Starbucks in Wijk 28 Centrum

Hi guys, I'm Zara, and I specialize in collecting city-specific mugs from Starbucks' You Are Here collection. I visited this Starbucks on September 5, 2025, and collected the mugs of ［NETHERLANDS］［ROTTERDAM］［UTRECHE］ ［AMERSFOOR］［EINDHOVEN］［GRONINGEN］［AMSTERDAM］. However, I haven't find the ［HAGUE］ mug. If you're looking for the aforementioned mugs, you can try to visit and collect.

The two ladies present this morning were friendly and cheerful. The Tiramisu Iced Latte was very good. The music was pleasant and not too loud. The room is spacious and well-maintained.

The red-haired woman had a sour face early in the morning, as if her mother was no longer there.

The red-haired waitress had a grumpy face, spoke broken English, and communicated poorly. Her demeanor was as if her mother had just died.

We ordered a flat white and a dragon fruit drink. We sat at the second floor. Everything was nice!

Caffe latte ice, more water than coffe.

July 19, 2025, service is awful

They don't know how to make drinks. The latte was water, and the iced matcha was just ice. I won't repeat this experience. What's up with Statbucks in this city?

Always love a Starbucks, but somehow we got the best barista ever, named Shaylee. She reached out after seeing we were discussing the drink and offered to fix it instantly (apparently you have to ask for it to be blended), and even came to our seat and brought us the new drink! She was such a kind soul. Will come again literally just because of her.

I had a great experience at this Starbucks! The place was spotless – really clean and well-maintained, which made it super comfortable to sit and relax. They had some great background music playing too – not too loud, just the right vibe to enjoy a coffee or get some work done. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, smiling and helpful from the moment I walked in. It’s definitely one of those locations that makes you want to come back. Highly recommend! ☕✨

My go to place for coffee and matcha. I really like going to this specific Starbucks and study upstairs, the staff are friendly and professional, I really like the reno it looks lovely!

Curt staff. Standing in front of me is a man who doesn't speak English. Hardly any help. So for the fun or friendly staff. Otherwise standard Starbucks coffee

My husband and I each treated ourselves to a Frappuccino, both of which were extremely coffee-heavy, but still delicious. Unfortunately, the restaurant itself was quite dirty.

Second time having bad service here from the temporary personnel that comes to work here. Please educate them to smile; First off all if my order is wrong I don’t want to get back in line, it’s your mistake so please fix it. I don’t care if it’s busy. By saying “go there and fix it, cause I’m busy with my function over here” is not a good service. Didn’t eat and drink from bad service.

It's really absurd that the toilets were out of order. You could have at least put a note on the door. We waited so long for our order, paid for it, carried it upstairs, but couldn't use the toilets.What a suprise!

Also in this Starbucks they don't have a dishwasher for the cups, so they only give paper cups. So much for the plastic tax and the environment. Practically throughout the Netherlands Starbucks do this, unless you really insist on having a ceramic cup they give you a nice non-recyclable glass for the laziness (and their savings) of not washing the cups. The service was terrible at this Starbucks, I ordered a tall and got a size up. The bathroom is also out of order.

About the service and quality everything is great, but the toilet is or very dirty, no soap, no toilet paper or for now already one week “broken” so you can’t go, out of service or you don’t want to clean it …

Cold brownie, not the coffee that i asked. Not a good Sunday

I come for the coffee.the staff are mostly nice, the bakery is often stale & inedable, you have to ask for a fresh one.

Toilet is Out Of Order permanently

A wonderful place for an autumn pumpkin spice date, I recommend going up to the second floor: comfortable soft chairs and a nice view 🎞️🍂☕️🤎 The most delicious cakes in my subjective opinion are chocolate brownie, cappuccino cheesecake and strawberry cheesecake 🍂🦌🪵✨

The staff is very helpful and very nice

I had the frappuccino without coffee with whipped cream and chocolate, it was really tasty and refreshing and the staff was friendly, I would come more often!

Yesterday we went to this cafe to have a coffee and pick up the city cup. The waiting time was pleasantly short, and the coffee was really delicious - exactly how you want it. Unfortunately, the city cup we wanted to get was not available. That was a bit disappointing and the reason for deducting a star. Otherwise the visit was pleasant and the service was friendly. Overall a good experience, but with little room for improvement. That's why I give it 4 stars.

had my morning coffee to go from the shop. it was hot but acceptable. it was really sad that they did not sell Den Haag mug but Netherlands only. I really like the idea of paper based lid where we still use degradable plastic in my island.

I paid for the new frozen mango dragonfruit, and it was fully liquid when they gave it to me. I tried to tell the guy that handed me my drink but he looked me dead in the eye with a annoyed face and said that it is frozen. And when I handen him my drink that was fully liquid he still said annoyed " its frozen". After that I just caved, because I knew he was not going to care. Horrible experience, and very sad.

