Always very satisfied! Deliciously fresh and good quality. Unfortunately, the delivery person was very enthusiastic while I was cycling, because when I received my order, the Tuna Crackers and the Flamed Salmon Nigiri were mixed up... I had already experienced this last time but didn't call then. This time I did call and spoke to a very friendly young man. He resolved the issue for me, and I received a new one. I was still able to enjoy it after all! I will definitely be a regular customer. Thank you so much for your efforts.

Ordered food and it felt like it was old. The fried shrimp was soft, not crispy, and cold. There was absolutely no flavor in the sushi or sauce, and everything was cold, even though it usually arrives warm. It's a real shame, considering the price.

I ordered 3 menu’s and two sides, when i called to report that something is missing i was treated with attitude and was told that she packed the order herself, yet it was mentioned no chopsticks and i got my money’s worth of menu in chopsticks

We wanted to pick up some sushi ten minutes before closing, and that was no problem at all. The staff was friendly, and the sushi was ready very quickly. Once we tasted the sushi, we were also convinced by its flavors; it was delicious and beautifully packaged. The box was perhaps a bit too small, causing the sushi to fall apart a bit when we tried to take it out.

What a wonderful experience I had here last night. I arrived around closing time after a long day at work, and the staff were already cleaning. "We're actually already closed," a friendly employee said. I asked if they had anything left I could buy—anything, really, because I didn't have anything at home and was really hungry after such a long day. The whole team shouted that they'd get me something, stopped what they were doing, and in no time they had a box of delicious sushi ready for me. What fantastic people! Sweet, understanding, flexible, and truly amazing sushi. You made all the difference for me yesterday, thank you so much ❤️

The sushi arrived quickly, and the woman who delivered it was friendly. We realized we didn't have chopsticks, so I called. He said he'd come back for the chopsticks and add some extras. They returned within 10 minutes. Thanks a million, SushiPoint.

Food is prepared with care, and you can see this when you order takeout. Sometimes there's a strange smell from the street or the covered shop. We often receive neat discount coupons at home. Sometimes we pay €70 for two people, and sometimes between €45 and €60 for two people.

This was our first order since we moved, and we're thrilled this place is in our delivery area! The service was fast and the sushi was delicious. Highly recommended!

Scandalous service! Waiting almost two hours for my fully paid order and still nothing. When you try to call them you are put on hold for half an hour and then they hang up.

This outlet if just for take away not for dine in and sushi is okay here. We have tried avocado and presentation of food is good

Tried again after a while after some disappointing quality in the past. It hasn't gotten any better, anyway, late again with a bill of €116, I forgot part of the order again and it arrived almost an hour later. the crispy box was completely crushed. The crunchy tuna crackers were completely broken and shaken. Furthermore, it doesn't taste fresh or the same because it is cold through and through. The fried shrimps are placed in a bag and have also become completely cold. Really sad and a waste of money. It used to be so good.

The reason I am posting the review here is because they only post 5 star reviews on their own website, the rest is apparently thrown away immediately, because I could no longer find my critical review: so I am also sharing my last review here: Because they are almost always late, this time we ordered just after 5:00 PM. Dinner would be there around 6:15 PM. Called again at 6:30 PM to ask if it was still there. That ended up being 6:45 PM. The spring rolls were cold and limp and could go straight into the bin, satay was also cold. Yes, it was busy....fine, take fewer orders!

Ordered sushi, it was supposed to arrive at 6:45 pm. Still nothing at 7:10 PM so I called. Was told the delivery person was on his way. The delivery person did not arrive until 7.35 pm. Not the first time they've been late, but never this bad. Sushi also completely mixed up and not crispy at all, even though it was a crispy menu.

These are the gyoza that came with my order. A picture is worth a thousand words. Bon appétit, folks.

You won't hear me complain about the food. But the attitude of the employees in the branch is not okay. Upon entering, 1 employee was sitting at the counter with his earphones looking at his phone, but couldn't say hello, the other employee with his back to the entrance was also on his phone after he came back from smoking his cigarette in front of the entrance. Yelling at each other back and forth about private matters...a real shame because the kitchen staff does a fantastic job.

Just a sushi takeaway place. Sushi was very tasty, you can also see them preparing it. Service was friendly when they noticed us, but we did have to wait +/- 10 minutes even though it was not busy. She was busy with the 2 people in front of us who had a lot of questions and adjustments to the order, but an 'I'll be with you shortly' could have made a big difference in feeling seen. We also had a voucher, then she said 'this is only valid for online orders', then we thought fine, we will order online on the spot and then suddenly we managed to enter it.

