Not been there for 4 years now I know what I missed it is more than worth the 2 hour drive

Had a delicious meal with very friendly service.

We eat here almost every month and are never disappointed. The sushi is truly delicious. It's the right temperature, fresh, and the portions are generous, unlike other sushi chains where the sushi is often covered in sauce. The other dishes are also very tasty. It's clean, and the young staff are friendly and do a great job. It's definitely worth the price!

If you're wondering whether the reviews are fake.. they’re not! The food, staff, and ambience are truly excellent. Nearly every dish we tried was delicious. Just two small points: the lamb rack was a bit bland without the sauce, and personally, I preferred the small sole fish without it. The highlights for me were the sushi, miso soup, shrimp, squid rings, ebi tempura, and beef, all perfectly prepared. This has officially become my go-to all-you-can-eat sushi spot. Well done, and thank you!

All you can Eat apparently does not mean unlimited ordering here. Even though you eat everything neatly. If you want to order more after 5 rounds, they act as if you eat "too much". When you ask about it, they indicate that they are not "All you can eat" and that it actually always stays at a maximum of 5 rounds. This is very ambiguous because on their menu, website and in their house rules they do indicate that they are an "all you can eat" where you can order unlimitedly. And when you point this out again, they act as if it is some kind of typo or that they did not know that it was stated like that.

They claim it's an all you can eat restaurant, but yesterday night I've been there for 2 hours and I barely ate something. You can order 5 items per round and it takes them 40 minutes to evade your order. All this to eat hot sushi rice with still frozen fish on it. For 50€ pp I could have eaten at a top level sushi restaurant the same, if not more, amount of sushi. Never again

The food is amazing, unfortunately when you pick it up it is never ready and you always have to wait 10 to 20 minutes. Even if there are no hot dishes in your order.

Very tasty food. The salmon melts in your tongue. All sushi is made fresh, so it sometimes takes a while to be ready. But enough time to eat a delicious meal in 2.5 hours.

Spontaneously had dinner here today and after calling they immediately reserved a place for me. I was able to visit within 5 minutes and the service and friendliness certainly makes it a 5 star visit. Next to me there was a table with a baby who even received specially cooked vegetables so she could eat with us. Menu could have been a bit more extensive or I am too spoiled in other places, that is also possible. Still 5 stars :-).

Today I ate at this restaurant for the first time, and to be honest, it is really good, I hope they continue to keep the quality high! Keep it up!

We spontaneously wanted to eat somewhere different than the one we had reserved. So my husband started calling a few places and they happened to have room here. I think it's such a shame that we never heard of this restaurant before! It's really delicious and there's so much choice. Service is also very friendly and fast! Really everything you want to see in a restaurant... we are real sushi eaters and have tried so many restaurants. To be honest, this is one of the best among the all you can eat concepts. The food is still very warm and you don't wait very long for it.

Top experiences with this restaurant. Sushi and other dishes on the menu are prepared and served with the utmost care. I like coming here... Large collection, beautiful interior with good chairs where you can really sit comfortably. Skip the chains and be persuaded to dine here for an evening with more passion and refinement. You will have no regrets. The price is slightly higher, but that ensures that it does not become a children's play paradise. It's well put together, just do it. Ps. The dragon roll is addictive, be careful!!!

Eating out at Taiyo is a treat. All dishes are super fresh and served with perfection, with a lot of attention to detail. Lots of choice of dishes. It is certainly not an everyday "all you can eat" restaurant, Taiyo stands head and shoulders above this. The service is top notch, very neat and correct. The decor is very tasteful and cozy. What should certainly not be missed is that it is sparkling clean. Everything radiates the enthusiasm and perfection with which the owner and employees run this restaurant.

Ate here for the first time tonight and hopefully not for the last. Lots of choice, everything equally tasty. All dishes look beautiful and neat.

Het is een hele goede plek om sushi te eten vanwege de kwaliteit en de service!! Het is namelijk heerlijk en dat merk je aan de kleine dingen. Er is niet veel zout gebruikt. Niet alleen de sushi, maar ook de kleine dingen zoals de sesamballen en de gebakken banaan zijn ook echt lekker! De bediening is echt heel snel en het personeel is heel vriendelijk! De plek is echt een aanrader.

Echt een top restaurant! Heeeerlijke sushi's, vriendelijk personeel, er is geen tijdslimiet, mooie inrichting en de sushi's staan vrij snel op tafel! Vooral de 'surpreme/deluxe' sushi's waren erg lekker, vooral de Dragon Roll! Taiyo is zeker een aanrader!!

