They sell halal, which was always a big plus for me. For years I got my fries here, but after what I experienced, I will never come here again. An employee made a disgusting and disrespectful remark about a customer wearing a burqa. I found that shocking and totally unacceptable. If you sell halal but at the same time make such remarks about Muslims, it projects a huge contradiction. That is why I personally advise Muslims against going here. Respect for customers should always come first, regardless of their faith or clothing.

Great chip shop. Friendly staff who work efficiently. As a result, the waiting time is short despite the crowds. The ladies work together as a team, maintain tight control, and are stress-resistant. Highly recommended...!!! Delicious Dutch fries.

The ice is not kept cold enough. The service at the counter is downright unfriendly. Furthermore, they do not clean the terrace. Unfortunately, it is simply an unpleasant place to visit.

I got an ice cream here today and what an unfriendly woman was standing behind the counter.. I asked for some whipped cream with my ice cream but got the response: "You do have to pay for that!" thrown at me.. it could have been much friendlier, because I understand perfectly well that there are costs involved..

Friendly people and always delicious food; we often order with the whole company and nothing is ever really missing.

Super friendly people! My friends and I still enjoy their 2 euro for 2 frikandellen special. Once, I took some food home because I couldn't finish it, and they gave me extra sauce for free. Great place, definitely recommended (for a small amount!).

I have never eaten so terribly. Ordered chicken fries; first of all, I had to search for the chicken. You pay 8.95. The chicken is not fresh. And it was delivered burnt. I have never been so nauseous from food and I just have a stabbing pain in my stomach after eating. Worthless. If you want to get poisoned, eat here. Terrible, you just don't serve this to a consumer; you should be ashamed, ugh. If I could file a report with the Food and Drug Authority, I would have done so immediately so they could close the place down right away. You would be better off eating trash. Disgusting. Don't eat here, ugh🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮

The food is fine, it's just a shame that most of the staff always stand there looking very grumpy. It comes across as if none of them are interested that way.

The food is always delicious, but the service could be better. I asked for fries in a cone and got them in a container. Everyone makes mistakes, but when I mention it, I'm asked, "Is it really that bad?" Yes (because otherwise I'll just choose a container, I think). The way she reacted afterward with "tsss" was rude!

Unfortunately, my experience wasn't positive. My order was misunderstood several times. They used long artificial nails, which struck me as unhygienic. There was also a hair in my fries, and the tables weren't clean. This didn't leave a good impression.

I've been here several times and unfortunately, the same bad experience every time. I received a frikandel without a container, just in paper, while paying €2.60. The staff is extremely cold and unfriendly. Greetings are difficult, there's no smile, and no customer service whatsoever. It feels like you're talking to robots instead of people. Customer service could really use some improvement. I wouldn't want to come back here this way.

What a dump, soggy disgusting fries and tasteless snacks. The staff doesn't care about the customer experience; they start cleaning up the mess 25 minutes before closing time, meaning you can't really enjoy your disgusting fries in peace. I certainly won't be coming here a second time.

The staff seems disinterested and unmotivated, seeming more focused on their phones than on their work. To make matters worse, the food is touched with bare hands, which is downright unhygienic and unprofessional.

On vacation in the Netherlands, where fries and snacks are supposed to be famous, yet this place is filthy and neglected. Dirty tables, uninterested and rude staff who won’t even look at you when you speak to them. They constantly touch their faces, hair, and who knows what else, and then handle the food without gloves. Absolutely disgusting – zero hygiene, zero professionalism. They seem far more occupied with their phones than with serving customers.

A typical Dutch Michelin-starred restaurant 😉, with the usual local specialties. The Bami ship is absolutely convincing here. It could be a bit cozier outside, but otherwise great.

You ask for the 3rd time for well-done fries, but you get home and the fries are raw again. Soaked in sauce. They just don't listen. Arnhem's best??? You sure?

Unfriendly atmosphere and grumpy staff

It may be a snapshot, but the fries were undercooked and too greasy. Maybe old fat. We took two nasi slices with us because we were in a hurry, but they were inedible. Clearly been in the fryer too long. Waste of money

The place I went to on 20.01.2025 at 13.46. The food is very good, but there is especially a tall, thin female employee with black hair. SHe was very rude and shouted at me. You shouldn't even say hello to such people, let alone work with them. A very bad person... a very, very rude person... do not go to places where such people work!!!

The draw machines are cold. Had ordered whole menus for me and the children. With drinks and sauce for fries and snacks. I brought it to the table and indicated that they still had to give me the drink and sauce But had to pay extra for that again. I said I don't have anything to look at on the table. But didn't get it. Super unfriendly.

In this Dutch snack bar, production proceeds quickly as usual and the quality is really good.

Couldn't get anything from the machine for anything, but I just paid, reported it but the staff looked at me like I was crazy. No thanks for reporting or anything. Just worthless. Hope there are several who can continue to get free products there. Never go there again though. There are better and friendlier food sheds.

I always thought, that the people who selling the ice creams, should be very friendly and etc. At least outwardly and do not show own dislike for customers. I bought simple ice cream and ask the seller girl to add some extra topic. Of course I offer to pay for it. BUT she told me, they not doing it, it’s against the rules !!! COME ON GUYS !!! It’s just an extra topic for the ice cream ! Really ??? It should be for free normally. And it’s only topic for the ice cream I’m not buying car or weapon to get some rules. Ha ha ha it’s extra topic for the ice cream !!!

I still remember the golden days. 2015. Back then you could get great golden yellow fried potato bars here. Crispy, yes! Not too greasy, yes! Oh, that was beautiful. It turns out that the golden times are now really over. Didn't know Roderick! Lids! Because now the fries are too greasy, the cheese souffle tastes like cardboard, and the tables are as dirty as Tata Steel. No thanks. I'd rather 'swoop' these fries into the Rhine.

Das essen sieht sehr lecker aus und ist es auch. Praktisch sind die Snackautomaten da eine bestellung auf deutsch oder englisch schon sehr schwierig ist aber wenn man das richtige bekommt ist es sehr gut 👍

Klein patatje puntzak is vrij groot. Patat is prima. Pindasaus is niet lekker. Wel relatief veel ruimte om binnen te zitten.

Der Imbiss in Arnheim ist wenig ansprechend, zugig und ungepflegt. Das Essen war OK, aber nichts außergewöhnliches und relativ lange Wartezeit. Einziges Highlight war der Eisgenuss.
