We had a delicious meal from a fairly extensive menu. The staff was friendly, they also asked if everything was to your liking. Unfortunately, we did not receive all the dishes we ordered, and sometimes something was forgotten, but because you can order every 3 minutes, you can easily reorder something. We also had to ask for the first cocktail that we ordered from an employee 3 times and we only received it after 25 minutes. The first round of food had already been served. However, the rest of the evening went well. It is nice that a drinks package is available. It would be nice to have a menu on the table since you can now only see the dishes on your phone.

Ate here for the first time and only sat on round 3, but what a great restaurant so far! The food is tasty, the service is fast, the staff friendly and the portions are generous! My friend who doesn't like sushi can also go here. The "All you can drink" promotion really appealed to us, a good addition to the concept. We will definitely come back here more often!

Dit was jarenlang mijn favoriete sushirestaurant in Tilburg, maar dat is over. Je kunt alleen nog bestellen door middel van een QR code, dus als je met een grotere groep bent zitten mensen steeds op hun mobiel te staren. Indeling van de menukaart op de telefoon is onlogisch, dus je zit meer te scrollen dan iets anders. Ook kwamen niet alle bestellingen kennelijk door in de keuken. Kaart is gehalveerd. Nooit meer terug, helaas.

Delicious food! The food arrived quickly after ordering, so you can take some time between orders. It's nice that you can take a drinks package, and there is a lot of variety in terms of food. It was noticeable that it was a bit chilly at the front of the restaurant, so we were happy with our table in the back part.

Just one thing folks. I had a delicious meal here for the last time with my daughter on her birthday on April 26, 2022. Before this date, it was even one of the best sushi restaurants in the Netherlands (certainly for me, if you have eaten real sushi in Japan). I went back the following year and it had completely changed, sushi was of supermarket quality and service was lacking. I gave them the benefit of a doubt and came back here (for the last time) in early 2024, never, ever again. Quality is hard to find, service was poor and everything has shrunk in size by half. You now only get half of everything on the menu, sushi maki, nigiri rolls, the side dishes, even the piece of salmon from the grill plate you put in a hollow molar, and the worst of all was the lava cake, a lava cake cut in half. , less than half of what you normally got. My daughter Dad: why do I only get a small piece compared to last time?? try explaining that to your child. Sushi Koy, is a mess!!! I walked past Koy this summer in Tilburg and thought we'd go to Mo-Jo restaurant a few doors away, what do you think? Exactly, but exactly the same as Koy. I won't be surprised that this is from the same owner, or even so, a mess!!!

After a day at Efteling, the day ended here with a delicious meal. We had a delicious meal with five people. Friendly staff, food comes at a nice pace, everything tasted delicious and fresh. Super fantastic that the steamed buns are back on the menu! The inari sushi was also great, like a pocket on the rice as it should be, and not stuck with seaweed like many others. The all-time favorite is and remains the baking tray, really delicious. We are from Amersfoort ourselves, but if we are in the area we will definitely come back here. Thank you!

We have been coming to Koi Tilburg for years. We even drive there specifically. All the while the food is excellent and the fact that the sashimi is all-in is an absolute plus. We notice it immediately when the cook in the kitchen changes/is not there. That's a shame. The sushi is consistently good. The quality has been a little less lately. Manager is a nice guy who does his best to give everyone a nice evening.

Sushi is fine, not excellent. That quality used to be better. The difference is made with the high-quality meat and fish dishes. These include original ones with a delicious and fresh taste. The dishes are also served in stylish containers and bowls. Drinks package is almost always cheaper from the third drink onwards.

