Thank you Suri-Java! We had catering by you last Thursday. The bami, roasted chicken, long beans, pitjil, and tofu-tempeh were all delicious and prepared with care. We received many compliments. Thank you for the tasty food, friendliness, and good care!

Everything was well organized at Suri-Java. Communication with them was good, the food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. They were very helpful in finding a time for us to pick up the food.

The saoto has gone downhill badly. The last time and again today. Just water with a bit of color. At first I thought it might go wrong once. But today again. I tried to season it a bit in the pan at home, but even that didn't really work. Such a shame. It used to be my favorite place for saoto.

The food was incredibly good (truly exceeded my expectations) and the service was fantastic. I had ordered food for our daughters' birthdays and literally everyone asked where I got it from. They also looked for a solution for me regarding the pick-up time; thanks again Suri-Java.

Suri-Java is situated somewhat out of the way between Literatuurwijk and Almere Poort, but you have been able to get delicious takeaway dishes here for over ten years. There isn't a huge selection, but the portions are enormous and the dishes are deliciously spiced. This time I savored the Telo Bakkeljauw. Excellent!

I haven't been there in a long time and I don't know if the place has been taken over by others, but the Roti wasn't the Roti we were used to from Suri Java. The sauce was way too thin with barely any flavor, and the chicken (fillet) wasn't tasty.

On the recommendation of my nieces, I ordered catering for my 50th birthday. The food was ready on time. Unfortunately, they don't deliver, so you have to pick it up yourself. But the food was delicious, and you got more than enough to take home, for an affordable price. The nice lady who helped us gave us a sensible tip regarding transporting the food. I highly recommend Suri-Java.

The food did not meet the quality standards befitting a good Javanese restaurant at all. The nasi, bami, and berkat had little to no flavor. The chicken was not tasty at all; I could not taste any Javanese spices in the chicken. The pitjel was without peanut sauce. I spent nearly 130 euros, so I am severely disappointed.

Has the warung been taken over perhaps? Because the quality of the food was not the same as what I had before. It was very bad. Not satisfied.

It was a super busy Sunday. But the staff remained friendly and remembered who had ordered what. The food was delicious as usual, but this time there was a lot of liquid in it. Not to the detriment of the flavor, but I had to fish the long beans out of the liquid. Despite the hustle and bustle, there was a pleasant atmosphere in the shop!

Great Surinam food although it can be a bit busy.

We ordered catering for a birthday party for 70 people. Everything was ready at the agreed-upon time. We were even able to pick up the food a little earlier than normal, at our request. Communication via WhatsApp was also pleasant, and we always received a quick response. All the guests were very positive about the food. Highly recommended!

Just ordered Telo here. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. I've always had good Telo at Warung Irshjaad. Unfortunately, not the case here.

When we got home the second time, we didn't get the two extra roti sheets we'd ordered. So we drove back to pick them up. Finally able to start eating, we opened the roti container and found two long gray hairs in it. Well, I've already eaten and drunk. Ugh, yuck, I don't need anything else.

You guys need to change that name. And fast!! I've never had nasi goreng like this from a Javanese person. This is literally boiled rice with soy sauce. Nothing in it, greens or vegetables. The chicken is greasy. LOS MONEY!!!!

We’ve picked up food from here several times already. It’s takeaway only, but the food is consistently delicious and well-prepared. The menu isn’t very big, but what they offer is solid and satisfying. The staff is friendly and service is efficient. The location is a bit out of the way. It feels like it’s in an industrial area, so it’s definitely more convenient if you’re coming by car.

Delicious food for a great price. Some of the best you can get in Flevoland, and always on time when you call for pickup. The portions are generous; we often eat from it multiple times. Note that it's set up as a takeout location, so I wouldn't go there for dining out.

Tjauw-min met geroosterde kip en 2x nasi met geroosterde kip plus sambal besteld. Helaas was de smaak van deze eenvoudige gerechten alles behalve lekker. Ook zijn de porties erg klein en niet voldoende voor 3 personen. Voor de prijs dus zwaar ondermaats qua smaak en hoeveelheid. Lekker verder kijken zou ik zeggen als je lekkere trek hebt en vooral Suri Java in Almere overslaan.

I went last Saturday to pick up for a party. The people who worked there were sweet and gave a good service! They also sent a message afterwards to see if everything was to your liking which I thought was very sweet. It was delicious and really recommended!

Recently got bami and nasi here again after a long time. Generous portions and after all these years it is still just as tasty. Especially the bami is recommended. Too bad they don't sell spring rolls and satay.

Always a regular customer in the past, recently ordered again. Unfortunately the food has really deteriorated. Nasi was very sticky and tjauwmin very bland. Bakkeljauw very sweet. Baka bana was tasty but the peanut sauce was water with a few peanuts...a real shame. Seems like there's a new chef... hopefully they'll get it back soon.

We often order catering from Suri Java. Last Saturday again and service was great again. Food was ready on time and the portions were large. Food tasted great as usual! All this for a competitive price!

Incredibly good food. Almost every party or gathering now has our circle suri java. It is super tasty and the portions are super big. Super affordable especially for the large numbers.

The roti chicken tasted almost sweet. Roti is not supposed to taste like this. The chicken was hard and in both portions there was no egg, but I did pay for it. The soto soup was decent. I let others taste it and they also indicated that the roti was really not tasty, sorry.

You will find delicious Surinamese food here. Time and love is put into the food and the quality does not diminish if you order food for dozens of people here.

We had a party last weekend, where we had approximately 60 people. Suri-Java has been engaged for catering. O.a. Ordered noodles, nasi, tjauw min, roasted and stewed chicken. Everything ready at agreed time. Unfortunately, I dropped a bowl of Nasi when loading it into the car. 😲Received a new bowl of Nasi at no cost. What a great service! 👍😃 We had many compliments from our guests about the food! Brought flowers afterwards to thank you for the service! Top quality at a competitive price.

Very bad bad again bad, nasi no taste, sauto all bean sprouts and no chicken to be found. Plus point bakabana super fresh Oh yes, extra pepper, tiny container, 0.25 cents. Maryams Almere gate much better.

Worst roti chicken ever! To give Almere a chance and not always have to get our roti in Amsterdam, we decided to go to Suri-Java. Well, we knew that... Cheap, undercooked chicken in a very wet mess, little long beans and an egg that we immediately threw in the trash. Pfff, how can you cook with so little respect!

At the last minute due to a catering cancellation, they arranged all the food for my son's 8th birthday!! Friendly contact and help with everything where they can... We enjoyed the food, worth repeating!!

Delicious food and all for a reasonable price. For us, the noodles, nasi and saoto soup are absolute musts! I wouldn't drive by during rush hour because then you can wait quite a long time. By the way, there is plenty of parking space along the road.

Maximum number of stars for this takeaway restaurant. Easy to reach and plenty of parking. You call in advance and the food is ready after 20 minutes! The telo and bakabana are super tasty, my son really enjoyed it!

What a business is open until seven on Google you get there yes kitchen is closed at half past seven then just put on Google that you are closed at half past six drove there for nothing
