Those delivery drivers who overtake on a solid line and because they arrive too close to the roundabout, take the roundabout to the left. Even if it is very busy with deliveries, this is not acceptable, is it?

Picked up sushi for a children's party. The sushi was excellent and the employee very friendly.

Ordered for the first time, great food in relation to the price. Can taste individual grains of rice. Website a bit unclear.

The sushi itself is good but the delivery is absolutely bad. Ordered online, delivery 45 minutes late. Called but then they come up with bad excuses. Clearly trying to sell more than they can deliver. Previous orders were also late, so last time we ordered there.

Unfortunately, my recent experience with Sushi Point Zeist was far below par. I ordered a sushi roll with flambéed salmon, but the salmon I received was gray in color. This was not at all what I expected, as a good flambéed salmon should have a nice golden brown outside and a pink inside. After contacting the restaurant I was first told I would be getting a new roll. However, I then got a call saying that “the salmon is just gray today”, which really surprised me. Gray salmon does not seem like a normal color to me, and this should not be accepted as a standard. What surprised me even more was the email I received stating that in the future I should indicate that I do not want my salmon flambéed so darkly. It seems to me that this is not something a customer should specify; a well-flambéed salmon should simply have the right color and taste. I am very disappointed in the way this was handled and expected better from Sushi Point. Unfortunately, this was not an experience I will soon forget. After years of being a regular customer, I'm quitting.

Best sushi in Zeist! Delicious, high quality sushi. Luxuriously packaged, friendly delivery staff. A regular for us and it never disappoints. Thank you, we enjoy it every time :)

As a sushi restaurant in a small town it is a very acceptable option.. and I can recommend it but do not expect the fantastic taste for sushi lovers In general good

When I arrived, the order turned out to be at another branch. This was because the site had been reloaded. The staff gave no other option and I could no longer order sushi on site. Extremely disappointed.

Ordered 2 hours in advance and it would be delivered at 8:00 PM. At 9:30 PM no one had come yet and after calling I received a rude answer that he would drive away soon and he doesn't know how long it will take. No sorry, no call... Great sushi, but customer friendliness and service could really be different!!

Fortunately the delivery person was on time. Only the sushi was supposed to be crunchy, but it was more mushy. Everything was very cold and the avocado was almost brown. Beans were almost impossible to bite through.

The avocado is gray, and what should have been carpaccio is "normal" smoked meat. I already called about this once last year. But it is still the same. I won't be ordering here again. Can throw half away and it's a lot of money.

The last experience was not good. I haven't had a Uramaki menu before. But very bland in taste and only 3 types. The sushi pieces were stuck together in the box. They fell apart when taking them out. A disappointment, not what I'm used to from SushiPoint

Received a gift voucher because a previous order was late, but the website crashed, causing this gift voucher code to no longer work and no solution was found when we called. Didn't order anything and didn't receive a new gift voucher either...

A year ago, I also wrote a review that they were waiting for someone who could deliver it. Same again today. They think it is quite normal that it takes quite a long time to deliver food. If I hadn't called, this would still have mattered a lot lasted longer. If you don't have any employees, you shouldn't offer anything. They do. I will never order from here again. Hoped that this company would learn from their mistakes. Unfortunately they didn't. Folks, don't order here. I already know that I will receive a response from this company, but they have to take action themselves. Mrs. Big would transfer the money back. I'm very curious.

Received various types of sushi, unfortunately they all taste almost the same, delivery was fast and friendly.

I really don't think it's worth what I paid versus what I got. The crispy box is not crispy, everything falls apart and the fried shrimp are limp. What should have been a nice dinner for 2 for 50 euros (it's not cheap), half of it is now crumbled on the floor - not a single piece of sushi remained intact - and we threw the rest away. I think it's a real shame.

Food was tasty but it arrived much late, they said something about 9, it didn't arrive until 30 minutes later, we had to wait an hour and a half for the food to arrive.

The food is really good, the site is also perfect, but if you have to call where your order is and you get the answer: "if we have a delivery person, you will get your food". Not very neat and I think the owner needs to work a little more on his staff. Don't hire every 13 year old, cheap student. By the way, the food arrived 20 minutes late, which also took them almost 1.5 hours. From what I read, they are having some problems with delivery. Next time we will look for another sushi company. Because waiting that long makes no sense.