We hebben hier al zo vaak besteld en meerdere keren kregen we bedorven zalm of vandaag rivierkreeft ( ocean triple) meestal bellen we en geven dat door. Je hoopt dan dat ze er iets van leren. Maar als je steeds voor zeker 75 euro besteld, verwacht je klasse en geen rommel. Sorry, maar wij gaan nu elders sushi bestellen.

Sushi besteld was lekker maar portie is heel klein voor €13. Bij sushi chef is veel beter

Voor 8 personen sushi besteld (omdat ik geen tijd had om te koken) en het was echt uitstekend! Ook de warme hapjes.

Nog nooit zo snel eten bezorgd gekregen dat heel vers en lekker was!

It took very long.. ordered two hours ago and still didnt get anything.. Called them and they said they can‘t do anything about that and hung up the phone… they were very rude on the phone & tried to cut me off. They didnt even asked my name to have a look on how much longer my order still takes

Eten besteld om 18:15. Inmiddels is het 19:45 en nog niks ontvangen (het zou er om 19u zijn). Voorheen ook besteld en nooit problemen gehad. Vind dit niet normaal

Efficient and fast on-line ordering of Sushi. Good size portions and tasty with sufficient condiments. Delivery waiting to be picked-up as planned, excellent.

They are conveniently located and fast to deliver. although i find their sushi a bit moist. But that is just my taste and experience with other restaurants

Als we zin hebben in Sushi bestellen we altijd bij SushiPoint Hoofddorp gewoon heerlijk snelle service en helemaal top.

Paar keer besteld, altijd goed en snelle bezorging.

Regelmatig besteld, bezorgen op tijd, één enkele uitzondering waarbij ook direct een tegoed bon bijgesloten zat. Eten altijd vers en lekker, goede porties!

Delivery guy was friendly and got an extra for Valentines day thank you! Maybe a little bit too expensive for what you get and could be fresher, but really good for Amsterdam/Hoofddorp delivery services.

Wij halen onze sushi alleen nog maar hier. Het personeel is vriendelijk en de sushi is echt heel erg lekker. De keuken is helemaal open, waardoor je kan zien dat ze erg hygiënisch werken.

Echt heel lekkere sushi. Snel bezorgd, nog goed warm en knapperig. Wij zijn fan van sushipoint en bestellen hier regelmatig.

Lekkere Sushi, via ticket veilingen 2 Sensation boxen besteld + hun eigen Crispy box. De rijst is heerlijk, de smaak "over-all" is goed, maar: de hoeveelheid zalm die gebruikt wordt is wel erg karig. Verhoudingsgewijs teveel rijst en te weinig vis, maar ook de kip en de garnaal. Verder was het -vanuit Vak. veilingen - niet helemaal duidelijk vermeld in de voorwaarden-want je blijkt in tot. maar 2 boxen/klant te mogen ophalen, ik had van een andere soort er nog 1 gekocht maar die kon ik dus niet "innen". Ik heb toen een andere box bij moeten bestellen en heb daar compensatie voor gevraagd en ook gekregen nl. € 7,50 korting + nog een kortingscoucher van € 10,- meegekregen. Prima en vriendelijke service!

Erg lekkere sushi, niks op aan te merken

Sushi is lekker en bezorging optijd. Maar we bestellen meestal doordeweeks. Vandaag haalden we zelf en toen bleek de bestelling niet compleet te zijn. Vanuit een ander filiaal kwamen ze nabezorgen en kregen we een 10'- sorry voucher. Prima service dus ook!

Prima zaak om online te bestellen. Komt best snel en de sushi - niet onbelangrijk - is van voldoende kwaliteit. Vier sterren omdat het altijd beter kan!

Vroeger waren we super tevreden over Sushipoint, maar na een aantal keren minder tevreden zijn we naar een andere overgestapt. Nu wilden we het weer een kans geven en helaas was het echt een tegenvaller. De vis op de nigiri's waren zo flinter dun, dat je er doorheen kon kijken.

Wederom heerlijk gegeten vanavond. Sushi keurig op tijd en smaakvol. Aardige bezorgen. En tot verbazing een letter van de Sint bij de bestellen. Dankuwel Sinterklaas en sushi point!

A good place to have sushi to go, found it a bit expensive to other "a la carte" but the pre-defined meal are reasonable.

Om te eten, vind ik het niet gezellig maar om te bestellen, uitstekend. Veel verschillende sushi om uit te kiezen en erg lekker.