Run…. Very bad fusion Asian food combined ... Everything is terrible and salty, and even extra money is needed. (嘢飲都要加錢點好意思叫自己放題?) Don’t come here to suffer. It‘s better to buy sushi in the supermarket, at least they are cheaper 😭. The rice of the Sushi is dry and firm like a stone, with a taste of cheap vinegar. The soy sauce is very salty and has no flavour at all. Wasabi have to be ask for separately, obviously fake and very dry. Sashimi taste like fridge, also with the temperature… I didn’t expect the quality as good as Japan, but it‘s way too bad. 💔💔😢 The fried rice are exact like microwave food. The sweet bun and other snacks, like teriyaki chicken skewers are also like reheated frozen food. The salt of the soy beans is sprinkled on the surface, with no flavour inside. Salad worse than the one from AH. Bok choy is fine but not the Shanghai flavour. Longan is canned. Crème Brûlée - also just grab from AH. 🙁 The only thing okay is the service and toilets, but definitely not worth suffering with the food. And the price😅😅😅

Vanavond heerlijk gegeten bij koi Tilburg. Ontzettend vriendelijke baas/eigenaar legt alles duidelijk uit. Het was ontzettend druk maar alles werd vlug uitgeserveerd en alles was even lekker en vers. Bediening ontzettend aardig en zegt ook duidelijk wat er wordt neergezet op tafel. Wij zaten heerlijk bij het raam. Qua bediening sprong er 1 met kop en schouders bovenuit en dat is kelly- linn ontzettend aardig, vriendelijk en behulpzaam een aanwinst voor de zaak. Maar ook de eigenaar/baas erg vriendelijk en aardig neemt echt de tijd voor de gasten. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Hoy fuimos a almorzar con nuestros padres a este restaurante y con la esperanza de mostrar el concepto de todo lo que se puede comer y de calidad, lamentablemente toda la experiencia fue arruinada por la gente de la caja y la señora sirviendo comida, muy mal servicio , esta camarera esta literalmente tirando comida sobre nuestra mesa y ni siquiera tomando los platos vacíos, fue un desastre por todas partes. Una mala experiencia y pagamos mucho por todo esto. Estoy sorprendido de leer que hay comentarios negativos sobre el servicio todavía hay gente que va aquí, no puedo creer que tantas quiebras están sucediendo debido al servicio al cliente y este restaurante no se preocupa por el servicio. Realmente decepcionado con la camarera que arruinó nuestra comida y nuestro día. Tenían un trabajo para hacerlo correctamente y eso no era posible. Nunca visitaré y no recomendaré.

Today we went for lunch with our parents to this restaurant and hoping to show the concept of all you can eat and quality, unfortunately the whole experience was ruined by the people at the cash counter and the lady serving food, very bad service , this waitress is literally throwing food on our table and not even taking the empty plates, it was a mess all over. Such a bad experience and we paid so much for this all. I am shocked to read there are negative reviews about the service still there are people going here, can’t believe that so many bankruptcies are happening due to customer service and this restaurant doesnt cares about the service. Truly disappointed with the waitress which ruined our food and our day. They had one job to do it correctly and that was not possible. Will never visit and not recommend.

Tasty dishes and good and fast service. That's why I came there several times a year. For over 7 years. A few years ago they introduced tablets with which you could place your order. IDEAL! Since this summer, you have to make sure you have your phone with you to place your order. If there's one thing I find unpleasant when I go to eat somewhere, it's TELEPHONES AT THE TABLE! NOW YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SIT AT THE TABLE WITH YOUR PHONE. Fortunately, there are still restaurants that do not participate in this madness and where I now enjoy a nice meal.

They have an all in menu including drinks and they will ask you or you are intrested how ever not all drinking options will be available/show cased on the menu which was a not that great. Menu isn't as big as other option nearby with same price and quality range desserts where often not even what they where called on the menu. How ever we did enjoy the food most was preppared right and since it is an all you can eat concept we did not see a reason to adress the inperfections during or visit since we can just order a new dish next round. Overall pleasant experience. Just wanted to point out the things that could be changed to improve the restaurant overall.

Went to the fair on Pink Monday and had a drink with koi. At one point there was a fight near a fairground attraction, which gave our son such a fright, and Kelly from the wait staff responded in a very concerned, sweet and kind manner. Really great, we will definitely come back again. But Kelly in particular is great!!!