Good varied menu and not disappointed by the quality

Placed a large order two weeks ago. Should be there in an hour. After an hour and a half I still had nothing. Then I called and the employees there were also expecting the delivery person. Called again after half an hour, because no sushi yet. The delivery person was then called by employees because it was taking too long. After calling it took another fifteen minutes and we received a delivery person at the door with a big mouth when we said it was taking so long. The employee on the phone offered us a free box for the long wait. Today we wanted to use this, but when I called there was only a free fried shrimp written on it. So we waited 2 hours and fifteen minutes for which we received a free box that we want to use today and that is not given at all. All in all, several bad experiences with sushi point.

Wij hebben hier al een paar keer sushi gehaald en het overtreft de, meer in de buurt liggende, sushi-tentjes echt! We vinden het het ritje elke keer waard. Wij wonen in Scherpenzeel dus het is al snel een klein half uurtje rijden.

Clean and service and a good price

Had to wait 2 hours for not fresh, tasteless food. The sushi rice was cooked too long. The sushi was dried out... next time just go to the Fusion Club...

Wij hebben het super sushi menu besteld en buiten op de deur stond dat we 20% korting kregen maar deze telde niet want dat moest de klant blijkbaar zelf zelf specifiek van te voren zeggen. Achteraf hebben wij hier nog naar gevraagd maar hebben geen korting gekregen !

Heerlijke verse sushi. Goede prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding met regelmatig leuke acties. Kwa hygiëne hebben zijn zij als beste uit de test gekomen.

Wow what great sushi. After being disappointed every time by other chains, where 16 year olds are rolling your sushi, they know how it should be done here. Everything was super fresh and delicious. Completely happy to end the year. Thank you. The only downside now is that we always have to go to Zeist ha ha ha ha.

Food was delivered fresh within 30 minutes by friendly delivery guy and everything was as it should be. As I have to post 100 characters, I’d like to add that the ambience was brilliant and decor was just as I like it. Which isn’t surprising as I live here.

Get sushi here often. Actually always delicious, but the last time the salmon wasn't that good. I don't think it was fresh because it didn't smell or taste good. Furthermore, it was always tasty and fresh in my opinion. Too bad you can't eat there.

Personally, everything here is always to my liking. Delivery sometimes leaves something to be desired, but the food should not suffer. If it takes longer than 15 minutes to make the sushi, they always let you know, but it is often ready in about 10 minutes. I sometimes see the kitchen staff walking around with whole fish, which makes me think that the fish itself is cut, which is certainly noticeable in the freshness.

Had several uncut pieces of sushi, 1 roll was all cut into 4 (Small burritos). Sashimi had a bad taste similar to old fish. Avocado was brown and hard, looked like I had bruises from the previous evening.

Delivery is on time and fine, but the sushi leaves something to be desired. The delivery person just didn't have change for 50 Euro. The taste is fine, but the sushi is falling apart, it doesn't seem like it was freshly made. The tuna on the nigiri was also VERY thinly filleted, you could see the rice through it. Overall, an average experience. We have eaten better at Sushipoint before.

Nice place where you can be good. Wide choice and friendly service. You can also have it delivered to your home. This was also great. They deliver widely in the region. There is ample parking in the area for a fee. There is also a parking garage a little further away, which is easy to walk to, especially when the weather is nice.

Delicious sushi, friendly delivery person, it looks neat with everything you need. Container, soy sauce, chopsticks, wasabi, ginger. It's also cleaned up in no time, no mess. The food was also really tasty. The only downside, I couldn't track the order and had no idea what time it would arrive. Within now and an hour is quite broad.

it was completely snowed under and they couldnt do deliveries but i happened to drop by (by coincidence) and they gave me a 10 euro discount for going to pick up the food myself! plus it was ready in just a few minutes, the guys at the counter were super nice, and of course, the sushi was fantastic :)

Have ordered sushi several times at Sushipoint in Zeist. Sometimes it can be delivered, but sometimes we pick it up ourselves. It's always good and fresh. Especially the offer €29.50 for the Lovers menu. Super tasty and more than enough. There is always enough wasabi, soy sauce and ginger with the order.
