Ate here for the 2nd time, we found the food very tasty. I used to (30 years ago) always go to Pssss Amigo Stadhuisplein, but it has not been pleasant there for quite some time... I'm a huge fan of Mexican food, so I'm very happy with this restaurant. We will probably go here more often. 💯🫶

The food was super tasty. The meat was seasoned perfectly. The staff were very friendly. The only drawback: if you order a menu you have to pay extra for sauces and drinks.

The manager of this branch is the most antisocial manager there is. I come there to eat with my children. I am told that we have to wait an hour, that's fine, we started waiting. Then other people come in and he puts them on a waiting list. Now when I ask if I should do that too, he says yes, but in the meantime you have already let people in front of me without telling me that if I want to continue eating, I had to sign up for the waiting list. Now I indicate that I have been there for a while and that he never indicated to me that I had to be on the list, so how do I register if you do not indicate that, and that is even the manager. Not understanding at all, talking over me is downright antisocial. I won't come here again!!!!

Nice formula, good burger and nice atmosphere and the price is great! It is a nice formula, hence these tips: the staff often stood in a group at the bar, twice no cutlery was supplied with orders and at checkout they were not asked whether everything was satisfactory. The food is super delicious and I have been coming here for a long time. But from now on, no more Texican for me. Recently I wanted to pray and asked an employee twice if there was a place. Both times they said there was no room, while I only asked for a small corner. Finally I had to pray outside. The food is great, but if there is no understanding for something so important, then I'm done. Too bad, but I won't be back. Edit in response to response: My experience was in February, not during Ramadan, and the restaurant was quite quiet. I hope something is actually done about it. In any case, thanks for the response!

Really ridiculously expensive during Ramadan!!! 75 euros for 2 people what did we have? 3 dates some nachos with cheddar sauce 1wrap that we have to share with two Both and a burger with fries and 2 drinks Scandalous never again

I first called to make a reservation, answer machine said; Due to crowds, we are temporarily not accepting reservations. Drove 30 minutes from Hoogvliet Rotterdam with my wife, daughter and sister-in-law. Says employees at 5:32 PM; You can sit until 6:00 PM, after that all tables are reserved and you cannot stay then, can I quickly take you to the table? She indicates that during Ramandan you must make a reservation via the website. While you hear by telephone that no reservation can be made. OUTRAGEOUS!!

The taste of the food was good, but expensive for what you get. Philli sandwich looked like a fairly large sandwich on the menu, but it ended up being smaller than the palm of my hand. I didn't know whether to cry or laugh when I was served my food. And that for more than €18. Shame.

Superb welcome. The decoration of the place is atypical. We ate very well, the sandwich was so good that we wouldn't have refused if they were a little bigger. 😊 The brioche bread and the marinated beef fillet (halal) were delicious. Homemade mayonnaise, really excellent.

Tried different foods and didn't like them all! The corn tasted like sauce. Quasadias chunks of chicken and dry, the nachos chicken was soggy and the bowl was just like war on my board.

Our regular restaurant and we live in The Hague. We have been going to this restaurant for 4 years and have never regretted it.

Yeah man, Texican has really good Mexican food! Those burritos, tacos and nachos with melted cheese and guacamole are simply great. Especially if you like a bit of spice, those jalapeños and spicy sauce really complete it. Have you tried their quesadillas yet? The ones with chicken and cheese are really deliciously creamy. And of course a good churro for dessert should not be missed. What do you usually get at Texican?

I came here craving Mexican food and margaritas. The food itself was good, and it satisfied my craving for authentic Mexican flavors. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find out they don’t serve alcoholic beverages, so no margaritas to pair with my meal. I just ate and left. The experience was fine overall, but if you’re looking for drinks with your dinner, this might not be the place for you.

If you manage your expectations, this can be an ok experience. This is not a boutique mexican restaurant- it's more on the fast food side. The dishes are ok. There is no alcohol served here.

Not friendly staff. We come in, greet politely and wait. Employees who don't look at you and keep chatting. Then you have to ask yourself. After that no menus. Also very dirty toilets

Ordered on site and taken away. Simple order and yet 2/4 wrong. Asked for chicken I got beef burger. Asked for wings got nachos. The Enchilada and drink were correct. Food is generally 'okay'. All this for €40, so you at least expect to get what you order

We waited for 10 minutes before we could take a seat. It took more than 30 minutes until the ordered food was ready. 🐌 The staff were very friendly and helpful though. 😊 The taste and quality were mediocre. 😐 It's obvious pre-cooked food which is warmed up in the oven/microwave. Some oil was dripping off the hamburger, which was weird. But my kid could eat it eventually. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I didn't like the very crowded and loud atmosphere; so I would not give this place a visit anymore.

Seen it so often, so I had to go there. When we came in it was quite quiet, but after we placed our order it became busier. Because of this we had to wait a little longer. But we thought this was normal and we didn't mind. The food was okay. Atmosphere was also pleasant. I don't think we would come there again in the future.