Staff are doing fine. We were kindly received. However, most of the sushi and fish was watery and tasteless. And that for a quite high price. You also have to pay extra for many dishes. Where at other sushi restaurants it is only for sashimi. At the front of the restaurant the lack of atmosphere and appearance predominates. Terrible place. We reserved a table, we arrived and they didn’t give us a table, the Asian man at the counter told us to sit only in one part of the restaurant, the worst (the Asian guy at the counter spoke very rudely, interrupted us, and when asked why we couldn’t sit where it was more beautiful, he replied “for me it’s better that way” There are no words for such service, the worst service I have ever seen in my life.

Nowadays you have to use your own phone to order, without WiFi or charging. Scanty. Staff throws the food on your table without telling you what it is. And the majority don't even speak Dutch. I used to enjoy eating here, but I won't waste my money on this anymore. €40 for mediocre food, in an impersonal dining barn. For this amount I can find much better food and a much better atmosphere! Zoizo the sushi is boring and the fish dry. The cocktails are a nasty chemical pre-mix.

Went here for dinner yesterday. Sushi was super tasty! Unfortunately, 5/6 dishes were not delivered in the last rounds, so we started ordering desserts because the food kept not coming. I think our food was delivered to the large table all the time by a young waiter and not to us, which is a shame! We kept looking at the servers but no one came to us so we couldn't pass it on.

Personally, I think Koi is the best Japanese restaurant in Tilburg and the surrounding area. We like to go there. The lunch prices are excellent, the drinks package is great and reasonably priced. Children can even drink for free. Absolutely important: the dishes are fresh and very tasty. Koi has been using a digital menu for some time now. You must scan the QR code with your phone. You can order your food and drinks there. This is much more practical compared to an ordering tablet: since the tables are quite narrow, extra table space is always nice.

We ate at Sushi Koi in Tilburg for the first time and are huge fans! The staff is very friendly and happy to help you get to know the system. There is also a wide choice of different dishes. We really liked the sushi, but especially the beef that you can fry yourself on your own plate, how cool? Oh and please leave room for a dessert round, because this is really too delicious! We will definitely go back again, highly recommended :)

This WAS a really good place, it's a shame, the menu has changed, there was a lot of it that had no taste and was much less tasty than normal. Only liked the fish from the grill. Staff did not appreciate that we had said anything about it. In short, wasted money, really sorry, this was the last time. AND DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU ARE PREGNANT!

The food is always very tasty, unfortunately the last time we ate here was ruined by mice walking between the tables. The staff was also very lax about this. Of course there is a mouse problem in Tilburg, but as a restaurant, take your responsibility to close everything for a month and clean it thoroughly. The fact that the mice (several) were walking among the guests indicates that it is more than a minor problem.

What a bad thing, being the first to get a glass with a lipstick print on it. Then staff who snapped that cutlery should not be used on the plates... then you think you have had everything, you go to the cash register and you are also ripped off. The menu at the table shows an amount of 39.50 p.p. and at the cash register they charge 41.50 p.p. This was indicated but they said it was incorrect. Ultimately, after some fuss, the difference was not paid. Unsympathetic guest (who called himself a manager, what a joke.) so I'll never see you there again.

Last night (Saturday) we had sushi at Koi with friends. Once our first drink I took a big sip and tasted something weird, another big sip and then I tasted something really bad. I looked at the date to see what it said... 07/2022. I concluded that this bottle appeared to have been expired for a very long time. I called the manager and said this and showed it. He did apologize for this. I also mentioned that I am pregnant and have to be even more careful with expired products, and this is really not possible as long as they are already expired. The scandalous thing about it all is that I have not been offered anything or compensation other than an apology. .. The service was also really not good and between rounds our plates were simply taken away while we were still eating.. I think it's quite a bad thing!

Was reasonable. You can also have drinks included for €10 extra. Operation is fine. I found the atmosphere less than at other all you can eats (Sumo or Shabu). The desserts are delicious. Especially the lava cake (€2.50 extra).

