Very tasty food. Sometimes the service and communication are a bit Arnhem-like, but that's what you come to Arnhem for. Highly recommended!

What a mess, soggy, disgusting fries and tasteless snacks. The staff doesn't care about the customer experience; they start cleaning up 25 minutes before closing time, so you can't really enjoy your disgusting fries in peace. I definitely won't be coming back here again.

The food is good but there is an old woman with dark hair and curls who is downright rude and created an unpleasant atmosphere for her colleagues and the customers

Nice snack bar, convenient and basic if you want to eat something in town.

The staff seems disinterested and unmotivated, seeming more focused on their phones than on their work. To make matters worse, the food is touched with bare hands, which is downright unhygienic and unprofessional.

On vacation in the Netherlands, where fries and snacks are supposed to be famous, yet this place is filthy and neglected. Dirty tables, uninterested and rude staff who won’t even look at you when you speak to them. They constantly touch their faces, hair, and who knows what else, and then handle the food without gloves. Absolutely disgusting – zero hygiene, zero professionalism. They seem far more occupied with their phones than with serving customers.

A typical Dutch Michelin-starred restaurant 😉, with the usual local specialties. The Bami ship is absolutely convincing here. It could be a bit cozier outside, but otherwise great.

You ask for the 3rd time for well-done fries, but you get home and the fries are raw again. Soaked in sauce. They just don't listen. Arnhem's best??? You sure?

I like to come here for crispy fries. I don't have high expectations of service at a snack bar so everything is quite good.

Today I got an ice cream... there was a lady standing there... thin, glasses and black hair. Very unfriendly and conceited look when you asked if you could add a topping... maybe do something about the staff... because the ice cream was delicious, so that's not the problem

Unfortunately, her attitude is not welcoming, and her facial expressions suggest she is not comfortable in her job. On the other hand, there is another employee, a man , who has always treated me with respect, kindness, and professionalism. His attitude is truly positive and stands out in a good way. Unfriendly atmosphere and grumpy staff

It may be a snapshot, but the fries were undercooked and too greasy. Maybe old fat. We took two nasi slices with us because we were in a hurry, but they were inedible. Clearly been in the fryer too long. Waste of money

The place I went to on 20.01.2025 at 13.46. The food is very good, but there is especially a tall, thin female employee with black hair. SHe was very rude and shouted at me. You shouldn't even say hello to such people, let alone work with them. A very bad person... a very, very rude person... do not go to places where such people work!!!

Delicious fries and the best satay sauce! The vegetarian nasi disk is also delicious

The draw machines are cold. Had ordered whole menus for me and the children. With drinks and sauce for fries and snacks. I brought it to the table and indicated that they still had to give me the drink and sauce But had to pay extra for that again. I said I don't have anything to look at on the table. But didn't get it. Super unfriendly.

In this Dutch snack bar, production proceeds quickly as usual and the quality is really good.

I ordered two fries and 2 fricandel plus 2 croquettes, very disappointing Badly cooked I still ate croquette 6 hours later We were very sorry about it

Couldn't get anything from the machine for anything, but I just paid, reported it but the staff looked at me like I was crazy. No thanks for reporting or anything. Just worthless. Hope there are several who can continue to get free products there. Never go there again though. There are better and friendlier food sheds.

Unfriendly Service and mediocre fries.

A MUST... when I'm in Arnhem/Netherlands...

I always thought, that the people who selling the ice creams, should be very friendly and etc. At least outwardly and do not show own dislike for customers. I bought simple ice cream and ask the seller girl to add some extra topic. Of course I offer to pay for it. BUT she told me, they not doing it, it’s against the rules !!! COME ON GUYS !!! It’s just an extra topic for the ice cream ! Really ??? It should be for free normally. And it’s only topic for the ice cream I’m not buying car or weapon to get some rules. Ha ha ha it’s extra topic for the ice cream !!!

Stop for a snack. Prices ok. Shop dirty.

I still remember the golden days. 2015. Back then you could get great golden yellow fried potato bars here. Crispy, yes! Not too greasy, yes! Oh, that was beautiful. It turns out that the golden times are now really over. Didn't know Roderick! Lids! Because now the fries are too greasy, the cheese souffle tastes like cardboard, and the tables are as dirty as Tata Steel. No thanks. I'd rather 'swoop' these fries into the Rhine.

Das essen sieht sehr lecker aus und ist es auch. Praktisch sind die Snackautomaten da eine bestellung auf deutsch oder englisch schon sehr schwierig ist aber wenn man das richtige bekommt ist es sehr gut 👍

Eten is hier echt lekker. Broodje hete kip is een aanrader!

Klein patatje puntzak is vrij groot. Patat is prima. Pindasaus is niet lekker. Wel relatief veel ruimte om binnen te zitten.

Der Imbiss in Arnheim ist wenig ansprechend, zugig und ungepflegt. Das Essen war OK, aber nichts außergewöhnliches und relativ lange Wartezeit. Einziges Highlight war der Eisgenuss.
