Waited 55 minutes for a small pizza, then I politely asked how much longer it would take and was told that it was in the oven, then I asked again and was very irritated and repeated that the pizza was in the oven, the customer is certainly not king here

I ordered carbonara and it was unacceptable. It was not carbonara at all, I understand it is not a 5 star restaurant and they don't use guanciale but come on bro ham?! It was not creamy at all just too much poor quality cheese. Too oily without any pepper. I think the picture speaks for itself I can make a better carbonara from 5€ but at least my dog was happy for it. Never order from this place again.

The people who work here are fantastic!! I've been eating here for years and I'm only just seeing all the comments. The food is so delicious that it's served all over town. Of course, you sometimes have to wait a bit longer, but WHOA! So you just order takeout. Where have all the men gone to hunt for their food? Now they're crying on the couch because it's not coming to them fast enough. Great pizzas! I'm addicted to Pizza India!!

My son ordered a pizza today at 6:17 PM. An hour later, we received a call asking us to resubmit our address and order. They had clearly lost our order. If it were busy, they should have immediately informed us when taking the order that it would take longer. Instead, an hour later, they asked us again what we had ordered and what our address was. My son, who is still young, didn't really know how to respond. The owner didn't apologize for the confusion and made no effort to make things right, such as offering a bonus. If I had been home, I would have canceled the order after an hour of waiting. However, my son, because of his age, didn't dare do so. The pizza finally arrived after 1 hour and 45 minutes. We were told we could pay via Tikkie, but the delivery driver told us this wasn't possible with his phone and that it had to be done via his boss's phone. When I tried to pay €50 in cash, it turned out I couldn't because the delivery driver didn't have change. This is truly unacceptable. This owner had previously delivered an incorrect order, and even then, he did nothing to correct the mistake, which is pure stinginess. That's why I'll never order from here again. If I'd known my son had ordered from here, I would have stopped him. During busy periods, it would be polite to inform customers that the delivery time would be longer than usual, but that wasn't the case here. They either took our order incorrectly or lost it. The gentleman responded 😂😂😂 This man is literally a liar. I'm not the only one with the same problem regarding delivery times, and his responses to complaints speak volumes about his attitude towards customers. He turns the tables and accuses people of lying. He firmly claims you can't pay with Tikkie, but you can on his phone, while the delivery driver's phone can't. He even sent us a Tikkie from his own phone because he doesn't trust his delivery drivers. He also shamelessly claims we didn't wait 1 hour and 45 minutes, but only 1 hour. And apparently, he thinks it's normal for customers to have to wait an hour for their food. Apparently, his POS system can also block customers😅😅😅. What a cunning man he is. He really thinks we'll ever order from here again. Anyone who has the same problem gets the same rude response from him. By the way, we're a large company that places large orders, but we haven't done that here for a long time. This man, as you can see, blames the customer for his behavior and problems. Instead of solving a problem or frustration, he shamelessly attacks customers.

My experience at this restaurant was not entirely good. I've never had to wait an hour for my food, and after 45 minutes I was told the fries are gone. That's not possible for 2 hair salons, is it? The food was tasty, but it wasn't worth the hour of waiting.

Simply the best pizza delivery person in Hoofddorp. I think I have ordered here more than 100 times in recent years. Sometimes a little later but always neat, warm and great. Price and quality also top. Their full range is good, but the pizzas are top notch for me. Enjoy putting it together yourself and not your standard NY or D pizza. Recommended!

Ordered food here tonight. Both the chicken pizza and the Kentucky burger were very tasty (chicken was tender) and generously topped. Delivery person was friendly! We will definitely order here more often!

Ik ga hier al jaren. Goede pizza’s en uitstekende klantenservice. Ben ook blij dat het halal is. Mijn favorieten zijn Peperoni, India en Tono.