My roommate and I came here for dinner. The food was fine but nothing special and for what it was, it was quite on the pricey side. The teriyaki with the chicken was quite tasteless, I have had better teriyaki sauce at the grass company and that is a coffee shop and not a sushi place so I expected something better. You have a maximum of two hours to eat and order and you have unlimited rounds during that time. We thought this was a bit on the tight side. We pay quite a bit for unlimited food, so it's nice if you don't feel rushed. A time limit of, for example, 3 hours would have seemed a bit more chill to us. We had already ordered three drinks and then asked for a glass of tap water, the answer was that they did not sell it here. We weren't going to pay for tap water either. For a large chain like Koi, I personally think it is quite stingy to make a fuss about this. The service was also friendly. The English alternative girl had a really kunty (positive) hairstyle that we were very pleased with. The food was served quickly and again was generally fine.

The staff couldn't tell us what they were serving. “Almost all soft drinks and beer and wine.” Once complete, we logged in and our time expired like a time bomb on our phone. Our phone was therefore constantly on the table. I don't like it, but that's what you can expect from an all-you-can-eat principle. You can order three dishes per round. Some of it never arrives. I don't think so much. Please keep in mind that a lot is asked of you. “Can you please pass me that sign?” That can sometimes become annoying. When the time was up, we ordered some more drinks. The response: “Well, okay, but that is really the last one.” we didn't expect. We were shocked by that. I understand the concept, but that could be a bit more customer-friendly. All in all: an expensive food shed.

Komen regelmatig hier, nu was het weer even geleden en het bestelproces was Ipv met iPad nu met je eigen telefoon met qr code. Best hygiënisch ! Tov iPads die iedereen in zijn handen had. Personeel helaas nu 75% Engels sprekend, voor ons geen probleem maar voor sommige mensen wel zagen wij. In tegenstelling tot eerdere bezoeken mocht je nu drie keuzes pp per ronde maken echter de tussentijd was verkort dus op het eind hadden wij ruim voldoende kunnen eten . Drie minpuntjes, de handrollen te veel gevuld met rijst, en te weinig krab! De ebi tempura was te lang gebakken en kleine garnalen en teveel beslag ! De zalm sashimi waren best kleine stukjes… De zaak oogt niet fris meer en schoonmaak loopt achter ! Ook de toiletten zijn vies! Degradatie van 5 naar 4 sterren wat ons betreft, volgend bezoek gaat wat ons betreft bepalen of dat het laatste zal zijn in dit etablissement waar wij altijd graag kwamen dus hopelijk doet men iets met deze beoordeling

Unfortunately the concept has changed and I have to write a much less positive review. Only 2 pieces of sushi left if you order a roll, so sharing is no longer possible. Unfortunately, quality has also deteriorated. The ginger and wasabi is old and dried and has probably been sitting there all day. Service is a bit sloppy, fleeting. I'm afraid we'll just have to look for another sushi place in Tilburg. Greetings from a loyal customer who is now a bit disappointed.

We used to think this restaurant was the best self-service sushi restaurant in Tilburg, we have been regular customers at this restaurant for the past two years, but lately we have noticed that this restaurant has changed. The rice of most sushi has become very large, the fish has become tasteless and it is no longer as tasty as before. Some sushi is even taken straight from the refrigerator and the rice is very hard. Three people share a portion of ginger and mustard. The fried shrimp is very hard and there are fewer dishes than before, but the price has increased. All in all I won't come again, this restaurant makes me sad?

Yesterday, December 30, 2023, we had dinner with you in Tilburg with a group of 6, it was a great evening with delicious food and sushi and the staff was really super friendly, especially Ahlam stood out, she was so friendly and helped us with the explanation and really made us feel welcome. Professional, friendly and a real winner! Thank you Ahlam! We would love to come back from Rotterdam again with the whole family. Sushi koi very very good food!

Good food. The sushi sharing was really good. We always crave for it and go every now and then to Gourmet to eat them. A bit difficult to bite through the sushi because they are so large. So, never order on your first date.lol

Reserved at 6:00 PM, 6:30 PM we received the tablet after requesting to order, 1 tablet for 6 adults, takes forever. Scanning a QR per table with a telephone would be much faster. It was like being abroad, because no one spoke Dutch! The food itself was good!
