Starbucks in Rotterdam Centrum

If I were you I wouldn't get a drink here in the evening. It looked like the barista wanted to clean the pastry case instead of helping the guest. I ordered a grande white mocha frappucino, her beverage routine should definitely be looked at. 1 pump white mocha and a 1 pump coffee base is not correct for a grande size. This results in a tasteless block of ice. Order placed at 8:30 PM on June 15 with a lady with a low blonde ponytail.

I had a toast, donut and matcha latte here with my fiancé. It was delicious. The English speaking employee was friendly.

The problem with this Starbucks, and not only this one, is that the personnel is ignoring you when you request to have a real ceramic cup because it is not a take away! Just because they do not want to clean the cups and it's easier to give the paper one. Not good for the environment and very bad service to customers.

the dirtiest toilet I’ve ever seen in starbucks. I’ve been there four times and the state of wc was the same — stains on mirrors, pieces of paper everywhere, dust and sticky floor. No soap ofc… thank god for a toilet paper at least

After shopping I got a coffee and the only vegan cookie they had (at Eindhoven Airport they have plenty of choice of vegan cakes by the way). The service was ok, but the toilet is so dirty and rancid that it is really not normal!!! And besides, they don't have soap!!! People! This is really not possible!!! It is a well-known coffee chain where people come to eat and drink! You should be ashamed! Phew!

After dinner we went for a nice coffee at Starbucks. A Cappuchino and an espresso. Employees who looked very grumpy and when I got the espresso in my hand I had to look for the coffee in the cup... there was literally 5 milliliters of coffee in it (for 2.75)... I asked is this all? but didn't get a clear answer 🤔🤔

Coffee delicious, food too. But it is often SO dirty. The toilet upstairs is non-binary, so everyone can use it. The men who go there pee on everything. I didn't even dare enter the room. Too dirty for words. Then make three toilets or just make a men's and a women's toilet. This is really dirty.

I ordered a grande hot chocolate and received a cup that was 3/4 full. I understand not filling it to the top so it doesn’t spill but this was ridiculous.

Even when the queue was so long (even outside the door), when it was my time to order, the person took all the time needed to make sure my order was clear and complete. His name read “Kris” and he even offered the Starbucks Menu which allowed us to save some money, since I was going to stay for studying a long time. Great experience in a very busy store

I visited last week and I was very disappointed to find out that if I want to drink a coffee in the restaurant they don’t have regular cups just the to go single use cups. The place and the tables were not very clean. The coffee was okay but very sweet. We also had a cake which was tasty.

Nice friendly staff, delicious cinnamon buns, but the milk in our cappuccinos was overheated, it tasted off. Hopefully this is an isolated event. Previous times I have visited this Starbucks, the place also looked quite trashed, with cups and napkins all over the floor and the garbage bin overflowing, but this time it was acceptable.

Meestal prima, maar deze keer was de toilet erg vies! Eén toilet lijkt echt onvoldoende voor de hoeveelheid mensen die hier langskomt.

Lekkere pumpkin spice latte en vriendelijk (engels) personeel. Ik had wel besteld voor sluitingstijd dus was niet druk.

10 euro voor een grote latte pumpkin (middelmaat.. viieesss) en plakje cake (ook pumpkin.. smaakte wel) Dit maar 2 personen. Voor mij 1 ster. Had een 6je geweest als ik een normale koffie of frappucino had genomen waarschijnlijk. Dat kan voor 5-6 euro wat ook duur is. Medewerkers werken wel door en het was er gek genoeg best druk. Wordt veel geld verdiend en de belasting..?.. Van 1 maar 2 gemaakt. Volgende keer een gewone (starbucks) koffie op een rustigere locatie.

Wou er eerst niks over zeggen toch kan ik het niet laten. Mijn zusje en ik hadden trek in een ijskoffie wij stappen binnen, En ik zei spontaan goede avond geen gehoor van de collega's op de werkvloer echt heel onvriendelijk.. wij hebben onze bestelling gedaan alles netjes gehad. Ik zei super bedankt,weer niks terug. Dit kan echt niet in zo zaak schandalig.

