A cozy and friendly atmosphere, polite and fast service, and the food is impeccable. And those comments from some about not being allowed to use the restroom? The municipality's failure to provide public restrooms in the city center shouldn't be taken out on the restaurants and cafes. People spend a lot of money shopping, so what's the problem if you really need a drink? Finally, small children and pregnant women are never refused service, as long as they ask politely.

We had a wonderful meal, and it couldn't be any different...all the food there is delicious. Good service and a cozy atmosphere.

Worthless tent came with my 6 year old daughter and she was not even allowed to go to the toilet there

We celebrated our wedding here after having enjoyed some lovely evenings before...we had a wonderful evening...the interior is beautiful, the staff are fantastic...helpful...definitely recommended❤️

They immediately send your two-year-old away because he's not allowed to pee there. Disrespectful. Never come back here again. The woman who works there is incredibly antisocial!

They say they're the coziest living room in Almere. But they really are the coziest living room/pub in the Netherlands. What wonderfully kind people. The food was delicious. The most delicious flamkuchen I've ever had. But everything was delicious. The atmosphere was fantastic. If you're in Almere, definitely go to Het Boemeltje.

Worst lunch I’ve had in quite a long time. My companion’s Tosti Speciale was lukewarm, made with factory bread and contained the thinnest slice of ham he ever met. I had the “homemade” onion soup and a portion of vlammetjes. Factory made beef broth where some undercooked fried onions had been stirred in does not qualify as homemade soup in my mind. Vlammetjes were fine but greasy, which I expected. The waitress refused to bring a glass of tap water.

The carpaccio special was so small, I went to the butcher across the street to get a sandwich. The service was rude, and I saw her smoking a cigarette among the other guests. She didn't even wash her hands, which was very unhygienic. And you can't pay separately. That was my last time here.

What a lovely and cozy terrace, a great place, and incredibly friendly staff. I'm therefore surprised by the negative reviews, because there's no public restroom. The municipality of Almere should take care of that, not hard-working business owners, who often find the restrooms in terrible condition after public use. It makes sense that the restroom is only for guests to use. The menu is excellent, something for everyone, and they also have fun themed party nights.

Extremely poor attitude. We weren't allowed to make phone calls because there were people at the next table. I asked to move, but the waitress was extremely unethical. Since when are we not allowed to make video calls in public anymore? Absolutely no hospitality. Poor service; people usually come back for service, and the way the waitress says it is demeaning. No, you didn't mention phone calls, not even farther away from those people. Anyway, good luck with your attitude. All the best.

Delicious spare ribs eaten at the Boemeltje. It was super cozy and delicious again. My girlfriend who was here for the first time, reacted full of praise about the friendly, sweet service, the food and the atmosphere. What she did notice was the number of people who just walked in for the toilet. I would also go crazy about this but the owner kept saying very sweetly that the toilet is only for customers. Well, my compliments, I would not react so patiently and sweetly. In short, a top place!!! See you soon.

great terrace, no options for allergies. they don't think along with you about options that could be possible. unfriendly service, short, rushed and not cheerful.

Good food and conviviality. That's what it's all about.

We came in because the toilet at the station did not open with contactless payment. We went to the restaurant next door and the toilet was broken. I explained that my girlfriend is pregnant and the emergency is urgent. The lady answered very bluntly that that is only possible if you consume something, I wanted to pay, but she did not want that. She referred us to the public toilet just mentioned. Immediately grumpy because we didn't come to eat anything. We came in politely, said good afternoon and just asked a polite question. The woman immediately seemed irritated. So this is all about money and they don't care about the customers. I'm going to raise this with several organizations, you just got the wrong person.

Boemeltje has been super fun for 21 years. A pleasant atmosphere and highly recommended for people who come for a day of shopping in Almere.

With the sunny weather, we went to the terrace to take a rest and ordered a cup of coffee. I wonder why I've never been here before, because there is a nice atmosphere! Nice music, cheerful employees and fast service! Unfortunately I was in a hurry and had to leave again, otherwise I would have stayed calm. For the lady with blonde hair, thank you for your service. Super friendly, fun and with a smile, even in the heat! I will definitely come by more often! :))

This café has a cozy/friendly Amsterdam atmosphere with various seating areas. The menu is clear and the food is delicious.

Wij dachten een lekker plekje gevonden te hebben vlakbij het station, echter was de bediening om te huilen. Nadat wij ons drankje hadden opgedronken, kregen we wederom de vraag of wij nog een drankje wilden? Wij bedankten vriendelijk waarop de medewerkster ( ik kan haar geen serveerster noemen) onze glazen van de tafel aftrok! Wat een onaardige bediening! Ik raad dit bedrijf af!

The location is sublime. It was pouring rain all day. Maybe that's why my image is wrong: Almost no customers. The ceiling is modern: All pipes visible and plastered white.

't Boemeltje voelt als een stukje Amsterdam in Almere. Het personeel is vriendelijk. En de flamkuchen zijn de kapot lekker!

Leuk cafe om even te zijn. Voor ons perfecte zalmsalade schotel. Vrolijke bediening, schotel met Kesbeke tafelzuur erin, war wil men nog meer. . . Echte aanrader.

Gezellig eetcafé met goede sfeer, Vriendelijke eigenaren en personeel. Goed verzorgde lunch erg lekker. Lekkere koffie en smakelijk tap biertje.

Här kan man uppleva lite Brunt Café stämmning trots den modrna staden. Så bra service i Amsterdam stil gör inte saken bättre, toppen!

Een cafe in het Centrum van Almere alwaar je nog dat gevoel van oud Amsterdam krijgt met gezelligheid en huiselijke warmte. Ze serveren ook nog top gerechten met soms een Surinaamse twist. Een regelrechte aanrader

Cafe het Boemeltje is een leuk relaxed cafe waar iedereen kan komen. Zeker de leukste plek aan het Stationsplein.

Na het winkelen even gezellig wat eten of drinken ...het eten is goed verzorgd en heerlijk , de bediening is erg vriendelijk ...ook alleen als je een drankje wilt drinken is het er goed vertoeven 👍🏻🍻

Altijd gezellig. Een drankje na het shoppen, terrasje pakken (zonnetje in de zomer, winter heaters en dekentjes) of een avondje muziek binnen. Borrelhapjes zijn prima. Er is ook een kaart voor lunch en diner. Gemengd publiek.

Här kan man sitta och spana in folk i en trevlig lokal miljö. man sitter med lokalbefolkningen och resenärer som kopplar av efter jobbet eller ill jobbet. Så är personalen/ägarna mycket trevliga och service minded. Prova på :)

Even een paar bitterballen smikkelen tijdens het shoppen in Almere. We zijn meerdere keren in 't Boemeltje geweest. Het is tegenover het station en aan het beginpunt /eindpunt van het winkelcentrum. Heel handig als je met de trein reist.
