The food and drinks are of really good quality! We had a wonderful time here, drinking, eating and sitting. Nice service. You feel very comfortable here! The prices are also really very reasonable!

Super hospitable and delicious food!

Super friendly people, nice atmosphere, good quality food and a great price! The food always came quickly and was served at the same time. The enthusiastic lady who occasionally comes for a chat and takes your coat upon arrival and hands it back upon departure. All in all, this is how a restaurant experience should be. If we are ever in Valkenburg again, we will come by again!

Gezellige knusse zaak met goede bediening en heerlijk eten! De steaktartaar, ossenhaas pasta en de black angus bavette zijn zeker een aanrader.

Leuk restaurant met heerlijke gerechten op het menu. Vriendelijk personeel. Als ik een minpuntje mag benoemen is het de tafel die we hadden recht tegenover de deur. Met een groot terras buiten is het telkens dichtklappen van de deur van personeel Wat heen en weer loopt wel wat hinderlijk. Met koude dagen komt er ook wat koude lucht doorheen.

Zeer lekker en vriendelijk! Gezellig ingericht, vriendelijke personeel en heel verzorgde borden. Het was allemaal van goede kwaliteit.

Excellent espresso, with a glass of water as it should be😅 As a bonus, a glass of liqueur next to it. The pies are also very tasty here, and they are not small pieces so you don't have to have lunch after eating them 🤣. Service is very correct and very friendly. In short, after a few hours at the Christmas market, go here to warm up!

Visited today during the rush hours. It is advised to reserve in advance, especially on the weekends during the Christmas market. Onion soup was amazing, nachos super-tasty, burgers delicious. Plus the service was too, fast and helpful.

My husband and I had a salad. Very tasty and more than enough, definitely worth the money. Our son took pasta bolognaise from the children's menu. He really liked it, tried it and it was very tasty indeed. Service was also friendly and good!

Ate here yesterday, really surprised at what a great restaurant, the burgers were delicious. We were with 2 children and the waitresses helped us tremendously!!!

Bij ravioli met "tartufo et funghi" verwacht iedereen ravioli gevuld met paddestoelen en truffel er overheen geschaafd, maar helaas... Als je dan je je feedback hebt gegeven, en er niets mee kunt doen. Tip: VRAAG DAN NIET NOG EENS HOE HET WAS GEWEEST.

Relax in the sun with fans around you. The last week of August was already a bit of a late season, which ensured that the terraces were pleasantly filled. The bubbles with oysters were highly recommended.

The first evening in Valkenburg we looked for a nice and cozy restaurant. First we looked on Google and we quickly came across Sundays. Upon entering, a spontaneous lady asks if we had made a reservation…and we did. We were still allowed to choose whether we wanted to sit inside or outside. Still opted for indoors. I must say a beautiful stylish restaurant...well decorated and very cozy. The card looked very good! Break the sandwich in advance and eat an excellent fried tournedos with truffle sauce. Rarely tasty! The icing on the cake is the delicious Affogato... scoop of ice cream with expresso quenched cream and whipped cream! We often visit Valkenburg, but it really is one of the best restaurants. Everything was perfect...entry, atmosphere, super friendly and a good price. We will definitely come back!!! Oh yes and if you want to eat outside on the beautiful terrace, drinks are also recommended!!!

Friendly, well priced and tasty food

What a great tent this is! We stopped here for lunch and it was a hit. The filled Spanish baguettes that my girlfriend and I had (she teriyaki chicken, I seasoned minced meat) were top notch, perfectly seasoned and a good portion. Our table companions' omelette and croquettes also looked delicious. Finally, the way you serve fresh ginger tea is an example for the catering industry. There was a nice filter above the cup and the orange was neatly served separately. Absolutely great!

Very honest tasty cuisine but above all very nice pleasant service where you felt very welcome. Due to the crowds there was a slightly longer waiting time, but the pleasant atmosphere ensured that this was not a nuisance. In the multitude of restaurants in Valkenburg it was nice to be able to stay here in an authentic atmosphere.