Food is of good quality and the atmosphere is pleasant. Service is smooth, ordering can be done efficiently via smartphone. Actually too few seats for peak times and reservations for your small family are not allowed and you risk a queue at the door. That's why it's actually a bad option for me with small children with empty stomachs.

Are you going to drive an hour just to have dinner? If you arrive at 9:20 PM, you will be told that the kitchen closes an hour earlier. Ridiculous!!!! Closing time at 10pm.

I had a very bad experience i ordered different types of Burgers the taste was nice but unfortunately it wasn't cooked well The meat was completely red from inside ( like it only cooked from outside)the burger (the outer part is dark but from inside it's completely red) they tried to justify that it was the spices . And when the manager came she tried to make us as we don't understand how the burger should be. It was a really disappointing moment for me and my family.

Very nice and very good with lots of choices

I wait the entire time, and to my surprise, three times other customers who just walked in are immediately served from a spot. When I speak to the employee about this, he reacts angry and irritated and acts as if I am retarded. The hamburger was tasteless and hard, no tasty meat, the bun was wet and soggy. The nacho cheese is also wet and mainly filled with cheap tortilla chips and sauces, there is hardly any meat among them. All in all the food was not worth the money at all. During the waiting time I could have prepared these dishes cheaper and tastier! And the service and customer friendliness is hard to find. Never again for me.

THE tastiest burgers can be found at Texican! It is always quite busy at Texican, but the employees are quite fast! Very friendly employees, and I haven't even mentioned the food. And the prices are pretty good for the quality of the food.

We passed through the door and since we really like Mexican food, I looked at the plates on the tables and they looked good, so after walking around we returned. We ordered Nachos with meat, a burrito plate with chicken and cheese-battered jalapenos. Everything was great, we loved it!! The quantity is quite good and the price for Holland is also, Spain price, so it is not surprising that after a while it will fill up, you can also choose which ingredients you want to remove from the plate. By the way, the burgers looked really good too. We paid €36 for that plus a soft drink. Very good job in general.

Overall a great experience! I was here on a Monday afternoon around 4PM. It was not busy at all and I was able to pick a table of my choosing. The personnel was welcoming and explained how to place an order for food and drinks. It works via a QR-code on the receipt that they bring to you. I decided to just have some sides as my main dish. Sticky Chicken Tenders, Mexican streetcorn and a passion fruit mocktail. Everything was tasty and delicious! The chicken was crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside with a good amount of sticky sauce poured over it. The corn was flavorful and delicious together with the chicken tenders. The mocktail gave some nice refreshment. Although a bit too sweet for my taste, the amount of ice cubes diluted the overall sweetness. For dessert I had a cappuccino and the Triple Chocolate Churros. It was quite a big portion, so I recommend to order this if you are at least with 2 people. Since there is also chocolate on the inside of the churros, it can be quite filling. At least, for me that is. Definitely recommended to try Texican at least once!

It was my first time eating at Texican in Rotterdam. After waiting 10 minutes we were offered a table for 3 people. The staff was very friendly despite the crowds and our drinks were brought out quickly after ordering. The food, on the other hand, took a bit long (+/- 30 minutes) but was certainly not disappointing! The chicken bowl and burrito were great but the ribs had a strange aftertaste. Will undoubtedly visit again!!

The menu gave a great and wide variety of texican food. The burgers were nothing too special, but still good burgers. The nachos were probably the better choice. Fries were classic and nicely salted. The wings were pretty good too and not too spicy. However, the taco lacked some texican seasoning.

I was recently at Texican for a meal, but my experience was unfortunately disappointing. The fries that I received with my order were fried for far too long and therefore very hard and dry. When I asked for a new portion, I was told this was not possible. I found this very unfortunate, especially because I had the feeling that the employee did not understand me properly and no attempt was made to solve the problem. I hope that the service and quality will be improved on future visits as my experience this time unfortunately did not meet expectations.

Had voor de 44 euro voor 2 hamburger menu's wel wat meer verwacht. Website ziet er ok uit maar het menu van waar je bestelt is allesbehalve intuïtief en onduidelijk. Vriendelijk personeel, maar kan ook niet lekker helpen. Hamburgers wel ok, frietjes wat te slap.

You sit on top of each other and very close to other tables. Toilets don't look good, invest in your business, masallah it runs well. Food was tasty, but expensive.

The service was very good. The Dutch girl at the reception arranged everything very smoothly. The food (we had the sticky spare ribs) was really SUPER tasty. I just didn't like sitting very close to other people. The tables of 2 are too close together. But I don't think it can really be classified differently. 11/10!!

We had been to Texican. We come here more often because they serve tasty burgers…. I recently had a burger, but the burger was not cooked properly. I tried to redress, but the clerk and owner were unwilling to budge. I ended up paying for something I didn't eat. This is very unfortunate!! We will never come back here and will not recommend it to anyone again. Very bad how you treat customers

Food was delicious with a great selection. However, the price is a bit too high for the quantity. The cheese sauce on the fries was too industrial but the meat and burgers were very good. Service is actually hardly existent, they just bring the food. The rest is done via your own smartphone
