Delayed delivery (2 hours), poor customer service

The food was bad, the service was bad, and the delivery took two hours, even after I called four times. Very disappointing.

Ordered online, arrived an hour and fifteen minutes late. After several calls, they promised we'd get a free wok the next day, but it never arrived. Two days later, they called, "Where is the wok we got for free?" We returned it. I didn't say that's true, we didn't get anything. It was my word against theirs. So, in the end, we got nothing. Just saying that doesn't mean you get something! Stupid container of food. Make sure your food doesn't arrive an hour and a half late. Absolute BS. We live five minutes from the wok. I would have gotten it sooner than all that waiting!

Ordered through Thuisbezorgd, the delivery took over two hours. Trying to contact them is impossible because their phone is turned off. VERY BAD!

After an hour and a half, I called the store, which was constantly unavailable. After waiting for two hours, I finally got in my car to pick up the food. There was no manager or supervisor present at the store to speak to me. A young man at the counter politely spoke to me and explained that things weren't going well tonight, but that all the orders had just been shipped. However, when I gave the address of my order, the food was made immediately. Ten minutes later, I left the store with the food, only to discover at home that both orders were completely wrong. It tasted good, though, but this could also have been due to our large appetites. The delivery driver who was supposed to be on his way to us with the correct order still hasn't arrived.

The staff is friendly and polite. Food took minutes to make and tasted better than expected.

The shrimp had an unpleasant taste and the noodles were barely there, as if they had been cut into pieces. The overall quality of the food has deteriorated significantly in recent years. In addition, the hygiene in the business was far below par. The interior was dirty and everything seemed sticky. This contributed to an unpleasant dining experience. The dishes had hardly any flavor and it seemed like no effort had been made to prepare a decent meal. It is clear that Wokk in Hoofddorp no longer delivers the quality that I used to be used to. I definitely won't be coming back here again and recommend others to avoid this restaurant.

Net vriendelijk bezorgd. Lekker eten! Alleen stel je zelf je menu samen en betaal je per ingrediënt. Jammer dan ze er niet alles in doen, waar je uiteindelijk wel voor betaald hebt.

Super vers en smaakvol bereidt in de wok. Niet goedkoop maar wel een aanrader.

Eten is echt lekker.. alleen de winkel is echt plakkerig.. alles plakt binnen van de koelkastdeur tot aan het toilet en de afzuiging is bizar slecht.

Dit is de lekkerste wok in Noord Holland heb overal gegeten maar hier is het de beste ik kom speciaal uit Alkmaar om Hier af te halen omdat het zo lekker is en de personeel is echt vriendelijk ik raad iedereen aan om hier te eten.

Prima voor een snelle hap. De wokschotels zijn goed gevuld en je wordt netjes behandeld. Sfeer is er niet echt, dat komt omdat het meer een afhaallocatie is. Desondanks kies ik er persoonlijk wel voor om op de locatie het eten te nuttigen.

Heerlijke wol gerechten, voornamelijk om af te halen, maar er is ook plek om te zitten. De bediening is vriendelijk en je eten wordt ter plekke bereid door de hardwerkende koks. Rond 18:00 uur moet je rekening houden met een wachttijd van zo’n 15 minuten als het wat drukker is. Je krijgt een goede portie voor een schappelijke prijs.

Laat aangekomen in mijn hotel in Hoofddorp, had geen zin meer om naar buiten gaan voor dinner, dus via Thuisbezorgd zojuist Nasi met Teriyaki + 2 Loempias bestels. Ik weet niet waarom deze restaurant 3,5 ster reviews hebben, maar het eten die ik heb besteld waren 5 sterren waard hoor. P.s. Tip aan de restaurant eigenaar. Volgende keer is het wel handig om lepel mee te geven bij bestellingen met Rijst / Nasi, ipv een eetstokje. Maar goed, het eten blijft alsnog 5 sterren waard. 👍🏻

Heerlijke wok! Ga alleen niet naar toilet daar, het geheel krijgt daardoor een onhygiënisch gevoel... Dat kan beter!
