere else. I didn't get any food. But from previous experiences it is nice, but all factory quality. It's nice to people watch here

I wanted a latte with whipped cream, but they added very little and they were already inside and not on top.

Since I ordered here the service has really deteriorated! My egg muffin always arrives cold. I order macademia cookie white… I get chocolate. And it tasted like old and it was rock hard. The last 3 orders have continuously gone wrong. Too cold, old and not tasty unfortunately. I won't be ordering anymore for a while. Sorry

After waiting 10 minutes you are told that what you ordered is not in stock. Why doesn't the person behind the cash register say that right away?

If you don't want to drink lousy coffee after waiting for half an hour when there are 2 people in total to Waiting... Better not to get angry, drink coffee at home! Better for everyone. You, who run the store, good luck! , because what you have now is not quality .

Koffie van Starbucks is altijd goed en vindt het een mooie combinatie van tankstation en Starbucks, je hebt liever een Starbucks bakje dan het slootwater wat ze af en toe bij een tankstation verkopen. Ze doen dit bij de shell tankstations, maar heb het bij andere tankstation nog niet gezien. Mogelijk dat dit in de toekomst nog wel komt. Al met al is de koffie altijd heerlijk, al mag het wel goedkoper. Je betaald naar mijn idee ook voor het merk!

Derde in rij 20 minuten gewacht, weer kwartier eer koffie er was. Koffie is goed maar ook niet goedkoop. Dus al met al voor mij geen starbucks meer, sorrt😅

Een mooie starbucks , genoeg zit plaatsen en vriendelijk personeel. Een ruime keuze aan drinken en eten . Jammer dat ze in de ochtend geen wisselgeld kunnen geven van een briefje van 20.

Het is altijd prettig een starbucks in de buurt te hebben tijdens het shoppen, ze hebben altijd wat lekkers te snacken, daarnaast serveren ze de beste drankjes. Wel moet ik er bij zeggen dat het er altijd een grote chaos is in vergelijking met andere eet/drink mogelijkheden in de omgeving.

Misschien moeten jullie ff een muizenval neerzetten voordat inspectie ‘t ziet. Zou het jammer vinden als deze dicht gaat :)

Par keer geweest, we moet iedere keer te lang wachten, medewerkers zijn super langzaam. Ik ga nooit meer terug.

Koffie is prima hier Wat ik jammer vind is dat er kinderen van 12 toe worden gelaten voor koffie ........hier door heb ik niet kunnen genieten van mijn koffie. Ze waren luidruchtig en irritant mijn eigen kind van 2 jaar was gewoon rustig snap niet dat jullie niks deden op dat moment maar goed. Veder kan je hier goed eten en drinken

De koffie americano en capo blond is lekker maar veel te veel. Ik hou de helft over en ook mijn vrouw.lekkere cake en muffins, ruime keuze. De stoelen zijn heel laag dus gaan meestal aan de leestafel zitten die zijn normaal.

Altijd veelste lange rij en daarnaast minimaal 15min. Wachten op je koffie. Het is binnen zo krap met kinderwagen is het altijd even goochelen.

Most overrated place in the world. Not the worst coffees, but definitely not close to the best.

Voor een snelle kop koffie moet je niet bij Starbucks zijn. Hiervoor is de procedure te omslachtig