Cakes were dry. Service slow. Staff appeared confused. Had to wait ages for cakes. Cinnamon bun wasn't warmed up

1) Croissants were really raw inside. 2) The guy serving them took it in his hand without a glove and held it there while chatting with another staff member. 3) On the 2nd floor there are big tables but you cannot use them because chairs are so tall you cannot sit in a position that would be even remotely comfortable.

Kind of nice place. The service is nice, funny workers. What I don't like is that their music is too loud and nothing has been done about the sound and echo, such as insulation which their interior designer must provide. This will give you a lot of headaches. The rest looks a bit unkempt.

In the heart of the city. Close to all shops. Very polite staff.

went there yesterday and the lady at the counter was annoyed with me because i didn’t pick up my drink immediately due to the fact that they misspelled my name to a name i didn’t recognized, fix the attitude please

It took them 1 hour and 3 times follow up to say they don't have toilet paper to put in the toilet! (Also everything tastes old)

Service nett und nette Sitzgelegenheiten. Leider Toilette außer Betrieb ohne, dass dort irgendetwas repariert wird.

Used to be sparkly, now its just an immigrant pitstop.

There is only one complaint I have which is the washrooms being out of order for a month now I do not understand why they cannot fix it or what the issue is

Heerlijke Pumpkin Spice Latte 🥰 gehaald met een carrot cake( beetje aan de droge kant, niet moist). Voor de rest was het lekker druk(meestal bij deze locatie)en vriendelijk personeel.

Gewoon goed als je koffieverslaving je weer roept. Service was snel en er waren genoeg zitplaatsen. Alleen de was de WC niet duidelijk beschikbaar. En dat is toch wel handig na het drinken van koffie.

Pumpkin Spice Latte: just the way it is supposed to be! Loved it! Highly recommended you to order it in a reusable cup! The employees don't seem to advertise the sustainable cups enough - most people were dining in with not-reusable cups. The toilet wasn't open and there was some trouble with the Wi-Fi not providing internet. Overall 3 star experience, hope the toilet is fixed soon!

Great place to get a decaf coffee, beats other cafes by a mile. Customer service is great, Cleo was extremely friendly and helpful.

I don't go to Starbucks often as I don't like their coffee (dark roast is always too bitter) - I think you can find much better coffee in most other cafes. What I used to like from time to time, when I needed a kick of sweetness, was their frappes. But this time, I tried their Chocolate Waffle Frappe and it was just abhorrent slur of mostly ice with barely any taste of anything else. I don't know if it's just this Starbucks that made it so badly, or is it that Starbucks has grown to the level where brands don't care about quality anymore as they're so big and popular they feel they can't fail. It was full of people, so maybe it is true, but I'm definitely not going back.

Gelegen in de Haagse binnen stad. Altijd druk, waardoor flinke wacht tijden. Personeel werken door en kunnen niet sneller. Dus ga je er heen, neem ff de tijd.

Cappuccino was boiling, ristretto was rather cold. Almost 20 minutes waiting time. The place was quite messy, the outside tables dirty, no one cleaning. Most things would be acceptable, but Starbucks is twice as expensive as any other coffee store.

Mmmm... Starbucks? Who could still not give this amazing coffee a try and not getting into love with it? It's the coffee home where you definitely find your self in safe of choice. The place where it becomes very rare that you come out of it and you are not satisfied with your experience. You will definitely find something that satisfies your taste and for sure the same thing will return you back again and again. You will find pleasure from multiple options that can satisfy your hunger..It's a magic and don't forget to order your meal 1 tall size drink from any beverage you prefer + your choice of any sandwich + one muffin or cake for 9.95 💶! I take a vegetarian pesto sandwich and it's such a delicious choice with there limited edition stroopwafel latte drink and holiday red valvet muffin. Stroopwafel was amazing, this drink should be always there in Netherlands 🇳🇱! Sad to see this for a limited time only😔! Based on my taste, I observed it has some burnt caramel syrup with a hint of salt into it and finish it up with whipped cream and on the top of it some crispy of small pieces stroopwafel. The results was so cool! Red valvet muffin was a magic Always it is being sold out..hopefully you could get it once you reach there because it or you deserved to bite it🤩

I ordered hot chocolate two Saturdays in a row. And each one was terrible. There was slim to no chocolate in either one; undrinkable. And both were 2/3rd full, not topped off as is to be expected. Hot chocolate is a simple drink to make, but this Starbucks, based on my last two hot chocolates, is incapable of making hot chocolate. Disappointing.

Je moet hier echt enorm veel geduld hebben...

The place is so dirty… I thought Starbucks is somewhat better than McDonalds