Producten smaken zoals je van Starbucks verwacht. Verder de langzaamste Starbucks ooit… Geen organisatie achter de counter. Ieder doet zijn ding maar niemand werkt samen. Lang wachten, lange rij voor bestelling en ophalen, fouten in de bestellingen. Twee koffies en twee cakes kunnen niet gelijktijdig klaar zijn. Meeneembekers terwijl je binnen zit, want de gewone bekers zijn op? Chagrijnig personeel als je ergens naar informeert. De tafels zijn smoezelig en vol kruimels. Deze zaak is gewoon te groot voor de personeelsbezetting. Niet te doen.

Coffee: good, as expected. Service: fast and efficient. This is a very busy place! Seating upstairs: excellent, low seat density. Cleanliness: OK. Toilets: Hmmm, but free of charge.

Augustus 2023 Gezellige drukte in de shop. Bestelling van 5 consumpties binnen om mee te nemen naar buiten. Nadrukkelijk aangegeven dat we 3 MEDIUM koffie willen. Uiteindelijk betalen we 3 grote en krijgen ook 3 grote vervelend als je daar buiten achter komt ! Je stelt jezelf dan de vraag is het bewust of onbewust gedaan ....? Op het moment dat een deel van de bestelling klaar is, roept een medewerker in slecht verstaanbaar Nederlands de naam om een gaat direct verder. Gevolg is dat alle wachtenden de beker die op de balie staat vastpakt om te kijken of zijn/haar bestelnaam erop staat... De koffie was goed heet maar smaakte slapjes. Voor deze prijs had ik echt meer verwacht ! Het terras buiten is lawaaierig omdat de trambaan er pal voor langs loopt.

Sadly, it feels a bit off atmosphere-wise, but the food and drinks are good. I had the lemon poppy cake, and it did not disappoint. The drink is a refresha dragonfruit & mango. Also very good.

De medewerkers zijn attent en de bestelling is snel klaar. De beschikbaarheid van toiletten is erg minimaal.

The iced caramel latte and mango dragonfruit lemonade was really good. Really tasty not too sweet. But the doughnuts were dry and a little expensive.

Wahrscheinlicher einer der schlechtesten Starbucks in denen ich je war. Der Kaffee am Ende war zwar lecker, aber falsch. Der Laden war mehr als voll und die Geschwindigkeit der Mitarbeiter nicht wirklich schnell.. da ich schon mehr als 10 Minuten auf meinen Drink warten musste, habe ich den falschen Kaffee einfach hin genommen ..

We hebben alleen een kop koffie gedronken en die viel zwaar tegen....hoeveelheid was prima, maar was heel erg slap....niet gewend van Starbucks

Good service from the staff. I came in a few days ago and they helped me with my drink selection, I was satisfied. Mickey advised me on a delicious drink and I was happy with my coffee. I don't remember what that lady's name was, but she was wearing a black apron. She seemed like a mother bee in the midst of that swarm 😂 She was the one who made it. I give it a 10 out of 10.

They take orders faster than they prepare them. Waited 20 minutes only for them to forget 2 out of 4 drinks and we were put at the end of the queue again. Upstairs area was filthy and needs to be cleaned more regularly. Seems like they are terribly understaffed.

This is a Starbucks located in the city centre! There are lots of options for some delicious sweets, which you can combinate with some coffee! There lane was very long, but the staff are doing a great job to help the customers as fast as possible! You can sit inside aswell on the outside.

Often study and work in this café, great location and nice environment. However, the bathroom is really an issue.. I never see it clean and tidy. During my last visit, I went to bathroom after a woman came out of there, and there were light yellow color liquid drops in the toilet seat, the dustbin was full of used paper and tissues were everywhere on the floor… really disgusting. Please keep some employees come and clean every hour or at least more often.