Zeer gastvrij ontvangen. Sushi is supervers en van goede kwaliteit. De huidige eigenaar is voormalig eigenaar van Natsumi, waar ik vaak tot volle tevredenheid gegeten heb. Zeer aan te bevelen. Kom hier zeker weer terug

Ontzettend lekkere, vers gemaakte sushi hier op bestelling afgehaald. Wij gaan hier zeker ook eens komen om in het restaurant te eten.

Een van de betere All You Can Eat restaurants in de Randstad. Wat ons betreft beter dan de grote sushiketens. De sushi zijn vers en met zorg bereid. Sushi van goed bescheiden formaat, niet afkomstig van een machine. Luxe gerechten op de kaart zoals sushi omhuld door komkommer, gegrilde coquille sushi, gevulde krab etc. Wat ook goed is is dat het zoutgehalte niet te hoog was in de diverse warme gerechten, in tegenstelling tot veel andere AYCE restaurants. Bovendien standaard Groene Kikkoman sojasaus op tafel, dus ook met minder zout. Zodat je niet de hele avond en thuis nog liters water moet drinken van de dorst. Bovendien goede en vriendelijke bediening. Ook het ijs was goed. Evenals de espresso macchiato. Kortom een prima avond gehad met het gezin bij Taiyo. Zeker aan te raden!!

Fantastische leiding en gedreven personeel in de bediening. Heerlijk eten en lekkere wijn. Paar honderd meter van ons huis dus ook dat is een voordeel. Aanrader.

Our daughter is a sushi lover. We visited many Sushi AYCE restaurants in the region. We found Taiyō for a celebration dinner. Pricing was 38 euro per adult ad 12,50 for kids between 4 and 7. Very acceptable prices. Dinner and service was unexpected excellent. Good flavours and good portions. Try the Dragon and Phoenix Rolls. The lamb chops were delighted and very juicy. The beef steak was moist and not too dry. The sushi's were very fresh. Highly recommended. We will be back! 🍣 Parking is free after 18:00!!!

Gisteren met mijn jaardag hier gegeten en we kwamen er voor het eerst. Wat een topservice!!!! Er wordt volop rekening gehouden met allergieën en met veganisten/vegetariërs en zelfs de prijs is, zonder het te vragen, op aangepast (lager tarief). Eten is heerlijk, je proeft dat alles vers wordt gemaakt. Leuk om verjaardag met een positief gevoel af te sluiten. We komen zeker weer terug♥️

Kom hier al sinds de opening met enige regelmaat. Erg lekker eten, vriendelijke bediening en goede sushi!

Gisteren hier (voor het eerst) gegeten na een tip van een collega. Zeer ruime keuze, ontzettend lekkere gerechten, bestellingen die heel snel gebracht worden, vriendelijk personeel, kortom een zeer geslaagde ervaring die ik iedereen aan kan raden die van dit soort Aziatische gerechten houdt.

Heel verse en goede sushi. Ontzettend vriendelijke bediening en ook de aankleding van het restaurant ziet er prachtig uit. Ons favoriete sushi restaurant. P.s. Heel veel dank aan de vriendelijke vrouw van Taiyo die mijn dochter hielp toen ze bij het restaurant van haar fiets was gevallen. Zo aardig!

Op basis van de reviews hier naar toe gegaan. Aan de buitenkant vind ik het er niet zo mooi uit zien maar binnen is het erg sfeervol ingericht. Het is een wat kleiner restaurant waardoor het nog persoonlijk en relaxed is zonder het rumoer wat je soms bij de grote sushi ketens hebt. Vriendelijke en attente bediening die nog aandacht hebben voor de klanten. Je kunt 5 rondes 5 gerechten per persoon bestellen van de kaart met ruime keus. De gerechten worden vers gemaakt waardoor je soms even moet wachten, maar niet te lang en vers is belangrijker dan snel. De sushi is een fijn formaat met een kleinere hoeveelheid rijst en mooi formaat vis/vlees/groente. De gegrilde of gefrituurde gerechtjes zijn lekker en niet vet, mooie dunne en knapperige laag tempura om de gamba's. Alles wordt netjes uitgeserveerd waarbij gelijk de lege bordjes weggehaald worden en er ook gekeken wordt of je nog iets wil drinken. Parkeren was makkelijk en vlak bij.

Gewoon geweldig eten. Wij komen hier (te) vaak. Het is gewoon elke keer genieten. Ruime keus aan sushi, maar ook heel veel andere vlees, vis en groente gerechten. Bediening altijd supervriendelijk en lief! Wij blijven hier komen. Echt de lekkerste sushi in de omgeving.

Fantastisch restaurant! Goed eten, mooi aangekleed, geweldige bediening! Een enorme aanrader. De eigenaresse heeft oog voor detail en verstaat haar vak. Ik ben altijd van huiverig voor het "all you can eat sushi concept "maar Taiyō heeft mijn verwachtingen overtroffen. Een echte aanrader!
