We have to come back every two weeks!! Seriously, I've been looking for a good restaurant for 10 years, and this is the first time I've found one with such delicious and clean food. On top of that, the staff are incredibly respectful and cheerful. May God bless them and their food and business 🤍 The food is mouthwatering, and the portions are incredibly generous! You can feel that they genuinely care about the customer and want them to leave happy. It's one of the few restaurants you go back to confidently, knowing you'll enjoy it every time. Since I’m traveling in the NL, I got so tired of bland, bread and cheese options but having good delicious food from Tayba legit brought me back to life. Syrian, Moroccan and south East Asian restaurants are always a safe bet Honestly once I arrived in Utrecht, this was once of the first places I stopped at. You can tell they use proper flavoring herbs and spices in their food. It felt like I was eating home cooked meal. I’ve tried several dishes here and loved each one. Even price wise, this place does a good job or serving decent portions and high quality food. Thank you for your amazing service, experience and food. Kept going !

50 Euro's to have cold food delivered from 5 minutes away. So we could walk here in about 5 minutes but we couldn't leave at the time so we decided to order in using their own website. Somehow they managed to deliver the food completely cold, luke warm at best. I've never had to reheat something the moment I got it, mind you that this place is 5 minutes away. Most of the meat was dry, seemed pretty old, possibly kept under a heat lamp for an hour? The only thing that really tasted somewhat was the rice. We ended up stirfrying the meats with some spices, extra greens and sauces, which did taste nice. But this wasn't worth the 50 Euro's at all, especially since we ended up needing to cook ourselves and re heat everything! There's a snackbar or pizzaria nearby, go there and you'll be a lot happier.

So, if someone orders bezorgen, they'll get stale, rotten grilled chicken, and it'll be reheated. And rice... it's disgusting.

Every time I go to a new opened restaurant I taste the shoarma and the oder dishes and always say nothing can beat Tayba the food is incredible and the staff are super nice I always get a free lollypop after I finish eating!. If you want just ask them and the would give you ☺️❤️

We ordered shawarma; it wasn't bad, but it wasn't delicious either. We asked for extra garlic and extra spiciness. It arrived with almost no garlic, and parts of it were burnt to the point of charring. The atmosphere was very noisy. The dining area wasn't air-conditioned, and the heat was unbearable.

Ate here for the first time last Saturday, walked past many Malne and finally visited... and it was worth it! Had a delicious meal! Top notch!

Tayba Restaurant – perhaps the name alone is enough. It's a beautiful restaurant with excellent food and a lovely atmosphere. I felt at home as soon as I entered, like I was back in Syria. The food was delicious; we ordered lentils, mixed grill, and shawarma. The shawarma portion was good for the price. God willing, I'll return while I'm in the Netherlands. I had a small comment, which I shared with the cashier, and he received it very readily. Thank you. Your restaurant is truly exceptional in both food and atmosphere. However, please turn off the music during the call to prayer (Adhan), and then you can relax afterward. Thank you again for your wonderful restaurant.

I enjoy the food ordering from here, but I have reached a point of frustration that I felt needed to be shared. My last three orders have all taken over 1.5 hours to arrive, which is disappointing given the high delivery fee. More importantly, my specific requests to exclude parsley are being ignored. As a frequent customer, I would appreciate more attention to order notes and a more realistic assessment of delivery times for the Nieuwegein area. I hope to see these issues resolved so I can feel confident ordering again !

Really bad service. I ordered food while I was at the hospital and typed a comment saying I wanted extra bread, but it wasn't brought. When I called the restaurant, he said they couldn't come to me again to bring bread because I was far away, and he said I had to ask the hospital for bread. I think that's complete nonsense and weird.

They don't read comments on orders (not even with capital letters and exclamation marks), the fries are undercooked, and this is happening for the second time now. Even though the food is quite tasty, I won't be ordering here again.

Tayba Restaurant is truly one of the best Syrian restaurants in Utrecht, and even in the Netherlands. I eat here regularly, and the quality has always been outstanding. The grilled dishes are delicious, the shawarma is full of flavor, and the salads are always fresh and authentic. What stands out the most is the quality of the meat—it’s exceptionally good—and the chicken is always perfectly seasoned and incredibly tasty. You can really taste the authenticity in every dish. The restaurant is also very clean, the portions are generous, and the prices are affordable and fair for the quality you receive. A place I keep coming back to and highly recommend to anyone looking for genuine Syrian food.

The worst restaurant in history. After waiting for 50 minutes, the order was messed up. We were 10 people. Honestly, it's shameful. Honestly, it's ridiculous.

I went to this restaurant and it was a truly terrible experience. I waited over an hour, but my order wasn't even sent to the chef! When I approached the owner, he simply said, "If you want to stay, stay, and if you want to leave, go," without any apology or respect for the customer. Extremely rude and extremely poor service. I will never return and absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.

The place look good, I put 5 stars not for the food but for how good the people are ! I want to advise to look more for the service because we had to wait like 40 minutes for our food , I think they forget us because other people that came later had food before us . But for the rest food was ok not amazing.