Heerlijk gegeten! Vlotte vriendelijke bediening. Vooraf de share tapasplank ‘Sunndays’genomen. In een paar woorden: ’heerlijk’ en’veel’. De burger die ik daarna had als hoofdgerecht kreeg ik niet op. Maar ook het hoofdgerecht was heerlijk. Heel irritant was dat aan het tafeltje naast ons een stel zat waarvan de vrouw voortdurend een sigaret op stak. Wij als niet rokers zaten daardoor de hele tijd in de rook. Op het terras roken mag, maar het personeel mag bij het toewijzen van de plekken best rekening houden met dit soort zaken. Zet rokers zo ver mogelijk naar voren onder de luifel, zodat er zo min mogelijk last is voor niet rokers die van hun eten willen genieten. Of maak het terras ook rookvrij, het restaurant is druk genoeg, ze zullen er geen tafeltje minder om bedienen. Reserveren lijkt me verstandig!

Good food and especially loved the extra helpful service, we were a group of 6, in (almost) pouring rain, the lady quickly put some tables together and made room for us. Lively and relaxed atmosphere. Parking close to center but it could get very busy quickly.

What a great place! We spent the night in the apartment with 4 people (2 couples). Clean, well stocked with coffee, tea, soap and cleaning and beautifully located with a view of the castle. Being in the middle of the entertainment area creates a very good atmosphere. Hostess is super nice. Restaurant downstairs super nice and very tasty, definitely worth your money. Definitely recommended and I will definitely come back!

A nice looking place. We were surprised not to receive good attention after a good first impression. After more than 40 minutes of waiting, we asked the waitress how it was possible that they had not even served us the nachos that we had ordered as a starter, not the hamburgers. The surprising response, they had lost our order!!! In a practically empty restaurant...they had lost our order!! Maybe the food is good, we were not willing to wait any longer.

Last night, March 20, we had a delicious meal! Start with a baguette with herb butter and olives with garlic. As a main course a steak tartare and a pork tenderloin satay. Fries with a miniature tube of Zaanse Mayo (cute) and grilled vegetables. Delicious! Atmosphere was cozy with lights, music and heaters. Friendly staff.

Despite the cold, we sat on the terrace for almost 2 hours because it was completely full inside. So make a reservation. The food is very good and the portions are generous. The staff is also very friendly. Definitely recommended.

On a freezing Saturday in January we walked through Valkenburg and noticed this attractively decorated covered terrace with heaters. We were received very hospitably. A gas fireplace was added and lit to make it even more comfortable than it already was under the electric patio heaters. We ordered coffee, cappuccino, latte Machiato and flan. It was all served extremely nicely, with a glass of whipped cream and a 'drop' of liqueur and a glass of water next to the coffee. Furthermore, the pie was very fresh 👌. All this in combination with the friendliness of the staff made it a very pleasant stay.

Erg goed gegeten vanavond wij zaten bij tafel 1. Eten was er snel er kwam een kerstparade door de straatjes heen erg gaaf was dat werdt keurig rekening mee gehouden diverse dingen opzij waardoor je een perfect zicht had. Complimenten naar het personeel en de eigenaresse voor de service en vooral het goeie prijswaardige eten!!

Na wat gedronken te hebben besloten we ook een hapje te eten met de kinderen bij Sunndays. Mijn man kreeg echter, geruime tijd eerder zijn eten waardoor we niet gezamenlijk hebben kunnen eten. Ik heb hierover een melding gemaakt naar de eigenaresse, de eigenaresse nam het serieus en heeft het ruimschoots goedgemaakt met ons. Fouten kunnen gemaakt worden, maar het dan op deze manier oplossen is grote klasse!

Erg leuke mensen die er werken goeie sfeer, en we hebben heerlijk gegeten! Zeker de moeite waard

Heerlijk gegeten op woensdag avond. We zaten buiten dicht bij het vuurtje. Mooie restaurant knusse en vriendelijke bediening moeite waard om hier te eten. We hadden spareribs bbq en schnitzel met truffels champignons saus ohh wat was dit lekker zeg!! Heerlijk ik zal het deze restaurant aanraden! We hebben genoten!

Op zondagmiddag om half 5 met z’n 4en gearriveerd, lekker flesje wijn besteld, 3 heerlijke voorgerechten uitgekozen, enorm genoten van 4 hoofdgerechten, 3 originele desserts genuttigd en afgesloten met een rondje espresso’s. Personeel is erg behulpzaam, vakkundig en vriendelijk. Wij hebben genoten en zullen zeker nogeens terugkomen.
